Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out why the ability of teaching staff to improve the quality of cadets' educational outcomes at the Magelang Military Academy is still not optimal, to formulate the efforts made to improve the abilities of teaching staff to improve the quality of cadets' educational outcomes at the Magelang Military Academy. The results of the research show that the reason why the ability of teaching staff to improve the quality of cadet student outcomes at the Magelang Military Academy is still not optimal is due to, among other things, the lack of basic skills possessed by Gadik in managing learning principles, Gadik's role is less than optimal in providing understanding to students regarding knowledge. (Knowledge) and experience to eliminate mis-understanding, attitude aspects still need to be improved in accordance with applicable norms. Efforts made to improve the ability of teaching staff to improve the quality of cadet student outcomes at the Magelang Military Academy are by improving the Skills of Akmil Girls Magelang is in accordance with improving or upgrading Gadik's skills which is carried out at least once a semester to ensure the depth and breadth of learning material, guaranteeing the distribution of learning material in accordance with the KKNI, the Magelang Akmil curriculum, improving or upgrading Gadik's skills in preparing learning plans, implementing learning plans, carrying out evaluations during the PBM, as well as following up on the evaluation results, increasing the knowledge of the Magelang Military Academy Education Staff who are required to have academic qualifications and educational competencies, with the lowest level of education (S1, Masters, Doctoral) which must be met, improving attitudes (Attitude) Magelang Military Academy educational staff in carrying out coaching or upgrading as well as psychological tests to improve Gadik's personality which is steady and stable, mature, dignified, wise and has noble morals and can be a role model, coupled with Spiritual Guidance (Binroh) activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, kualitas layanan, dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Rumah Makan Masakan Padang Minang Paibo secara parsial dan simultan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan pengujian instrumen data yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilanjutkan dengan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji yang terakhir yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan), serta uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Alat analisis menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel lokasi dan variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Rumah Makan Masakan Padang Minang Paibo, sedangkan pada variabel fasilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Rumah Makan Masakan Padang Minang Paibo. Kemudian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel lokasi, kualitas layanan, dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Rumah Makan Masakan Padang Minang Paibo.

Abstract

The role of work discipline is crucial in enhancing employee performance, as a higher level of discipline directly impacts responsibility and work quality. This study aims to identify the factors contributing to the decline in work discipline at the Banguntapan sub-district office and to formulate improvement efforts. The research sample consisted of five employees, including the Head of Affairs and the Head of Section, who supervise staff. Data were collected through observation and interviews. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis model, which includes data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result indicated that the factors causing the decline in work discipline at the Banguntapan sub-district office included punctuality, compliance with regulations, and responsibility for tasks. This study offers recommendations for improving word discipline, such as providing varied recognition, standardizing right and obligations, and enhancing facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the organizational capacity of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Environmental Laboratory at the Department of Public Housing for Settlement and Environmental Areas, Temanggung Regency. Research in December 2021. Types of qualitative descriptive research. Interview data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques Interactive Model of Analysis. The results showed that: 1) The organizational capacity of the Environmental Laboratory UPT DPRKPLH Temanggung Regency was not maximized. The contributing factors are: the limited number of environmental laboratory personnel, the competence of the UPT Environmental Laboratory DPRKPLH laboratory staff is still lacking, the infrastructure is inadequate, not supported by government policies, especially in terms of budget for tool calibration, proficiency testing, training/training makes the organization unable to develop. 