Abstract

The quality of education is one of the important issues that draws attention in various educational discussions in Indonesia. In educational organizations, as in any other organization, achieving good and effective organizational performance becomes the focus of education managers. The impacts of globalization, the development of science and technology, and modern learning models and methods are all contributing factors. This research refers to literature research. To obtain research data, the researcher collects, analyzes, and compiles sources from articles, books, and previous research papers on the application of strategic management in education. The researcher then supplements the strategic management data to improve the quality of education. Teachers and economic policy researchers have started meeting to discuss policy changes in management and how to respond to them. To achieve superior organizational performance, an organization must be able to compete in both human resources and finances. Both are crucial elements for an organization. The role of leadership is a key element in achieving this goal. Improving the quality of education in educational institutions, addressing global challenges, enhancing the quality of educational management, improving the quality of the learning process, improving the quality of human resources in education, as well as strategic management and operational management in building network management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 on eco-literacy and green purchase behaviour from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. Climate change and the need for sustainability highlight the importance of eco-literacy in fostering consumer environmental awareness. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey of 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings indicate that eco-literacy significantly influences the brand image and green product knowledge. These variables mediate the relationship between eco-literacy and green purchase behaviour. The results emphasize that consumers with higher levels of eco-literacy tend to prefer sustainable brands and environmentally friendly products. From the perspective of maqashid syariah, these findings align with the principles of hifz al-'aql (protection of intellect) and hifz al-maal (protection of wealth).

Abstract

Arwan, 2024. The Effect of Service Quality on Community Satisfaction at the Paccerakkang Village Office, Makassar City. Thesis of the Management Science Study Program of STIM-LPI Makassar (supervised by Dr. Andi Hendra Syam, S.E., M.Si. and Rahmi Usman, S.S., M.Pd.)This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Community Satisfaction at the Paccerakkang Village Office, Makassar City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the number of respondents of 100 employees which is used as a sample with a sampling technique, namely probability or random sample with the slovin technique, where the data collection technique using questionnaires. The analysis used in this study is a Simple regression test. The results of this study partially showed that the training variable had a positive effect on employee performance with the T value calculated for the service quality variable was 12.278 while theT table with the level (ꭤ) = 0.05, N-K = 100-2 = 98 was 1.984. Based on the test criteria of theT count>Ttable, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and the significance level is 0.000<0.05. Which means that partially the service quality variable has a significant effect on community satisfaction.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic accounting in the business world has gained increasing attention as awareness grows regarding the financial and operational principles outlined by Islamic law. Islamic accounting, which adheres to the principles of Shariah, aims to ensure that a company's transactions and financial reports comply with Islamic guidelines. This paper aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of Islamic accounting on firm value, with a focus on examining the contemporary Islamic accounting framework, which includes structures and methodologies for more transparent reporting. This research also identifies factors that can strengthen or hinder the adoption of Islamic accounting in improving a company’s financial performance, as well as its impact on investor perceptions. The analysis results indicate that companies consistently applying Islamic accounting principles can enhance investor trust, thereby improving the company's value. Thus, the implementation of Islamic accounting can be an effective strategy to enhance the credibility and competitiveness of a company in a market increasingly focused on ethical and transparent financial practices.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the influence of paternalistic leadership on organizational virtuewithin the Dean&#39;s educational group. To achieve this goal, the study utilized paternalistic leadership,including ethical, authoritarian, and benevolent leadership, and organisational virtueousness, includingoptimism, trust, empathy, integrity, and forgiveness. Using a questionnaire including (125) workers ofKarbala Cement Company, a random sample of them was chosen for the study area. The correlationcoefficient (Person) was utilized, and the significance of the correlation link between the two variableswas determined using the (t) and (F) tests. The researcher found that paternalistic leadershipsignificantly influences organizational virtuousness, as determined by calculating the percentagecontribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable using (R2). The study suggests thatKarbala Cement Company prioritizes paternalistic leadership as a crucial aspect of its work andorganizational virtue.

