Abstract

The objective of the MBKM program is to increase the competency value of graduates, both in soft skills and hard skills, to obtain the means to implement the knowledge gained from lectures into a real work environment, and to increase knowledge about the scope and work culture of companies, especially companies in the Food and Beverage sector. MBKM participants in the Account Receivable subdivision are given a number of tasks that are repeated daily and weekly, including recapitulating voucher payments from all stores and billing to PT. Sodexo Motivation Solutions Indonesia, makes journal data and imports the data into SAP, makes account data from FEM domino's and reconciles payments for e-wallets, makes Invoices and Reimbursement according to requests, and makes journalism for CIMB NIAGA Bank in SAP. The conclusion of the MBKM program activities is that the activities run quite effectively and efficiently, participants get the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience from routine and non-routine activities as well as from innovation projects that have been completed. Innovation projects that have been made by participants with approval from superiors, these innovation projects will later be continued by the next participant. In addition, MBKM participants also gain knowledge regarding journals related to accounts receivable, payment reconciliation, invoices, expertise in SAP operations and other soft skills that are very useful for the participants' future careers.

Abstract

The Mandiri Internship was created with the aim of being a means for students to develop skills and apply knowledge in the world of professional work. The research was conducted at PT Nindya – Modern, KSO which is engaged in construction. The author's Independent internship is carried out in the company's accounting division by carrying out accounting activities in the form of checking proof of transactions in the cash and accounts payable division, studying the accounting system used by the company, making general journals for each transaction and participating in all routine activities outside the division. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach. The type of data collection used is documentation and interviews. The results of this analysis and research are that there are two accounting calculation methods in contracting companies, namely the Settlement Presentation Method and the Completed Contract Method. The limitation that occurred during the research was direct learning provided by the company so that the writer was required to take the initiative to find material to be used as research and submitted to the company.

Abstract

This internship report is intended to explain the author's activities in the independent internship process at PT Ernst & Young Indonesia. This program provides an opportunity to gain work experience and contribute to the company where the internship is conducted. This report will explain the daily activities as part of the People Advisory Services division. This project was carried out for a client in a company in the financial industry in Indonesia to analyze gaps, potential, risk control and improve business processes as well as its organizational structure. Therefore, client companies use the services of EY consultants to carry out model operations, organization designs and transformation designs. This project work results in useful deliverables for EY clients and provides interns a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Abstract

This report details the execution of MSIB activities undertaken by the author as the final Internship Report at PT Maleo Edukasi Teknologi for approximately 5 months, from August 14th to December 31st, 2023. The internship program at PT Maleo Edukasi Teknologi (Educourse.id) accommodated a total of 100 participants. Educourse.id functions as a subsidiary of PT Maleo Edukasi Teknologi, established on June 1st, 2020, with a vision to become the foremost STEAM-based educational learning platform preparing future skills aligned with Indonesia's Industry 4.0. Focused on STEM education, Educourse.id's report encompasses the implementation of the marketing communication education content division at Educourse.id, outlining the processes, obstacles encountered, and successes achieved in marketing Educourse.id's products.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are types of businesses that are widely operated by individuals, households, and small enterprises. To fulfill their tax obligations, MSME taxpayers need to understand the principles of recording and bookkeeping, as these form the basis for calculating income tax liabilities. Trisakti School of Management's Center for Community Research and Development (P3M) collaborates with the Jakarta Grogol Petamburan Tax Office to provide guidance on how to maintain proper bookkeeping and recording for MSME taxpayers. This training event is conducted in partnership with the Kantor Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan, Jackpreneur, and Baqoel. The objective of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of how to maintain proper recording and bookkeeping for MSME taxpayers and how to calculate taxes using these records and books. The training method involves delivering materials through lectures, providing examples of recording and bookkeeping cases, and conducting tax calculations using the recorded data. The expected outcomes of this training are that participants will grasp their obligations when they possess a Tax Identification Number (NPWP) and will register their businesses to obtain an NPWP for those who do not have one. The ultimate target is to increase the number of MSME taxpayers who have an NPWP, make tax payments, and submit tax reports, thereby improving the compliance of MSME taxpayers.