2) Efforts are being made to increase organizational capacity, namely: submitting an application to the Regent through the Regional Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) for the recruitment of environmental laboratory officers, improving the skills, knowledge, abilities and competencies of laboratory officers with various relevant education and training. Increasing organizational capacity focuses on the management system following work procedures in the form of Method Work Instructions (IKM), improving laboratory infrastructure so that it is in accordance with IKM testing standards that refer to national and international standards, operating IKM tools, internal calibration IKM testing instruments and submitting budget requests for instrument calibration, proficiency testing and training.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Personel Akademi Militer. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 233 orang, dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel bila semua anggota dari populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, sehingga sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 233 orang. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan, variabel kompetensi, variabel disiplin,dan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil pengujian Hipotesis menunjukkan bahwasecara simultan variabel kepemimpinan, kompetensi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja personel tenaga kependidikan di Akademi Militer. Nilai Adjust R square yaitu 0,762, dengan demikian besarnya pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, kompetensi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja personel tenaga kependidikan di Akademi Militer sebesar 76,2%. Adapun sisanya sebesar 23,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership, competency, work discipline and work environment on the performance of military academy personnel. The population in the study was 233 people, the sampling method was a saturated sampling technique, namely a sampling technique when all members of the population were used as samples, so the sample used in this study was 233 people. The data analysis method in this research uses the descriptive analysis method. The research results show that partially leadership variables, competency variables, discipline variables and work environment variables have a significant effect on performance. The results of hypothesis testing show that simultaneously the variables of leadership, competence, discipline and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of educational personnel at the Military Academy. The Adjust R square value is 0.762, so the influence of leadership, competency, discipline and work environment variables on the performance of educational personnel at the Military Academy is 76.2%. The remaining 23.8% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

Perlindungan hak-hak anak diabadikan dalam Deklarasi Hak-Hak Anak tahun 1979, yang kemudian diadopsi oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa sebagai Konvensi Hak-Hak Anak (CRC) di Jenewa pada tahun 1989, dan telah diratifikasi, disetujui, atau ditandatangani oleh 192 negara. Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak, Pasal 1 mendefinisikan anak sebagai individu yang belum berusia 18 tahun, termasuk anak dalam kandungan. Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, dalam Pasal 28B ayat 2, menjamin setiap anak hak atas kelangsungan hidup, tumbuh kembang, dan hak atas perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi. Lebih lanjut, Pasal 34 ayat 2 mengamanatkan bahwa anak-anak miskin dan terlantar wajib diasuh oleh negara. Anak jalanan didefinisikan sebagai anak-anak yang menghabiskan hidupnya di jalanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi. Mereka merupakan isu publik yang signifikan di Indonesia. Kehadiran mereka di jalanan bukanlah karena pilihan, melainkan dipaksa oleh kenyataan pahit kemiskinan. Berbagai faktor penyebab, seperti kesulitan ekonomi, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, dan putus sekolah, memaksa mereka ke dalam situasi ini. Terlepas dari keadaan mereka, anak jalanan tetap memiliki hak atas pendidikan dan kehidupan yang bermartabat untuk masa depan yang lebih cerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari pejabat pemerintah dari Dinas Sosial, Tenaga Kerja, dan Transmigrasi Kota Yogyakarta (3 informan) dan anak jalanan (5 informan), sehingga totalnya menjadi 8 informan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dalam konteks alamiah, dengan mengandalkan sumber data primer. Proses pengumpulan data terutama melibatkan teknik komunikasi langsung, yang secara umum dikategorikan menjadi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan program pemberdayaan anak jalanan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia menunjukkan kekuatan dalam beberapa aspek, seperti komitmen personel. Namun, masih terdapat kelemahan, terutama dalam alur komunikasi. Selain itu, tiga kategori utama hambatan telah diidentifikasi: sumber daya, faktor sosial budaya, serta kerangka kebijakan dan kelembagaan, yang semuanya memerlukan perhatian dan perbaikan lebih lanjut. Upaya yang dilakukan meliputi pendidikan formal dan nonformal serta pelatihan keterampilan. Dalam hal manajemen sumber daya manusia, aspek-aspek seperti pengendalian dan supervisi berfungsi dengan baik, sementara aspek-aspek lainnya memerlukan evaluasi. The protection of children's rights was enshrined in the 1979 Declaration of the Rights of the Child, later adopted by the United Nations as the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) in Geneva in 