Abstract

Hotel Galuh Prambanan adalah Hotel Resort yang terletak di Prambanan, tepatnya JI. Manisrenggo KM. 1, Desa Tlogo, Kecamatan Prambanan, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Hotel ini menawarkan berbagai paket dengan harga terjangkau. Agar dapat bersaing dan terus eksis, serta mempertahankan pangsa pasar dari hotel-hotel sekitar yang ada. Disini kami mendapatkan bentuk permasalahan terkait dengan media promosi yang belum maksimal dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada para pengunjungnya. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka kami mendapatkan ide awal untuk mengembangkan media promosi pada Hotel Galuh Prambanan Yogyakarta. Dengan melakukan perancangan ulang (redesign) pada media promosi, dengan tujuan agar dapat mengoptimalisasi media promosi. Redesign adalah kegiatan untuk mengubah dan menyegarkan identitas suatu merek atau produk agar tetap berada di depan para pesaing. Redesign diperlukan untuk membuat sebuah brand atau produk mencapai level yang lebih tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam laporan ini diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membangun brand dan digunakan sebagai media promosi jangka panjang yang akan meningkatkan minat masyarakat, pengunjung dan calon pengunjung.

Abstract

Abstract- This service was done to help the Election Supervisory Agency of Indonesia (Bawaslu RI) in compiling the Manual Book of Community Satisfaction Survey. The Community Satisfaction Survey is necessary effort to improve the services provided. The preparation of this manual book is very urgent because the agency has the responsibility to accelerate bureaucratic reform as mandated by Presidential Regulation number 10 regarding of the Grand Design of Bureaucratic Reform 2010-2025. Based on an analysis, the results of the assessment of bureaucratic reform including public services within the agency have not obtained maximum results despite an increasing trend in recent years. On the other hand, the Election Supervisory Agency of Indonesia doesn't have a technical guide yet to measure the performance of services that have been carried out. The results of community service focus on the preparation of the Community Satisfaction Survey Book. This book is very helpful for the Election Supervisory Agency of Indonesia to improve the performance of public services through the implementation of the Community Satisfaction Survey which will be carried out within the agency's environment at all levels. The results of this service activity can of course be a reference for all election supervisory organizers throughout Indonesia, especially in relation to how to carry out the duties and functions of public services for the community in a measurable and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Science learning is related to experimental and observational activities. Learning media is needed in the preliminary phase to increase students' motivation in studying science learning. The caliper is a physics measuring instrument that is widely used in the classroom. Measuring instrument is an instrument used to compare measurement parameters with a predetermined standard. Things that need to be considered in the use of measuring instruments include specifications, types and functions of measuring instruments. The use of dimensional measuring tools such as a caliper has a function to measure the length, thickness, length, inner diameter, outer diameter and depth of the workpiece. Each measuring instrument has a different accuracy and precision. MA Almaarif Singosari is one of the private schools in Malang Regency. This school has a science laboratory for practicum for its students, but the existing equipment is not sufficient to meet the number of students, so the practical experience of the students is still lacking. One of the tools needed is a caliper measuring tool. The purpose of this PKM activity is to increase students' knowledge about measurement techniques using a caliper in theory and practice directly on the learning media that has been provided. The caliper used in this PKM activity has a precision of 0.1 mm and 0.05 mm. The measurement test object is a cylindrical workpiece with dimensions that represent various types of measurements using a caliper. The stages of this PKM activity include field surveys, making measurement objects, procurement of caliper and training on the use of caliper. The results of this training activity proved to be able to increase students' knowledge and skills in using caliper quickly and accurately. So that it can support students' abilities while working or continuing to study. In addition, the school also received additional facilities in the form of calipers and measurement aids so that they could improve the quality of science learning at MA Almaarif Singosari.

Abstract

Along with the continuous development of the times, Islamic boarding schools are currently facing developments not only as Islamic learning institutions but are also required to follow the flow of developments in science and technology (IPTEK). This makes pesantren experience a paradigm shift from an institution that is only centered on deepening religious knowledge, but also becomes an institution for developing economic potential. The concept of the role of students in the development of Islamic economics is very interesting to discuss, because students who are busy every day with learning activities or the Koran both in Islamic boarding schools and in formal schools. By nurturing sharia economic cadres from an early age in Islamic boarding schools, it is hoped that many students will engage in sharia economics, both in the realm of Islamic finance, Islamic entrepreneurship or Islamic philanthropic institutions such as amil zakat, infaq, sadaqah and waqf institutions. The method used) is through guidance in an effort to improve Islamic Economic Literacy in students of Al-Ishlahiyah Islamic Boarding School, Singosari, Malang. Through five stages, namely observation, collaborating with Al-Ishlahiyah Islamic Boarding School, making preparations for sharia economic guidance, implementing sharia economic guidance, and evaluating. The material contains a basic understanding of Islamic economics and an overview of lectures in the Islamic economics study program. The service activities carried out resulted in increased knowledge about Islamic economics and the interest of students to continue studying in the Islamic economics study program.

