Abstract

This MBKM final report contains the author's overall activities during internship in Lazada's Key Account Management Digital Goods division. This report will be preceded by an introduction that covers the government's MBKM program in outline. After that, the report will be continued with the activities carried out by author, both routine and non-routine, complemented by the process to constraints and solutions. Where, author's main activity during internship in this division was to manage operations and also the final project in the form of UX optimization on Lazada mobile top up page. This report will also focus on the knowledge, abilities, and other things that author has gained during internship. Author also provide evaluations that could be useful for the next batch of MBKM programs.

Abstract

This internship report is intended to explain the author's activities during the internship at PT. MAP Active Adiperkasa Tbk through the Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka program. This program is aimed at increasing self-competence through work experience, so that it fits the needs of the world of work and the industry you want to target. This report will explain how the author is daily life as part of the retail marketing division. The things that will be explained include the division of tasks within the marketing team, all work assigned by the supervisor to the author, and the final assignment which involves collaboration between the supervisor and the writer which is called the Innovation Project.

Abstract

This internship report is intended to explain the author's activities during the internship at MAP Retail Academy through the Independent Campus Certified Internship Program organized by the Ministry of Education. This report will explain the author's daily activities as part of the HR Training Intern. This internship report contains the author's activities as a trainer in the Academic division at MAP Retail Academy. In addition to the daily activities regarding the work given, this report will also explain non routine activities provided by MAP Retail Academy and projects outside of the author's daily activities. This program has been running effectively and efficiently in training apprentices to be able to apply learned knowledge, skills, and attitudes such as effective communication, time management, and project management into work related to training.

Abstract

This report describes the author's activities in the internship process for program Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program at PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi (TheFoodhall) which is part of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP). This report also contains the author's daily life as an intern with PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi in the Human Capital & General Affairs division as HR Administration. What will be explained includes the division of tasks within the HC&GA division, all work assigned by the mentor to the author, both routine and non-routine work. Apart from that, there is also a final project called an innovation project.

Abstract

This internship report aims to explain the author's activities during the internship at PT. Mitra Akademi Perkasa (MAP Retail Academy) through the Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program organized by the Ministry of Education. This program is held to improve abilities and skills, so that they are in accordance with the needs of the world of work in the future. This report will explain about the company, the daily activities of the Author as part of the training and development team and how the work is divided. In addition to daily activities regarding the work provided, this report will explain other activities such as project that provided by PT. Mitra Akademi Perkasa.The results of the program that has been carried out for four and a half months are felt to be effective and efficient. Because in less than 5 months the author gain valuable experience and can fully contribute to the work done, especially in the field of human resources

Abstract

This internship report is intended to explain the author's activities in the internship process with KLY (Emtek Digital) through the MBKM program organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This program aims to provide opportunities for college students to experiencing work professionally in a company, understanding the company's work culture, gaining various knowledge and skills needed in the world of work. This internship report contains the author's activities as part of the Campaign Manager Intern including the tasks within the Campaign Management division and some of the main tasks that was trusted by the mentor for author to do. As for this report, it will explain author's activities as a Campaign Manager for Kapanlagi Youniverse in collaboration with several teams from other divisions. The MBKM program trains author to be able to implemented the skills that have learned such as effective communication, project management, and analytical thinking into work related to managing campaigns.

Abstract

This internship report is intended to explain the author's activities in the joint internship process at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia through the Independent Campus Certified Internship program organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. In this report, it will be explained how the author's daily life as part of the accounting and finance internship participants. The things that are explained will include the division of tasks within the Accounting and Finance team, the work assigned by the mentor to the author, and also how the process of carrying out the final project is. The final project takes the theme Flow Incoming sales which contains the flow of incoming money at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia from the store to the head office.

Abstract

This report is prepared as a brief explanation of the activities carried out during the implementation ot the MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) Internship program at PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia. The Implementation of the Internship activities is carried out in the business development division, the client sub-division. Work in this division focuses on mining data for cold calls, entering leads data into the company’s system, collecting information related to client needs and offering the system needed by clients, confirming meeting schedules or presentation demos, and filling out daily report on business development, client service, and cold calls.

Abstract

The Merdeka Internship Program organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology aims to increase students' knowledge and experience in the world of professional work. This Merdeka Internship Program is carried out at Active MAP Adiperkasa/Active MAP with HR Recruitment position. MAP Active (PT MAP Active Adiperkasa Tbk) is a retailer engaged in sports products and is a subsidiary of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP). The brands managed by this company like Fitflop, Docmart, Skechers, New Balance, ALDO etc.The work done during the Merdeka Internship Program is to carry out the the end-to-end recruitment process. As for other work, such as helping project walk-in interviews which have been carried out 3 times during the internship. The Merdeka Internship Program is fully offline program so that we can learn many things directly and can be used as provisions to enter the world of work.The result of this internship program is to add new knowledge and experience that cannot be obtained from studying in college and also working professionally. In addition, hard skills and soft skills are also very well honed.

Abstract

The Merdeka Internship Program aims to improve students' competence, experience and knowledge in the world of professional work. The Merdeka Internship Program was held at The Foodhall with the position of Tax. The work, responsibilities, and participation carried out during the Merdeka Internship Program are carrying out routine work such as equalizing PPH Article 23 and final PPH via SAP, approving PPH 23 deduction slips from vendors via the n2nb2b web. As for non-routine work, such as compiling competitors' financial statements, budgeting for store supplies, tenant sales records through MOKA, and compiling The Foodhall's stores area. The results of the internship program are carrying out a series of routine activities, project activities, and activities outside of work. From this program many things can be learned and used as provisions to enter the world of work.