Abstract

The Ciawi livestock research center in Bogor is engaged in livestock research. The beginning of the Ciawi livestock research center was established in 1981 by Drh. Jan Nari until now. This study aims to analyze the amount of dairy milk production income in the Ciawi livestock research center, Bogor Regency. Primary data were collected based on observations at the research location, recording and interviews using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from the Ciawi Livestock Research Center, Bogor Regency, scientific journals and articles related to dairy milk production income. Data analysis using income and feasibility analysis. The results showed that the livestock research center in 2020 produced 28,699 liters of milk and in 2021 produced 29,783 liters of milk. In 2020 the livestock research center looks profitable at Rp. 102,393,980, and in 2021 it has decreased by Rp. 10,649,980. The R / C ratio of Dairy Cattle Farming Business at the Ciawi Livestock Research Center, Bogor Regency, West Java Province in 2020 is 1.12 and in 2021 1.01, which means that every Rp. 1 spent by the Livestock Research Center in business activities carried out is profitable or feasible to develop because the R / C Ratio > 1

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Central Sumba Regency is a local government agency that has an important role in public services, organizations need to understand factors that can affect employee job satisfaction, including organizational climate, teamwork, and OCB. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate, teamwork, and OCB on the job satisfaction of employees of the Central Sumba Regency Dispendukcapil. In this study, the population and sample are all employees of the Sumba Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 30 people. Data analysis using SPSS 23. The results of the study show that the organizational climate has a significant positive effect on the job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Sumba Regency. Teamwork has a significant positive effect on the job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Sumba Regency. OCB has a significant positive effect on the job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Sumba Regency. All variables have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Sumba Regency.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of flexible work arrangements (FWAs), prompting a paradigm shift in the traditional work model. This study aims to systematically review the literature on the impact of FWAs and organizational culture on work productivity. A systematic literature review was conducted using a rigorous methodology, including database searches, screening, data extraction, and thematic analysis. The search focused on peer-reviewed articles published in reputable academic journals. The findings from the literature review indicate that FWAs and organizational culture have a significant impact on work productivity. FWAs can enhance work-life balance, job satisfaction, and employee motivation, leading to increased productivity. However, challenges such as social isolation, decreased collaboration, and difficulty in maintaining work-life boundaries may arise. Organizational culture plays a crucial role in shaping employee behaviour and performance. A positive organizational culture characterized by trust, respect, and open communication can foster employee engagement and productivity. However, negative organizational cultures can hinder employee performance and job satisfaction. This systematic literature review highlights the complex interplay between FWAs and organizational culture in influencing work productivity. Organizations should strive to create a positive organizational culture that supports employee well-being, provides opportunities for professional development, and facilitates effective collaboration. By carefully designing and implementing FWAs, organizations can harness the benefits of flexibility while mitigating potential challenges. Further research is needed to explore the long-term impact of FWAs and organizational culture on employee productivity and organizational performance.

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of Islamic banks in supporting monetary policy in Indonesia and its impact on national economic stability. Using library research methods, this research examines relevant literature regarding the development of the sharia banking sector and sharia-based monetary instruments. The research results show that Islamic banks make a significant contribution to stabilizing inflation, increasing financial access, and managing liquidity through instruments such as the Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate (SBIS) and the sharia interbank money market. In addition, Islamic banks play a role in providing financing for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which is important for inclusive economic growth. Nevertheless, challenges such as low sharia financial literacy and limited policy instruments need to be overcome to maximize the contribution of sharia banks to monetary policy. This research is expected to provide in-depth insight into the potential and challenges faced by Islamic banks in supporting the stability of the Indonesian economy.

Abstract

This article discusses global marketing strategies in the digital age, with a focus on the application of digital marketing. In the introduction, the phenomenon of digital marketing is explained as an important tool in reaching a vast global market. While many companies have successfully used digital marketing, others have failed due to a lack of understanding and proper strategy. Examples of publicly listed companies that have successfully implemented digital marketing will be outlined to provide a real-life illustration of this success. The importance of discussing digital marketing lies in its significant impact on the way companies interact with consumers around the world. The conclusion emphasizes that an in-depth understanding of digital marketing is key to success in global marketing, especially in facing challenges and taking advantage of opportunities.