Abstract

Tempe is one of the original foods that are much favored by the people of Indonesia. Malang is famous for having many tempe-making businesses, which are spread both in the city and district of Malang. MSME Sanan Sejahtera is one of the tempe producers located in Malang Regency, precisely in Watugede Village, Singosari District. The process of producing tempeh for SMEs is still done traditionally. Although this business has been running for quite a long time, this effort cannot be separated from various problems faced. The problems faced are the production capacity of tempe which is still very small, the price of soybean raw materials tends to rise, and the marketing of tempe is still not optimal. The purpose of this community service is to help increase the production capacity of tempe and tempe sales turnover. The solution to overcome this problem is to provide a soybean peeler machine to increase production capacity and provide knowledge about marketing through social media to increase sales. The results of this community service activity are proven to be able to increase the production and sales capacity of tempe, so that the welfare of the community can increase. The implementation of this PPM is carried out with the stages of field surveys, tool making, tool installation, and training on the use and maintenance of tools.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious health problem in Indonesia. Basic Health Research Data (Riskesdas) shows the prevalence of stunting under five in 2018 reached 30.8 percent, which means that one in three toddlers is stunted. Stunting refers to the condition of a child's height being shorter than a child's height in general, due to lack of nutritional intake for a long time in the first 1000 days of life (HPK). When adults, children who are stunted will be vulnerable to attacks of non-communicable diseases such as: heart disease, stroke, diabetes, or kidney failure; hampering Indonesia's demographic bonus where the ratio of the non-working age population to the working age population decreases; threat of reducing intelligence level by 5-11 points. Seeing the dangers of stunting, strategic and systematic steps are needed from various elements of society (stakeholders). Because stunting is one of the causes of community knowledge (especially pregnant women and mothers of children under five) about stunting, this community empowerment program aims to prevent stunting through healthy village design, socialization, training, institutional capacity building, and awareness raising, as well as increasing availability. food. The activity method is cross sectional and community participation, and the research method uses pure description. The population is Posyandu Cadre, Sumbersekar Village Head and his staff, TPPKK Chair and PKK members, and other stakeholders, carried out in August-November 2022. The results of this empowerment activity are increased knowledge, awareness, community capacity in preventing and handling stunting, including in the depth of access to food as a source of nutrition for stunting management.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) is an important part of the national economy and development. However, this big role is also balanced with the obstacles it has, namely the UMKM actors still have difficulties in preparing financial reports. Seeing the importance of applying accounting for UMKM and this is also adjusted by taking into account the characteristics of UMKM transactions, the Dewan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (DSAK) under the auspices of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) has issued SAK-EMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Financial Accounting Standards) and since 1 January 2018. This community service aims to create and provide an understanding of financial statements in order to have quality information in accordance with applicable standards. It is hoped that this service will increase the understanding of MSME actors on the application of SAK EMKM in the preparation of financial reports.

Abstract

The application of digital financial records is very important for SMEs in the industrial era 4.0. Therefore, SMEs need to implement digital financial records to make it easier to make financial reports. SMEs, namely UD. Intan is a business engaged in the manufacture of batapress. UD. Intan is located in Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. The results of observations made that the recording of the financial statements of UD. Intan Manually and the recording is done in a simple way that only records income and expenses. Based on the results of these observations, the researchers applied training and mentoring strategies for SMEs at UD. Intan. Goals training and assistance to SMEs UD. Intan is to introduce digital financial records that will facilitate the preparation of financial reports. From the results of this study, a solution emerged, namely the use of digital financial records to make it easier to make various financial reports.

Abstract

Abstrak−Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bermitra dengan Kelompok Kuliner RW 13 Kelurahan Cipinang Melayu Jakarta Timur. Permasalahan yang dihadapi, adalah: (1) Belum diterapkannya tata kelola dan administrasi yang baik, serta pelaporan keuangan, (2) Belum tersedianya kemasan produk yang menarik pembeli, (3) Sistem promosi yang dilakukan masih sederhana belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra adalah: (1) Memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelolah usaha, perbaikan administrasi dan keuangan, (2) Memberikan pelatihan cara membuat kemasan yang baik dan higienis, (3) Memberikan pelatihan tentang sistem promosi dan pemasaran secara online. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pelatiham, ceramah, diskusi dan Tanya jawab terkait materi pelatihan yang diberikan. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah seluruh kegiatan dilaksanakan, adalah: Mitra anggota kelompok telah memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengelola usahanya sendiri dan dapat membuat pembukuan dan pelaporan keuangan, Mitra anggota kelompok memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat kemasan sendiri yang yang higienis dan menarik, Mitra anggota kelompok memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampian dalam membuat kemasan yang baik dan higienis, serta dapat mempromosikan, memasarkan produk dengan memanfaatkan tekonologi digital sistem online melalui social media (web, wa, face book dan instagram). Hasil ini tercapai karena adanya sikap dan motivasi yang tinggi yang dimiliki mitra kuliner mengikuti pelatihan dari awal sampai selesai. Adanya penguatan manajemen usaha kuliner yang dimiliki memberikan dampak positif dan lebih bersemangat dalam menjalankan usahanya setelah mengalami penurunan dimasa pandemi covid-19. Kata Kunci: Manajemen usaha, Kuliner, pemasaran online.

Abstract

Abstract. Psychoeducation is carried out to provide information to parents or who will become parents about types of parenting and also their effects on child development. The topic of psychoeducation is about what types of parenting styles are and the effects of each type of parenting on children's development. Psychoeducation was carried out by distributing opinion columns about the effects of parenting on social media (Instagram) and distributing posters directly to parents at the Kampili Health Center, Gowa. The result of implementing this psychoeducation is that respondents understand the content and intent of the posters distributed, respondents also benefit from the information and will apply the information in their daily lives as parenting styles for their children.
