Abstract

A sustainable economic growth becomes a main requirement for the continuity of regional economic development. Therefore, it should be concentrated on the basic sectors or leading sectors in order to create significant multiplier effect on other sectors. It is urgency for newly established regions, e.g., South Tangerang. This study aims to determine and analyze leading sectors that possess competitiveness and specialization in South Tangerang in relation with the future economic growth of South Tangerang. In addition, it also aims to project the added value or GRDP of South Tangerang in 2017. Secondary data in the form of time series sectoral GRDP at constant prices of both South Tangerang and Banten from 2010 to 2016 were obtained from BPS South Tangerang City and BPS of Banten Province. The data were analyzed using a quantitative- descriptive approach through the Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift-Share analysis. Based on the LQ method, there are nine leading sectors in 2010?2016, namely: construction; wholesale and retail trade, and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; accommodation and food; information and communication; real estate; corporate services; educational services; health and social services; and other services. The average LQ for these sectors is, respectively, 1.490; 1.333;1.315; 2.969; 2.233; 3.299; 2.530; 3.663; and 2.014. Real estate has the highest values, indicating it becomes the leading sector with the highest competitive and comparative advantages.

Abstract

The important thing for regions that have not been recently established such as South Tangerang City is sustainable economic growth. This study aims to identify and analyze the leading sectors in South Tangerang and to project the South Tangerang City Gross Domestic Product in 2017. The data used in the form of the total value added of goods and services resulting from all the economic activities of South Tangerang City and Banten Province economists based on constant prices in 2000. The analysis method uses the Location Quotient (LQ) model and Shift - Share analysis. Based on the Location Quotion (LQ) method, the base sector is nine sectors, namely (1) the Construction Sector; (2) The sector of large and retail trade, and repair of cars and motorbikes; (3) the sector of providing accommodation and drinking meals; (4) information and communication sector; (5) real estate sector; (6) company service sector; (7) educational services sector; (8) health services sector and social activities; (9) other service sectors. Overall, South Tangerang City has the most superior sector in the real-estate sector. It can be concluded that this sector has a competitive advantage and comparative advantage.

Abstract

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurangnya minat masyarakat terhadap kesenian tradisi, satu di antaranya yaitu Tari Jepin Langkah Simpang yang berkembang di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bentuk penyajian dan struktur gerak tari tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan bentuk kualitatif, melalui pendekatan etnokoreologi. Data penelitian adalah hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari para seniman sebagai narasumber. Bentuk penyajian musik iringannya berupa musik Melayu, permainan alat musik beruas harus serasi dengan gerak kaki penari, penari harus memiliki konsentrasi tinggi. Syairnya berisi nasihat, pantun, dan puji-pujian untuk orang yang membuat gawai. Tema tari rakyat ini bersifat non literer. Wanita dan pria menggunakan pakaian adat khas Melayu. Analisis struktur gerak tari dilakukan dengan memisah-misahkan keseluruhan tari dalam komponen-komponennya, serta mencari tata hubungan antar komponen yang satu dengan yang lainnya agar menjadi bentuk tari yang utuh. Terdapat tiga gugus gerak utama yang dihubungkan dengan gerak tahto. Kata kunci : struktur gerak tari, Jepin Langkah Simpang, Pontianak. Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of public interest in the arts tradition, one of them is Jepin Langkah Simpang growing in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The purpose of this study was to examine the form of presentation and the structure of dance. The method used is descriptive analysis with qualitative form, through etnokoreologi approach. The research data is the result of observation, interviews, and documentation from artists as a informant. Form of presentation of musical accompaniment in the form of Malay music, which play a musical instrument should be in harmony with the segmented footwork dancers, dancers must have a high concentration. Poem contains advice, rhymes, and praise for the people who make the device. This folk dance theme is non literary. Women and men use the  traditional Malay outfit. Analysis of the structure of dance performed by separating the whole dance in its components, and to find the relationship between the system components with one another in order to form a complete dance. Abstract

