Abstract

Abstract: In this thorough review, we explore the multifaceted role of artificial intelligence (AI) in cancer medicine, highlighting its potential applications, challenges, and future directions. Artificial intelligence (AI) holds enormous promise for revolutionizing patient care and improving outcomes when integrated into various aspects of cancer medicine, including drug discovery and development, early detection and screening, and drug discovery. AI-driven methods in early detection and screening can increase sensitivity, decrease false-positive rates, and provide personalized risk assessment, which can boost the efficacy and efficiency of cancer screening programs. However, issues like algorithm bias, data quality, and regulatory compliance need to be resolved before AI can be fully utilized in this field. In addition, AI-driven drug discovery and development offers chances to speed up target identification, repurpose current medications, and create new therapeutics with improved safety and efficacy profiles. However, even with AI's potential to speed up drug discovery, issues with data accessibility, algorithm interpretability, and ethical implications still exist. Researchers, clinicians, regulators, and industry stakeholders must work together to develop strong data-sharing initiatives, ethical guidelines, and governance frameworks in order to address these challenges. By putting patient-centered approaches first, integrating multi-modal data, and encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration, we can harness the transformative power of AI to speed up the translation of research findings into novel therapies and enhance global cancer patient outcomes.

Abstract

Public services must be able to continue running under any conditions, including during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Service has begun implementing online population administration services through the Sobat Dukcapil Application to limit services directly to the Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Service Office. Initially, services through the Dukcapil Friends Application did not run effectively due to a discrepancy between theory and actual events. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the implementation of population administration services on the Sobat Dukcapil Application at the Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Service Office is running effectively. This research theory uses policy implementation theory according to Van Meter and Van Horn which states that there are 6 variables that form a bond between policy and performance in policy implementation analysis. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this research show that in 2020-2022 it turns out that the Sobat Dukcapil Application service does not involve the APBD because there is still a lack of special training for Sobat Dukcapil Application service operators. The socialization carried out is also less intensive because it is mostly done through social media rather than directly in each region. The implementation of the drive thru service has not been effective because people still prefer to put their vehicles in the parking lot to collect their population documents.

Abstract

Measuring economic output is an important aspect in economic analysis, and so far Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has been the main focus. However, criticism of GDP's limitations has prompted the development of alternative approaches, including the Human Development Index (HDI) and the World Happiness Index. In addition, Islamic economics offers a unique perspective by emphasizing the balance between material growth and spiritual well-being, as well as taking into account aspects such as distributional justice and sustainability. This article discusses various approaches to measuring economic output and welfare, and compares Islamic and conventional perspectives. Integration between conventional measurement methods and Islamic economic principles can provide new insights in measuring and understanding welfare in society, with the potential to improve welfare in a holistic and inclusive manner.
