Abstract

The problem in this study is that the performance of employees has not been maximized, which can be seen from the non-achievement of the tax revenue target at the Bantul Primary Tax Service Office (KPP) in 2019 to 2021 (especially the achievement of the Account Representative target in 2021). This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership, Mutation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at KPP Pratama Bantul. The population in this study were all employees who were still actively working at the Bantul Primary Tax Service Office, totaling 94 employees. The sample in this study (purposive sampling) is Account Representative employees, namely employees with the main task and function of collecting tax revenue. The data used in this study are quantitative data types that can be measured or calculated directly. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of statistical calculations using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Leadership, Mutation and Work Environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at KPP Pratama Bantul. The results of hypothesis testing show that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the independent variable. The greater the Leadership, Mutation and Work Environment provided by the Organization, the more employee performance will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work competence, work loyalty, work discipline, and performance allowances on the performance of the Bantul Pratama Tax Office employees. This type of research uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method and data analysis was tested using SPSS software. The population and sample in this study were all employees registered at KPP Pratama Bantul, totaling 87 respondents. The results of this study prove that partially work competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Bantul Pratama Tax Service Office. Partial work loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bantul Primary Tax Service Office. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Bantul Primary Tax Service Office. Performance Allowance partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Bantul Primary Tax Service Office. The results of this study also prove that simultaneously work competence, work loyalty, work discipline, and performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bantul Pratama Tax Service Office.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of performance allowances, career development on employee performance with employee personality as a moderating variable at the Wates Primary Tax Service Office. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection was done using the questionnaire method and data analysis was tested using Smart PLS 3.2.9 software. The population in this research is all employees of KPP Pratama Wates. Sampling is done by saturated sampling method. The sample in this research is KPP Pratama Wates employees as many as 82 employees. The results of this research prove that performance allowance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee personality is able to moderate the effect of performance allowance on employee performance, employee personality is able to moderate the impact of career development on employee performance.

Abstract

The performance of employees of the Pacitan Regency Transportation Agency needs to be improved, this can be seen from the activities of employees who are still lacking discipline in coming to work. This research method uses qualitative research methods, where data that cannot be calculated or data in the form of information, obtained from interviews with leaders and other employees, so the research method is descriptive in nature supported by data obtained by observation, interviews and involvement with the object of research. The result is that the performance of the Pacitan Regency Transportation Office is still not optimal, due to the low professionalism and specialization of tasks, the lack of time discipline, and the slow process of adoption and adaptation of advanced technology. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced in improving the performance of employees of the Pacitan Regency Transportation Office are the lack of employee motivation and infrastructure, especially computer technology. Efforts to improve the performance of employees of the Pacitan Regency Transportation Agency in this study are viewed from performance which is a multi-dimensional concept covering 3 aspects, namely attitude, ability and achievement. As well as increasing cooperation with the regional government in organizing good training which will later be held by internal and external from the regional government in an effort to improve employee performance at the Pacitan Regency Transportation Office.Kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pacitan perlu ditingkatkan lagi, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kegiatan pegawai yang masih kurang disiplin masuk kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana data yang tidak dapat dihitung atau data yang berbentuk informasi, yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan pimpinan dan pegawai lain, jadi dalam metode penelitiannya bersifat deskriptif yang didukung dengan data yang diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan keterlibatan dengan obyek penelitian. Hasilnya kinerja Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pacitan masih belum optimal, karena masih rendahnya profesionalisme dan spesialisasi tugas, masih kurangnya disiplin waktu, dan lambanya proses adopsi dan adaptasi teknologi maju. Sedangkan kendala yang dihadapi dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pacitan adalah kurangnya motivasi kerja pegawai dan sarana prasarana terutama teknologi computer masih kurang. Upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pacitan dalam penelitian ini di tinjau dari kinerja yang merupakan suatu konsep yang multi dimensional mencakup 3 aspek yaitu sikap (attitude), kemampuan (ability) dan prestasi (accompllishment). Serta meningkatkan kerja sama dengan pemda dalam penyelenggaraan diklat baik yang nantinya akan diselenggarakan oleh intern dan ekstern dari pemda dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pacitan.