The Malay tribe in West Kalimantan is a native or indigenous population originating from the land of Indonesian Kalimantan. The current real situation is that some traditional works of art are extinct and some are on the verge of extinction. The lack of a platform or media to get to know and study art is one of the reasons why traditional art is difficult to maintain. This article examines the role of the Kesumba Art Studio in preserving traditional Malay arts in the Mempawah area and its surroundings. This research aims to gain knowledge about the role of kesumba studios in seeking the existence of traditional arts in West Kalimantan. The data in this research is written in qualitative descriptive form which will present it in the form of words. A sociological approach is taken to better understand the results of observations, interviews, documentation, data analysis and results. The results of this research are that the Kesumba Art Studio is a studio that is still trying to maintain traditional Mempawah arts by developing, re-teaching and displaying them so that the arts do not become extinct. The role of the Kesumba Art Studio in traditional arts is as a forum or shelter for a number of art practitioners, as a medium for education in the form of non-formal education, as entertainment for the community of art enthusiasts, as a place to organize strategies regarding the arts they pursue, as an arts community, as a source of income for activists art and strengthen brotherhood. must be factual and concise. Kondisi real sekarang ini sebagian karya seni tradisional punah dan sebagian lagi diujung kepunahan. Kurangnya wadah atau media untuk mengenal dan mempelajari sebuah kesenian merupakan salah satu alasan mengapa kesenian tradisional sulit untuk dipertahankan. Tulisan ini mengupas peran Sanggar Seni Kesumba dalam menjaga kelestarian kesenian tradisional melayu di daerah Mempawah dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang peran sanggar kesumba dalam mengupayakan eksistensi kesenian tradisional di Kalimantan Barat.  Data-data dalam penelitian ini ditulis dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif yang akan mengangkatnya dalam bentuk kata-kata. Pendekatan sosiologi dilakukan untuk lebih mengetahui hasil dari observasi,wawancara, dokumentasi, analisis data higga hasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Sanggar Seni Kesumba merupakan sanggar yang masih berupaya mempertahankan kesenian tradisional Mempawah dengan cara mengembangkan, mengajarkan kembali, hingga menampilkannya agar kesenian tersebut tidak punah. Peranan Sanggar Seni Kesumba dalam kesenian tradisional adalah sebagai wadah atau tempat bernaung sejumlah pelaku seni, sebagai media edukasi dalam bentuk Pendidikan nonformal, sebagai hiburan masyarakat sekitar peminat seni, sebagai tempat mengatur strategi seputar seni yang ditekuni, sebagai paguyuban seni, sebagai sumber penghasilan bagi pegiat seni serta mempererat persaudaraan. harus faktual dan ringkas. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dampak pelatihan tari terhadap rasa percaya diri guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri yang melakukan observasi, wawancara dan mendokumentasikan data serta mengolahnya dalam bentuk kalimat. Hasil penelitian dari analisis data dikumpulkan beserta reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru SD yang mengikuti pelatihan gerak dasar tari Melayu dan Dayak Kalimantan Barat tampak memiliki sikap percaya diri. Indikator yang terlihat adalah rasa percaya diri, obyektifitas, optimisme, dan rasa tanggung jawab yang diwujudkan pada saat latihan gerak dasar tari. Abstract

The background of this research is the loss of the art of the Radat Ya Allah Ya Tuhan Kami dance in the Tempatan village. This study aims to revive the Radat Ya Allah Ya Tuhan Kami Dance so that it can be widely recognized by the public and can be preserved again. This study uses descriptive methods, qualitative research forms and choreographic approaches. The data in this study are the results of interviews, observation results and documentation results. The data sources in this study were informants who knew about the Radat Ya Allah Ya Tuhan Kami Dance. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data collection tool in this study was the researcher as the first instrument, observation guidelines and interview guidelines. The data validation technique used is source triangulation and observation extension. Data analysis techniques in this study are analysis during data collection and analysis after data collection. The results of this study are to describe the process and results of the revitalization of the Radat Ya Allah Ya Tuhan Kami Dance, namely meeting with speakers, conducting dance training for new dancers and musicians, dissecting the form of dance performances, and re-performing the Radat Ya Allah Ya Tuhan Kami Dance in full using music. accompaniment, make-up and fashion.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian Pengembangan Video Pembelajaran Tari Jepin Kembang Manggar untuk siswa kelas X SMA di Kota Pontianak ini ada tiga hal yaitu: (1) Mengembangkan media pembelajaran Tari Jepin Kembang Manggar melalui video; (2) Mengetahui kelayakan produk video pembelajaran interaktif Tari Jepin Kembang Manggar. Video pembelajaran Tari Jepin Kembang Manggar merupakan pengembangan media pembelajaran yang disesuaikan untuk siswa kelas X SMA di Kota Pontianak. Target secara umum untuk mengetahui ketertarikan siswa kelas X SMA di Kota Pontianak dalam mempelajari Tari Jepin Kembang Manggar sebagai salah satu tari tradisional melalui video pembelajaran yang telah tervalidasi ahli materi dan ahli media. Metode penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RnD), sehingga didapatkan hasil yang layak dari video tutorial Tari Jepin Kembang Manggar yang sudah tervalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan siswa calon pengguna.Kata kunci: media pembelajaran tari, Jepin Kembang Manggar Developing Jepin Kembang Manggar dance learning videos for high school students AbstractThe research objectives of developing a Jepin Kembang Manggar dance learning video for class X SMA students in Pontianak City are three things, namely: (1) Developing learning media for the Jepin Kembang Manggar Dance through video; (2) Knowing the feasibility of the Jepin Kembang Manggar Dance interactive learning video product. Abstract

