Data analysis techniques, namely 1) simple and multiple linear correlation test; 2) Significant test using t-test and f-test. The leadership style of the principal and work culture together have a positive effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of the second variable between the second independent variable and the variable in Ry.12 is 0.670. Abstract

This study aims to examine the historical context, dynamics, and implications of the political and cultural relations between Afghanistan and Iran during the reign of Amanullah Khan (1919-1929 AD). The method employed involves analyzing historical records and narratives to understand the initial cordiality between Amanullah Khan and Reza Shah, their visits to each other's countries, and the subsequent deterioration of political relations. Despite external influences from global powers that sought to hinder the expansion of political, economic, and cultural ties between the two nations, the shared history and interests of Afghanistan and Iran fostered a strong cultural relationship. This study finds that cultural relations served as a reliable foundation for enhancing overall bilateral relations, often compensating for fluctuations in political interactions. The implications of this research highlight the significance of cultural relations as a means to strengthen and diversify ties between neighboring countries, suggesting that a focus on cultural exchange can yield positive outcomes even in the absence of strong political alliances.

The result shows that most teachers respond positively on the implementation of ICT in English instructional practice in elementary school. Regarding the cultural content, the participants agree that ICT can be helpful for them to provide interactive digital teaching material, including cultural material for the students. The existence of ICT is helpful for both students and teachers to provide real and authentic teaching materials. Therefore, the use of ICT needs to be promoted to provide cultural awareness in ELT practice to equip young learners to do intercultural communication in the global world

Abstract

Beauty is one of the three concepts to which value judgments are attributed. Immanuel Kant, the great German philosopher (1724-1804 AD), stated that beauty is something that arouses the satisfaction of the soul without the need for imagination. In other words, beauty is what makes us feel happy without seeing it and also without any apparent benefit. The relation of beauty and ugliness to passivity is analogous to the relation of good and evil to action and the relation of right and wrong to reason. Beauty is synonymous with goodness and virtue, signifying proportion and harmony between the components of an object. It is mentioned in the authoritative book of hadith (Muslim Sharif) that "Allah is the most beautiful of the beloved," implying that God (the Exalted) is beautiful and loves beauty. Additionally, divine verses and signs, by reminding us of the manifestations of beauty in creation, prompt humans to admire their creator based on the manifestations of existential creation. They also encourage us to recognize that the beauty of human creation encompasses the earth, sky, stars, and more. Everyone is invited and guided to God through these manifestations.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe 1) the level of Vocabulary and Kanji that students tend to use in essays measured based on JLPT standards and 2) the suitability of the level of Vocabulary and Kanji used by students in Japanese essays with the learning level that has been taken, namely N4. These two measurements utilize a corpus of data that has only been used for reading-learning purposes. This research uses a qualitative approach, and the data source is 53 students with data collection techniques, namely assignments to write essays with predetermined themes and questionnaires. The data analyzed is the vocabulary and Kanji students use in their essays. This research shows that students use 68.8% of N5-level vocabulary and 61% of N5-level Kanji in their essays. The findings from assessing the use of vocabulary and Kanji differ from their current learning level, namely level N4, which the highest percentage at this level should indicate. Thus, the target of students' ability to use N4-level vocabulary and Kanji at their current learning level has not been achieved.