Abstract

Kinerja mempunyai arti penting bagi pegawai karena dengan adanya penilaian kinerja berarti pegawai mendapat perhatian dari atasannya, di samping itu akan menambah semangat kerja pegawai, karena dengan penilaian kinerja ini mungkin pegawai yang berprestasi dipromosikan, dikembangkan dan diberi penghargaan atas prestasi tersebut. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Unit Reskrim Polsek Samigaluh adalah menjadi sebuah keharusan untuk dilaksanakan. Kanit Reskrim sebagai fasilitator yang berada di unit reskrim yang mempunyai peranan besar untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja para anggotanya di fungsi reskrim tingkat polsek guna mewujudkan pembangunan dalam bidang pelayanan kepada masyarakat menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif, ditinjau dari cara dan taraf pembahasan, maka penelitian ini digolongkan sebagai penelitian diskriptif, penelitian diskriptif ini terbatas pada usaha mengungkapkan suatu masalah atau keadaan atau peristiwa sebagaimana adanya sehingga bersifat untuk mengungkapkan fakta. Dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan skala. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data menggunakan Teknik reduksi data, pengumpulan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Upaya Peningkatan kinerja anggota Polri Unit Reskrim Polsek Samigaluh dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja anggota Polri adalah Komunikasi yang baik antara pimpinan dan bawahan, pengarahan dan pemberian bimbingan kepada pegawai, situasi kerja yang telah dibentuk pemimpin, pemberian pengawasan dan hukuman terhadap pegawai, pemberian penghargaan / reward kepada pegawai, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian prestasi kerja, kepuasan kinerja pegawai. Penilaian Kinerja anggota Polri Unit Reskrim Polsek Samigaluh yang baik dapat dinilai melalui 4 aspek yaitu kualitas pekerjaan, kuantitas pekerjaan, penggunaan waktu dalam bekerja dan bekerja sama dengan rekan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pengaruh variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menentukan tingkat pengaruh variabel-variabel yang berbeda dalam suatu populasi, di sini peneliti juga dapat mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh variabel-varibel bebas terhadap variabel terikat serta bentuk arah hubungan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini akan mengetahui pengaruh pembagian kerja, insentif dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PD. BPR Djoko Tingkir Sragen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian dan menguji hipotesis digunakan metode atau model analisis yaitu analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pembagian Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai PD. BPR Djoko Tingkir Sragen. Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai PD. BPR Djoko Tingkir. Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai PD. BPR Djoko Tingkir Sragen. Pembagian Kerja, insentif dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempengaruhi Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai PD. BPR Djoko Tingkir Sragen.

Abstract

Competition between universities is now getting tougher, especially Yogyakarta has 136 units of higher education which has several categories including academic, polytechnic, high school, institute, and university. STIKES Al Islam is a private health college located in LLDIKTI region V. The number of students there are 79 students consisting of S1 and D3 nursing. Promotional media used by STIKES Al Islam are online media, print media, and others. In the last five years 2017 to 2021 the number of students enrolled did not match the specified target. The purpose of this study was to determine the promotion carried out, the factors that affect the ineffectiveness of promotional media. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with 8 informants consisting of students and the relevant PMB committee. The results of the study found that Instagram was the most accessed media by students who entered STIKES Al Islam. Factors that affect the ineffectiveness of promotional media, the marketing mix is not optimal, namely direct marketing, advertising, lack of marketing strategies, and less than optimal use of media for promotion.

Abstract

The employees as the main component in an organization have a very important role to determine the success of the organization’s gools. Because of the importance of them to reach the goals. They should have good competence, responsibility, independence, creativity and spirit to plan and to do the programs which are planned by the organization. The organization often get difficultiesin providing human resources. There are many problems because of the lack of good human resources. They impact to reach the goals of the organization.The goals of this research are to identify the factors of unoptimal employee performance, to analyze the factors that cause unoptimal employee performance, to evaluate the factors of unoptimal employee performance, and to find the solution to solve the problems to improve the employee performance of Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga dan Pariwisata. To search the factors cousing unoptimal employee performance will be started by identifying them of Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga dan Pariwisata, analyzing them, evaluating them and solving them to improve optimal employee performance. The other hand, it searchesbiography characteristic, individual characteristic, and the perception of the employees. The result of employee performance will be evaluated by SKP and Perilaku Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to to find out what obstacles were faced by the Adana sugar ant company in improving employee skills and to find out the efforts to improve employee skills at the Kulon Progo sugar ant Adana company. The method used in this research is qualitative method, where data collection uses interview and documentation. Before the data was collected, it was analyzed first and checked its validity through the triangulation method. The results of this analysis show that The results of this study indicate that the low barriers experienced by the adana gula semut kulon progo company are that most of its employees belong to the productive age and education level so that they do not have the desire to improve skills, so the skills of employees in the production department cannot be implemented. The role of managers is still too dominant so that there is no active participation of employees in participating in determining company decisions. Efforts to improve the performance of the kulon progo sugar ant adana company are by providing skills training either directly or sending employees to attend training organized by the kulonprogo regency industry and trade office. Employee training in the marketing department has been carried out by providing concepts and authority in planning, marketing preparation, news editing, election documentation, as well as collecting and consumer testimonials that will be used in the adana gula semut online store to several active things in leading daring stores which are very important by employees in marketing.

Abstract

Civil servants (PNS) are required to work professionally. However, in reality, the expected professionalism has not been fully realized. The main reason is that there is a mismatch between the competence of the employee and their position. Likewise, the distribution of civil servants at this time still does not refer to the actual needs of the organization, it means that it is not based on the existing workload. The accumulation of employees is other units without a clear job and the deficiency of employees in other units is a clear example of this problem. This study aims to determine the condition of the workload, the number of employee needs based on the results of the workload analysis and the efforts that the organization can do to optimize the Human Resources in Rupbasan Kelas II Wates. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Based on the study of documents and the results of the analysis of research data, it shows that the workload conditions in the Rupbasan Kelas II Wates are very high (overload capacity) and the number of employee needs currently 9 (nine) employees. Some efforts to optimize existing human resources by training, utilizing the information and technology, providing supporting facilities, providing employee rewards, performance evaluation and comparative studies (benchmarks).