Kusmindari Triwati, seorang koreografer aktif di Kota Pontianak, telah menciptakan lebih dari 50 jenis tari tradisional dan kreasi yang dipentaskan secara lokal dan internasional. Selain itu, ia mendirikan Sanggar Andari yang bertujuan melestarikan kesenian tari tradisional di Indonesia. Penelitian biografinya menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif untuk menganalisis perjalanan hidup dan kontribusinya dalam dunia seni tari. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, tampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Triwati adalah seorang seniman tari yang sukses, dengan dukungan dari keluarga, lingkungan kerja, dan berbagai penghargaan yang diterimanya, termasuk gelar Tokoh Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Sanggar Andari, yang dipimpinnya, berperan dalam mengembangkan tari tradisional di Kota Pontianak dan melatih generasi muda untuk mengikuti festival tari nasional dan se-Kalimantan. Karya-karyanya yang populer, seperti tari nugal, tari tiga serangkai, dan tari rampak rebana, telah meraih banyak penghargaan dari berbagai instansi. Harapannya adalah agar masyarakat mencintai dan melestarikan budaya daerah dengan totalitas. Sebagai tokoh pelestari tari di Kota Pontianak, kisah hidupnya dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi masyarakat untuk menghargai dan mempertahankan warisan budaya mereka.   Kusmindari Triwati, an active choreographer in Pontianak City, has created more than 50 types of traditional dances and creations performed locally and internationally. She also founded Sanggar Andari, which aims to preserve traditional dance arts in Indonesia. This research aims to uncover and describe Kusmindari Triwati's biography. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to analyze her life journey and contributions to the world of dance. Primary and secondary data were collected through literature studies, observations, interviews with informants, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that she is a successful dancer, supported by family, work environment, and various awards, including the Cultural Figure of West Kalimantan Province awarded by the Governor. Kusmindari Triwati founded Sanggar Andari, which develops traditional dance by educating the younger generation of Pontianak to participate in national and Kalimantan-level dance festivals. Her popular works, such as the nugal dance, three serangkai dance, and rampak rebana dance, have received numerous awards from various institutions. Her hope is that people will love and preserve their local culture wholeheartedly. As a dance preservation figure in Pontianak, her life journey can inspire people to appreciate and maintain their cultural heritage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran yang di gunakan Sanggar Andari di Kota Pontianak dalam menerapkan pembelajaran tari untuk anak. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskritif kualitatif untuk memaparkan data-data yang ditemukan dilapangan dari hasil wawancara bersama narasumber yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran, observasi serta berbagai studi dokumentasi melalui reduksi data, deskripsi data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan sehingga teknik validasi data nya dapat di uji melalui teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran tari untuk anak di Sanggar Andari adalah dengan mengikuti instruksi dari pelatih. Materi yang diberikan untuk anak adalah tari tradisional dan tari kreasi baru Kalimantan Barat dan Nusantara untuk kelas dasar dan mahir atau lanjutan. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah strategi pembelajaran demontrasi terbimbing, strategi pembelajaran kontekstual, dan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif yang dilakukan oleh pelatih. Tahapan evaluasi dilaksanakan setahun dua kali dengan sistem pertunjukan tari sekaligus sebagai apresiasi bagi anak dalam proses untuk naik ke tingkat selanjutnya. Sedangkan kendala yang ditemukan saat kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung yaitu anak kadang merasa jenuh, tidak fokus pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung, pelatih berusaha mengatasi hal tersebut melalui upaya seperti anak akan diberi penanganan khusus, memberikan dorangan, motivasi serta kata kata yang akan membangun semangat anak dalam pembelajaran di Sanggar Andari Kota Pontianak.   This research aims to describe the learning strategies used by Sanggar Andari in implementing dance learning for children. Dance learning for children at Sanggar Andari is one way to improve children's development. Using qualitative descriptive research methods to present data found in the field from interviews with sources involved in the learning process, observations and various documentation studies to support data regarding the learning strategies used at Sanggar Andari in children's classes. Then it is analyzed through several stages, namely: data reduction, data description, and drawing conclusions so that the data validation technique can be tested through source triangulation techniques. The research results obtained show that the dance learning strategy for children at Sanggar Andari, Pontianak City is to follow the instructions of the trainer. The material provided for children is lenggang broken Sembilan as the most basic material for Andari studios for children and the Main Sarong dance material is provided for classes of children who have entered advanced or advanced classes. The learning method used is a guided demonstration method carried out by the Sanggar Andari dance trainer. The evaluation stage is carried out twice a year using a dance performance system as well as an appreciation for children in the process of moving to the next level. Meanwhile, the obstacles found during learning activities are that children sometimes feel bored and do not focus while learning is taking place. The trainer tries to overcome this through efforts such as giving children special treatment, providing encouragement, motivation and words that will build children's enthusiasm for learning. took place at Sanggar Andari.

