Abstract

This final internship report is a form of accountability to provide an explanation regarding the author's activities while undergoing an internship at PT Abbauf Mulia Konsultan Teknologi, which was organized through the Merdeka Campus Certified Internship program for work programs from the Government Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. PT Abbauf Mulia Konsultan Teknologi is a consulting company engaged in technology. The contents of this report describe the routine activities and responsibilities as an apprentice placing the account manager position in the “Management of Marketing Strategy by Account Manager for Grouping Target Clients of GIS Products” project. The author explains the benefits and experience in the world of work, especially related to the analysis of market materials and product analysis from PT Abbauf Mulia Konsultan Teknologi.

Abstract

The MBKM Program aims to provide opportunities for Indonesian students to gain work experience from quality partners, and improve their competencies so they can compete in the world of work. This final report describes the writer’s experience while participating in an internship at PT Vidio Dot Com as accounts payable intern a subdivision on accounting division. In this MBKM activity the writer is assigned to assist operational activities in the finance and accounting division which will be explained more fully in this report, such as manage invoices, recording of asset number, data recapitulation, reconciliation of E-Commerce SVOD Revenue data, and making Accounts Payable Performance Report. Through this MBKM activity, the writer have the opportunity to improve their skills, for soft skills such as the ability to communicate across functions and organizational levels and presentation skills, for technical skills such as using Microsoft Excel in analyzing data, Google Workspaces (google slides, google sheets, and email), and Smartsheet.

Abstract

In the era of Globalization 4.0, competition of work field is the world of work is increasingly challenging, where fresh graduates are required to prepare themselves starting from soft skills and hard skills. Therefore, the government provides a place for students by providing opportunities to develop skills to work directly on real projects. Participating in the internship activities, the author gains insight and learns new things. This report contains the author's experience in conducting internships at PT HashMicro Solusi Indonesia as a Business Development Executive with the role of Trainer and Implementation. Author’s job and responsiility are, teaching clients how to use the recruitment system to find the best qualified candidate, reporting if clients have any problem, and checking client’s database for any error that may occur.

Abstract

This report contains the author's activities while participating in Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, the main objective of this program is to provide direct work experience mentored by practitioners who are experts in their fields. In this report, the author will explain about the company, daily activities carried out include training administration and also projects regarding e-learning content development and the learning management system during participation as part of the corporate training division at PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. As a result of this program, the author was able to develop competencies from a technical point of view which includes administration, learning management system operation and e-learning content production for non-technical competencies development which include teamwork, problem solving, communication and adaptability in the workplace.

Abstract

This Internship Final Report was written to explain how the writer’s activities during her Internship in OK OCE Indonesia through Magang Bersama Kampus Merdeka which was held by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic Indonesia, OK OCE is a social movement in job creation through the entreprenurial movement. In this Report, In this Report, it will be explained how the writer’s daily life as a part of the 3rd batch of apprentice participants OK OCE Indonesia in the research and learning divison in the Project “Activation of Co-Learning Space to Improve Competence and Competitiveness of MSEs”. As for this Report, it will be explained how the writer’s supports MSMEs in Indonesia in efforts to digitalize businesses by referring to the seven OK OCE curriculum standards.

Abstract

This internship report is intended to explain the author's activities in the internship process with PT. Petik Emas Consulting through Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka program. This report will explain how the author's daily life as part of Marketing Intern. The things described will include the author's activities in searching for data, information, and facts related to research (competitors, companies, social enterprises, and social innovation) through the internet and interviews. The form of output from market research activities carried out will be collected into a social innovation outlook.

Abstract

This internship report was prepared to explain the author's experience in participating in the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) program at Hashmicro. In this program, the author has the opportunity to become a Talent Acquisition Intern and is responsible for recruitment activities from the marketing department and business development department positions. This report will consist of three sections, including an introduction (containing the background of the participation and responsibilities of the author in the MBKM program), analysis and discussion (containing repetitive routine activities, non-routine activities, and skills and knowledge utilized and acquired during the program MBKM is in progress), and closing (contains conclusions, limitations, and the author's recommendations for this MBKM program)

Abstract

The internship process at PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia which is carried out through MBKM activities can create flexible learning in higher education. Internship program activities can also build an innovative learning culture and provide the knowledge and skills needed by students in facing the competitive world of work in accordance with the times, technological advances, and societal dynamics. The internship program activities carried out at PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia's Accounting Specialist division are focused on carrying out activities to understand Hashmicro's ERP modules related to accounting and financial reports, handling client issues, conducting meetings with clients related to discussing issues, analyzing the implementation of transactions related to accounting on Hashmicro ERP Software, making work reports in PDF document form on accounting transaction work practices, and presenting work results to mentors on accounting transaction work practices. Internship program activities produce several things such as knowledge, attitudes, general skills, and special skills. Knowledge of software such as functions, usability, and how to operate menus and submenus. Attitudes acquired regarding how to serve and deal with clients properly and correctly. General skills in terms of being able to work with teams, being able to think critically, and solving problems quickly and precisely. As well as special skills obtained such as being able to understand client accounting transactions and provide the desired output from the client from the Hashmicro ERP software.

Abstract

The end of the study period for final year-students requires them to be able to improve their abilities and knowledge to compete in the world of work. One of the facilities that provide opportunities for students to hone these skills is the MBKM program organized by the government. The purpose of this program is to provide experience and increase knowledge by being directly involved in the company's operations. This report will explain the author's experience during an internship at PT Simplefi Teknologi Indonesia as a Loan Operations Admin. The author is responsible for verifying data in the process of disbursing AwanTempo funds. In addition, the author is responsible for recording the reconciliation of the company's cash flow and cash balance every day. The non-routine work carried out by the author is documenting loan capital lender documents.

Abstract

The final report of this independent study program is shown to explain the author's activities while participating in the Free Learning - Independent Campus (MBKM) activities which are a government program that aims to improve the abilities and expertise of students organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This report contains the author's activities while participating in independent Data Analytics study activities at PT Zona Edukasi Nusantara (Zenius Education). The things explained include Fundamental Thinking learning activities then followed by Data Analytics learning which ends with giving final assignments in groups by analyzing Home Credit's company data needed by company stakeholders in making decisions. Even though there are still limitations that still need to be improved, this program contributes to society.