Abstract

This Independent Internship Report is a form of accountability by explaining the author's activities in the Independent Internship program. This Independent Internship Program was implemented at PT Victory International Futures. PT Victory International Futures is a company engaged in financial services and trading. This Independent Internship aims to prepare students to enter the world of work and improve their competencies and abilities. In this report, the entire internship program will be explained as a Recruitment Officer Intern, as well as explaining the relationship between recruitment and employee retention in the company. The duties of the Recruitment Officer Intern at PT Victory International Futures are to create job postings and screen CVs, and conduct screening interviews with candidates. This Independent Internship Program was carried out for 3 months. However, there was limited and less complex access in the company. It would be better if in the future more contributions can be made with wider and more complex access.

Abstract

PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk., known as Erajaya, is a leading company in Indonesia in the field of distribution and retail of electronics, lifestyle, health, and food products. The community service program conducted by STIE Trisakti aimed to improve the accuracy of the company's financial data, which faced issues of inaccuracy. Through the methods of risk analysis, fishbone diagram, SMART, and PDCA, STIE Trisakti successfully identified the root causes and proposed relevant solutions. The conducted socialization and training activities effectively reduced data input errors and enhanced the quality of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk.'s financial reports, thus highlighting the importance of risk management and continuous improvement in maintaining the reliability of the company's financial data.

Abstract

The Foundation is a non-profit organization that focuses on education and empowerment of women in micro-enterprises (MSMEs). The Foundation has several community activity programs such as scholarship programs, batik learning houses, learning house programs for underprivileged community groups, etc. Community Service Activities carried out by STIE Trisakti at The Foundation aim to help organizations improve the accuracy and completeness of data on the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) used by The Foundation so that the process of managing Human Resource (HR) management activities becomes more efficient and appropriate. The STIE Trisakti Community Service Team together with The Foundation team carry out activities to apply management science, especially human resource management, to optimize the use of HRIS as a solution for managing organizational HR by updating employee data through the process of collecting the latest employee data and filling out employee data update forms continuously. The use of HRIS in routine activities is the responsibility of the HC administration unit so that the available data is accurate and can minimize errors that generally occur in the process of organizational HR management activities. Accurate employee data information is an important part of the HR management process to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in achieving success goals.

Abstract

Digital transformation and technological advancements have increased the demand for highly qualified workers. Higher education institutions play a crucial role in producing graduates who are competitive in the industry. The community service program organized by Kemendikbudristek aims to enhance graduates' competencies through real work experiences and the development of both hardskills and softskills. PT Revolusi Cita Edukasi (RevoU) partners in this program, providing intensive training in data analytics and software development. The program involves students in real-world projects, such as a capstone project that includes analyzing sales data from vending machines and developing an interactive dashboard. The final result is an interactive dashboard that provides essential business insights related to vending machine sales. This dashboard assists stakeholders in making better decisions based on accurate data. The quality of the results is measured by the dashboard's ability to present real-time data and its usability. Recommendations for program improvement include implementing a peer assessment system, regular monitoring by section managers, enhancing mentor roles, and providing additional learning resources. The program is expected to continue evolving and have a greater positive impact on participants' career and skill development in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by MSME enterpreneurs in achieving the Vision of Golden Indonesia 2045. This research employs a qualitative method through a literature study, collecting data and information from various media sources with a library study approach. These media sources include books, journals, conference proceedings, articles, and online news, which support the development of this study. The results of the study showed that the key factors challenges for MSMEs contribution toward realizing the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision include intensifying global competition, rapid advancements in digital technology and e-commerce, limited access to funding, and suboptimal human resource quality. Furthermore, shifting consumer behavior, evolving government policies, and the need to ensure business sustainability are critical factors that MSME players must proactively address. However, these challenges also present opportunities for creative and innovative MSMEs to thrive and grow. Digital technology, particularly e-commerce platforms, along with government support in the form of favorable regulations and access to financing through Fintech, creates avenues for MSMEs to expand their markets and enhance their competitiveness. Additionally, Indonesia's ongoing demographic bonus offers significant potential for boosting productivity, driven by a young generation with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
