Abstract

Effective and efficient monitoring of operational activities is an important need to support the performance of an organization or company. However, the monitoring process carried out manually often causes various obstacles, such as late reports, inaccurate data, and difficulties in real-time monitoring. To overcome these problems, the software development method used in this study is the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of this design show that the application can help users in recording, reporting, and monitoring operational activities more quickly and accurately. With this system, it is hoped that the operational activity monitoring process will be more systematic and can increase the effectiveness of operational management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance management of CV Kreasi during the 2022–2024 period using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method. BSC was chosen for its ability to provide a comprehensive view of organizational performance through four main perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate a significant improvement across all performance indicators, with a maximum score of 15 out of 15. Financial growth, customer loyalty, production efficiency, and employee development showed excellent performance. The implementation of BSC proved effective in aligning company strategy with operations and provided a structured framework for improving performance. This finding demonstrates that BSC can be successfully adapted by medium-sized enterprises as a strategic tool for sustainable growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work-family conflict, job burnout, and work environment on the performance of nurses at RSUD Batin Mangunang Kotaagung. The study involved 126 respondents as the sample. This is a quantitative study, and the sample was selected using probability sampling with the simple random sampling technique. The analysis of each variable employed various testing tools, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and partial t-tests. The results of the study revealed that work-family conflict and work environment positively and significantly influence performance, whereas job burnout negatively and significantly affects performance. These findings indicate that while role conflicts may, in some conditions, drive performance improvement, job burnout remains a weakening factor, and a good work environment serves as a key supporter of enhanced performance. Based on these findings, nurses are encouraged to manage their time using structured schedules, improve stress management skills through relaxation techniques and mindfulness, and proactively report insufficient or substandard work tools. RSUD Batin Mangunang Kotaagung is expected to provide flexible work schedules, offer counseling or stress management training programs, regularly evaluate workloads and the quality of tools, and ensure the procurement of tools that meet quality standards. These measures aim to create a conducive work environment, enhance the emotional well-being of nurses, and support efficiency and the achievement of work standards.

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of digital technology is increasingly showing a trend of digital payment transactions. The more payment transactions are carried out using digital methods, the greater the risk that threatens user privacy, namely personal data leakage. The vulnerability of personal data to the risk of being leaked to irresponsible parties can occur, especially when users make digital payment transactions. Of course, this risk results in financial losses and loss of consumer trust. Currently, Indonesia has a legal umbrella regarding personal data protection, namely the Personal Data Protection Law. But it is undeniable that various violations of personal data leakage also threaten user privacy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of policies or legal regulations for personal data protection as a legal umbrella against the risk of data leakage during digital payment activities. This study uses a normative legal research method using legal sources of literature and related literature.

Abstract

Prime Gears Bintaro is a motorcycle apparel retail store that still uses manual systems to record visitor data and perform helmet fitting processes. This system has led to various issues, such as low operational efficiency, a high potential for data errors, and limitations in data-driven decision-making. This study aims to design and develop a digital operational system capable of recording visitor data and providing an automatic and accurate helmet size recommendation feature. The methodology used is qualitative, including direct observation of store operations, interviews with relevant personnel, and literature review to strengthen the theoretical and technological foundation. The results of this study show that the developed system improves store operational efficiency, speeds up customer service processes, and assists management in analyzing consumer behavior and identifying fast-moving and slow-moving products. Thus, the system is expected to enhance service quality and support strategic decision-making in the motorcycle apparel retail environment.

Abstract

This research report presents an analysis of the budget efficiency policy implemented by the President of the Republic of Indonesia and its impact on teacher availability in public elementary schools. Using qualitative narrative methods, the study highlights how school mergers (regrouping) can serve as an effective micro-strategy to address the teacher shortage crisis while simultaneously achieving budget efficiency at the local level. The discussion focuses on various aspects of efficiency resulting from mergers, including streamlining administration, reducing operational costs, optimizing teacher redistribution, and improving the quality of education and utilization of facilities. The report also identifies the impacts and challenges of implementing the merger policy, concluding with comprehensive conclusions and policy recommendations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the appropriate business strategy for Rumah Makan Dzaky Group in facing the culinary business competition in Bandar Lampung City. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach utilizing the SWOT analysis tool (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving five respondents, consisting of one manager, two employees, and two customers of Rumah Makan Dzaky Group. The results of the study, based on the IE analysis, show that the strategic position of Rumah Makan Dzaky Group is in Quadrant V of the IE Matrix, which  corresponds to  the  Hold  and  Maintain  strategy.  Strategies that  can  be implemented include market penetration through enhanced digital marketing, product development to meet consumer trends, and improving coordination and employee training to address internal weaknesses. Based on the SWOT analysis, thirteen strategic alternatives were identified, providing strategic direction for the company to enhance its competitiveness and maintain its presence amid the increasingly competitive culinary industry.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in class VI elementary school is that learning discipline is still low, easily provoked by emotions, easily distracted, and attitudes among students that respect low achievement. This problem is related to the ability to control oneself. This research aims to analyze students' self-control abilities descriptively with the subject of class VI students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique and data collection uses observation, documentation and interview techniques to be able to explore and uncover problems. Researchers tested the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The results of this study show that participants' self-control abilities were studied from the aspects of good behavioral control, poor cognitive control, and very good decision control. In this research, external factors from the family and environment dominate the self-control abilities of elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi fungsi upacara keagamaan Hindu, yakni Upacara Menek Kelih, sebagai wahana pendidikan karakter anak dalam perspektif psikologi pendidikan. Upacara ini menandai fase perkembangan dari masa kanak-kanak menuju remaja dalam budaya Hindu Bali, serta mengandung simbol-simbol spiritual dan sosial yang kuat. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, penelitian dilakukan di Pura Aditya Jaya Rawamangun, Jakarta. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap anak-anak peserta upacara, orang tua, tokoh adat, dan guru. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proses ritual Menek Kelih berkontribusi terhadap internalisasi nilai karakter seperti tanggung jawab pribadi, kontrol diri (self-regulation), penghormatan terhadap otoritas (respect for authority), serta kepedulian sosial. Dalam konteks psikologi perkembangan, keterlibatan anak dalam upacara ini memperkuat pembelajaran sosial dan moral melalui pengalaman transendental yang bermakna. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Menek Kelih dapat menjadi strategi pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya yang efektif, selaras dengan teori perkembangan moral dan sosial dalam psikologi pendidikan.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of corporate governance principles in the management of recreational facilities at Agro Wisata Pelangi, with a focus on their impact on operational performance and visitor satisfaction. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of key governance principles— accountability, transparency, responsibility, and fairness—has contributed to structured organizational management, clear operational procedures, and regular financial reporting.   However, challenges remain in maintaining transparency, particularly in communicating information related to additional fees and safety measures to visitors. Strategic management that integrates agrotourism development with local community involvement has proven effective in optimizing revenue and enhancing visitor engagement. A positive correlation between effective governance and the increase in visitor numbers and financial outcomes underscores the importance of good corporate governance in the development of sustainable tourism.