Abstract

Tari Rampak Rebana merupakan tari kreasi baru ciptaan Ibu Kusmindari Triwati, berlandaskan kesenian melayu yang bernafaskan islam dan terdapat pengembangan langkah gerak tari tradisi Melayu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan koreografi. Data dalam penelitian ini disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan koreografi. Triangulasi data mengolah hasil observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, yang didapatkan untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Hasil Penelitian ini untuk mengungkap proses kreatif kusmindari triawati dalam penciptaan tari rampak rebana di sanggar andari. Tari rampak rebana adalah eksplorasi gerak yang dilakukan dengan mengamati hubungan antar penari dan pemusik dalam bermain rebana, pola-pola gerak Radad, langkah dan syara. Improvisasi dilakukan dengan melanjutkan tahapan eksplorasi sehingga lebih berkualitas. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memilih dan memilah rangkaian kebutuhan unsur tarinya. Komposisi tari dilakukan dengan menyusun gerak dan unsur tari lainnya yang telah dihasilkan dalam proses eksplorasi, improvisasi dan komposisi. Melalui banyak proses yang dilewati oleh Kusmindari Triwati yang mengajak beberapa seniman musik hingga pada akhirnya tari Rampak Rebana berhasil tercipta pertama kalinya ditahun 1996 dan terus menerus di pertahankan eksistensinya hingga sekarang.   The Rampak Rebana dance is a new dance creation created by Mrs. Kusmindari Triwati, based on Malay arts with an Islamic spirit and there is a development of traditional Malay dance steps. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a choreographic approach. The data in this research is presented in qualitative descriptive form with a choreographic approach. Data triangulation processes the results of observations, interviews, documentation, which are obtained to obtain research results. The results of this research are to reveal the creative process of Kusmindari Triawati in creating the Rampak Tambourine dance at Andari Studio. Rampak tambourine dance is an exploration of movement carried out by observing the relationship between dancers and musicians in playing the tambourine, Radad movement patterns, steps and syara. Improvisation is carried out by continuing the exploration stage so that it is of higher quality. Evaluation is carried out by selecting and sorting a series of needs for the dance elements. Dance composition is done by arranging movements and other dance elements that have been produced in the process of exploration, improvisation and composition. Through many processes, Kusmindari Triwati invited several musical artists until finally the Rampak Rebana dance was successfully created for the first time in 1996 and continues to maintain its existence until now.
