Abstract

The counseling process itself is needed to carry out a health examination that includes mental, as well as physical, a focus on well-being which is recommended to reduce the stigma of consultation for problems, benefiting the individual directly; make financial savings for the organization (eg, reducing sick absenteeism); and reduce absenteeism pressure on other staff. The research method that will be used in this case is a literature review where through the Google Scholar database using the keywords "Counseling in the Police", "Counseling", and "Police". Based on the results of the research above, it can be seen that the police, like the general public, have both physical and psychological health which can also be disturbed. The provision of counseling, training and leadership for the police needs to be improved for the better and is mandatory for every member of the police force. This is said because in the world of work in the police, of course, every member has memories or experiences incidents that can damage the personal of the police indirectly. It can be concluded that not only in the world of health, public, education and others who need counseling, but the police also need the role of counselors who help them counseling in solving problems experienced by each member of the police force.

Abstract

In writing this article, we discuss the importance of the role of counseling services for patients in hospitals. In writing this article, the author uses the literature review method, namely by collecting relevant data and then analyzing it to become the source of the articles made by the author. In the treatment process, it is undeniable that patients can feel hopeless with what they are experiencing, even they can think that the pain they are experiencing is the end of their life. With their psychic conditions that will hinder their recovery process, so that psychological support and guidance so that they remain mentally stable and can help make the recovery process faster. So it can be seen that the role of the counselor to provide services to patients is very necessary to be able to work collaboratively with other hospital personnel

Abstract

“Loss of independence” or the limited rights that prisoners have is one of the stressors that causes their mental illness. The research method that will be used is a literature review of scientific articles in the form of journals that have been collected through the Google search engine and Google Scholar. From these sources, it can be concluded that awareness of the importance of counseling services for prisoners has begun to be seen, where many researches have raised the topic of similar problems. It is hoped that counseling services for prisoners can continue to be developed so that the goals of correctional institutions in improving the quality of community behavior can be realized.

Abstract

The existence of social security for workers as an effort to protect the life of workers in a company has great benefits, therefore as a step to ensure the life of workers, companies really need to include their workforce in the social security program for workers. This study aims to determine influence of social security on employee work motivation at Notohadinegoro Airport Jember and how much influence social security has on employee motivation at Notohadinegoro Airport Jember. This is quantitative research with questioner as the data. Population of this research is employees at Notohadinegoro Airport, Jember. This research used random sampling to 37 respondents. Data analysis used simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of labor social security on employee work motivation at Jember Notohadinegoro Airport as evidenced by the T-test significance value of 0.987 greater than 0.05. The effect of social security on employee work motivation at Notohadinegoro Airport Jember at 0% further proves that social security does not at all affect the work motivation of employees at Notohadinegoro Airport Jember.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of guidance and counseling on the emotional level of the workforce in the Mental Hospital. The subjects of this study were nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists and other mental hospital staff. The technique we use in this research is literature review. Workers in mental hospitals do not take care of people who are mentally fine, which certainly makes their emotional level disturbed too. Workers in mental hospitals are expected to be able to control their emotions because working in mental hospitals has become a decision that workers make, so they are required to work professionally

Abstract

The obligation of every civil servant to obtain permission from his superiors in the case of filing for divorce is the basic substance of PP No. 45 of 1990 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 10 of 1983 concerning Marriage and Divorce Permits for Civil Servants. The regulation was formulated to provide guarantees of procedural certainty for civil servants in divorce efforts, authorize superior officials to mediate, examine, and decide on permits or reject applications. With this effort, the government hopes that civil servants as state servants, role models for the community, can become more orderly, disciplined, and organized. However, the legalization of the obligation to obtain divorce permits is basically a reductionism to the private rights of civil servants as citizens and dualism of authority that collides with the court. Every citizen has the same position under the law. Civil servants have the right to file a lawsuit to the court and obtain a decision that has permanent legal force (inkrat) without having to first obtain a decision from the employer. The authority to mediate, examine, and obtain privacy information is the absolute authority of the court, and civil servants have the right to only provide them at the court. This study focuses on a juridical study of the legal rules for civil servants divorce, its potential and consequences for civil servants, as well as alternative solutions for improving future arrangements.

Abstract

Radioactivity is the decay of radioactive substances due to the interaction between radioactive subtances and atoms or molecules in the air to form air ionization. In this study, air ionization detection was carried out by observing its changes in voltage, current, and distance from the radiation source that generated by Am-241 on vertical and horizontal positions. The experiment was repeated by 3 times at each position of Am-241 depends to electrodes. The results showed a change in the voltage due to the presence of Am-241 in different positions. This related with the strength of electric current and the distance of Am-241 positions, where the farther position of Am-241 has the stronger electric current. Thus, the alteration of electric current and voltage proved that radiation has been emitted by Am-241.

Abstract

The Implementation Of This Research Was Carried Out From May To June 2022. The Purpose Of This Study Was To Obtain Information About Student Learning Outcomes In The Form Of Creative Thinking Skills In Material 1, Namely The Relationship Between Space Diagonals, Plane Diagonals, And Diagonal Planes And Material 2 Namely The Nature Of The Spatial Structure In Class VIII Tri Sakti Catholic Middle School 2 Medan After Using The Direct Learning Model And The Differentiation Learning Model. Methods/Techniques In Collecting Data In This Research Are Tests: (1) Tests, (2) Documentation (3) Observations. To See The Improvement In Posttest Results Compared To Pretest And Posttest Results, The T-Test Using Spss Was Used For Significant Changes. The Application Of The Direct Learning Model And The Differentiation Learning Model Can Improve Student Learning Outcomes In Material 1, Namely The Relationship Between Space Diagonals, Plane Diagonals, And Diagonal Planes 2 And In Material 2, Namely The Properties Of Spatial Structures. This Can Be Seen From The Results Of The Tests Given To Students. The Results Of The Implementation Of The First Cycle By Applying The Direct Learning Method Obtained A Completeness Level Of 50% While The Implementation Of The Second Cycle By Applying The Differentiation Learning Model Obtained A Classical Completeness Level Of 67%. Then In The Results Of The T-Test, The Significance Value In The Direct Learning Model Is 0.000 And The T-Count Is 0.979 And The Differentiation Learning Model Has A Significance Value Of 0.010 And The T-Count Is 1.967. Learning Activities Carried Out By Teachers And Students Went Well With The Application Of The Differentiation Learning Model In Learning.

Abstract

Decentralization is one form of embodiment in the transfer of central government power to the region using the principle of autonomy. This decentralization has referred to Law No. 23 of 2014 where local governments can organize government on the basis of autonomy and assistance duties using the principle of free autonomy in the system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Of course, in the face of all the problems that are being experienced by the local government, there is no need to wait for instructions from the central government because of course it will take time and the process of solving problems is not handled quickly. Of course, with this decentralization, the government is more effective in accordance with the conditions in each region and also the community can advance its own area.

Abstract

−The quality of learning can be seen from the relationship between the ability of lecturers in carrying out learning and the learning climate to produce optimal student learning processes and outcomes in accordance with the demands of the current curriculum. Case Based Learning (CBL) is one of the learning methods for Student Center Learning (SCL). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the application of the CBL model on student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative Quasi experiment with a Pretest-Posttest Control approach with a control group. The samples taken were 32 experimental class and 31 control class using Simple Random Sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant effect on student learning outcomes after the CBL model was applied. The CBL model is one of the innovative and effective methods in developing student knowledge in learning so as to obtain better learning outcomes
