Abstract

Through a case study of salt farmers in Kalianget, Sumenep, this research examines training and development to increase productivity, innovation and welfare of salt farmers. The research results show that intrinsic motivation, such as job satisfaction, increased productivity, and recognition, has a significant influence on innovation and welfare of salt farmers. The results of this research provide valuable insight for salt farmers, especially in Karang Anyar Village, to increase productivity, innovation and job satisfaction for salt farmers.

Abstract

Accounting procedures have proven their importance for all economic units, through the quality of information they provide and their commitment to instructions and laws or through providing consultations to avoid making mistakes by decision makers. The spread of the phenomenon of corruption has become a clear phenomenon in varying proportions in many economic units, and therefore its effects Corruption on economic and social life has led to obstructing the wheel of progress and construction, loss and waste in financial and technical terms, and moving away from achieving the goals and development plans drawn up for the progress of the Iraqi environment and moving it towards the framework of the public interest and activating the wheel of progress. The research aims to demonstrate the ability of accounting through its procedures and the auditing process followed and the professional ability of the accountant through his acquired experiences to limit this phenomenon and work to reduce and limit it, since the accounting profession is the basic foundation that can access real and confidential numbers and documents and ensure the extent of management’s commitment to instructions. The laws and regulations in force are within the legislation and laws to limit any deviation in work that could lead to loss of opportunities for progress in completing work, and moving away from personal interests to reach the public interest.The research also focused on the methods that can be followed to reduce the administrative and financial corruption gap. The researcher relied on a questionnaire distributed to a group of accountants and auditors, academics and professionals, and relying on SPSS statistical analysis to reach the research requirements and reach the most important conclusions and recommendations. Among the most important Conclusions: There is a relationship between the accumulated experience of those working in accounting and oversight to reduce the phenomenon of administrative corruption. The researcher also recommended the importance of relying more on those with accumulated experience at work, especially in the field of oversight within the formations of economic units.

Abstract

In this research, the influence of location, product variety, service quality and shop atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Marwah Kiby Pare can be explained. In this research, quantitative methods and analytical techniques used in this research are used, namely validity test, reliability test, correlation test, multiple linear test, t test (partial test), f test (simultaneous test), and coefficient of determination test. The sampling technique used in this research was incidental sampling and the sample used in this research was 99 respondents. In this research it can be concluded that location, product variety, service quality and store atmosphere have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. And location, product variety, service quality and store atmosphere have a simultaneous and significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

With the current situation and conditions where employment is very difficult, it is suitable for many people to become entrepreneurs in the business world. The purpose of this research in order to formulate the question is to find out the analysis of franchising other tea companies. Abstract

Bima Regency public awareness regarding driving discipline is still low, this is due to the high number of accidents caused by several factors including underage children driving, drivers not wearing helmets, reckless driving, and running red lights, of course this requires a role. important for the Transportation Service, especially the special division for traffic. This research aims to determine the role of the Transportation Department in improving driving discipline in Bima Regency and the factors that influence driving discipline in Bima Regency.The research is a qualitative descriptive study using primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained from interviews conducted in the traffic sector and direct observation at the Bima Regency Transportation Service, while secondary data in this research were laws, articles, journals, previous research and so on, which became supporting data for the research after primary data.The results of the research show that in carrying out the duties of the transportation service in improving driving discipline in Bima district, efforts have been made and implementing policies to increase driving awareness, including carrying out patrols, raids, road security, outreach to the community and schools. The main factor that influences driving discipline in Bima Regency is knowledge of traffic rules and coupled with very hot weather conditions which make drivers less focused and aware of the road and traffic rules.

Abstract

This article explores the application of blockchain technology to enhance ethical operations in the food industry. Blockchain is viewed as a potential solution for improving transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the food supply chain. This technology enables the recording of transactions that are immutable and publicly verifiable, reducing the likelihood of fraud and product contamination. Additionally, blockchain can support compliance with ethical and sustainability standards, helping companies build trust with consumers. The study suggests that further research is needed to explore various aspects of blockchain application in the food industry, such as sustainable finance, digital forensics, and supply chain management. However, the article is limited by its focus on bibliometric analysis and lacks empirical data on blockchain implementation in the food industry. Future research should combine theoretical and practical approaches to provide a comprehensive view of blockchain's use in ethical and sustainable business operations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the consumer buying behavior consequential variables consisting of, Ecolabeling, Green Branding, Green Advertising, Environmental Knowledge, and Green Consumption. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. A total of 200 respondents had purchased or knew about environmentally friendly products and had ecolabeling labels. Data was collected through a cross-sectional questionnaire. Then the data was analyzed using SEM Structure Equation Modeling. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a positive influence of Ecolabeling, Green Advertising, Green Branding, Environmental Knowledge, Green Consumption on Consumer Buying Behavior. The results of this research can provide input for entrepreneurs or companies that make environmentally friendly electronic products to further increase their green marketing and also product sales.

Abstract

BPJS Employment cooperates with many employer companies and Work Accident Service Centers in managing Work Accident Insurance. In its management, of course, the company must have an effective and efficient governance system. The research entitled "Governance System for Payment Bills for Work Accident Guarantee Claims at Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa Branch" has the aim of conducting an ongoing analysis of the governance of bills for payment of work accident guarantee claims. The results obtained in this study are that researchers know the benefits of Work Accident Insurance and the procedures and Management System for JKK Payment Bills which are carried out very well by the BPJS Employment Surabaya Karimunjawa.

Abstract

PT Salmanda Jaya Utama is a franchise of Shell Indonesia which is engaged in the business of fuel oil (BBM), lubricants for industry, automotive, transportation, mini market (select). Research shows that improving abilities and skills through training will increase employee effectiveness and efficiency. And a well-structured organization can achieve optimal work results. The purpose of this study was to determine the training and organizational culture affect employee performance. The method of collecting data in preparing the thesis is the observation method, interviews, primary data with the analysis method in the form of quantitative, namely the multiple linear regression analysis method with a saturated sample technique totaling 40 employees. The results of this study state that training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.008 <0.05 and a T value> T table of 2.789> 2.022. Organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of T count> T table of 5.528> 2.022. Training and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of F count> F table of 59.391> 3.24