1989, and has been ratified, acceded to, or signed by 192 nations. This convention has generated a steadfast commitment to prioritize children's rights to survival, protection, and development. In Indonesia, various legal definitions of a child exist. According to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 1 defines a child as an individual who has not yet reached the age of 18, including a child in the womb. The 1945 Constitution, in Article 28 B paragraph 2, guarantees every child the right to survival, growth, and development, as well as the right to protection from violence and discrimination. Furthermore, Article 34 paragraph 2 mandates that the impoverished and abandoned children shall be cared for by the state. Street children are defined as children who spend their lives on the streets to meet their economic needs. They represent a significant public issue in Indonesia. Their presence on the streets is not by choice but is compelled by the harsh realities of poverty. Various contributing factors, such as economic hardship, domestic violence, and school dropout, force them into this situation. Despite their circumstances, street children retain the right to education and a dignified life for a brighter future. This research employs a qualitative descriptive methodology. The study's informants comprised government officials from the Department of Social Affairs, Manpower, and Transmigration of Yogyakarta City (3 informants) and street children (5 informants), totaling 8 informants. Data collection utilized purposive sampling in a natural setting, relying on primary data sources. The data gathering process primarily involved direct communication techniques, broadly categorized into observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this research indicate that the implementation of the street children empowerment program policy for improving human capital demonstrates strengths in certain aspects, such as the commitment of personnel. However, weaknesses persist, particularly in communication flow. Additionally, three key categories of obstacles were identified: resources, socio-cultural factors, and policy and institutional frameworks, all requiring further attention and improvement. The efforts undertaken include formal and non-formal education and skills training. In terms of human resource management, aspects like controlling and supervision are functioning well, while others necessitate evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi penyebab belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai eks BP PAUD dan Dikmas Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, merumuskan upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai eks BP PAUD dan Dikmas Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Deskriptif dan Analisis Kualitatif, analisis ini terdiri dari tiga alur yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peningkatan kinerja pegawai eks BP PAUD dan Dikmas D.I Yogyakarta yang kurang optimal dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, sebagai berikut: karena banyak pegawai yang belum mengetahui peraturan atau kebijakan yang baru, kurangnya disiplin pegawai, kurangnya tunjangan yang diterima pegawai, kurangnya sumber daya manusia.Upaya yang dilakukan untuk peningkatan kinerja yang kurang optimal adalah sebagai berikut ini:motivasi, tunjangan kinerja, pendekatan personal, peningkatan kompetensi, pendidikan, dan fasilitas dan sarana. This study aims to analyze and identify the causes of the non-optimal performance of former BP PAUD and Dikmas Special Region of Yogyakarta employees, formulating efforts to improve the performance of former BP PAUD and Dikmas Special Region of Yogyakarta employees. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis used in this study is Descriptive Analysis and Qualitative Analysis, this analysis consists of three strands, namely: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that the increase in former of BP PAUD and Dikmas Special Region of Yogyakarta performance that is less than optimal can be caused by several factors, as follows: because many employees know the new regulations or policies, lack of employee discipline, lack of benefits received by employees, lack of human resources. Efforts made to improve performance that are less than optimal are as follows: motivation, performance allowances, personal approach, competency improvement, education, and facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Kinerja mempunyai arti penting bagi pegawai karena dengan adanya penilaian kinerja berarti pegawai mendapat perhatian dari atasannya, di samping itu akan menambah semangat kerja pegawai, karena dengan penilaian kinerja ini mungkin pegawai yang berprestasi dipromosikan, dikembangkan dan diberi penghargaan atas prestasi tersebut. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Unit Reskrim Polsek Samigaluh adalah menjadi sebuah keharusan untuk dilaksanakan. Kanit Reskrim sebagai fasilitator yang berada di unit reskrim yang mempunyai peranan besar untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja para anggotanya di fungsi reskrim tingkat polsek guna mewujudkan pembangunan dalam bidang pelayanan kepada masyarakat menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif, ditinjau dari cara dan taraf pembahasan, maka penelitian ini digolongkan sebagai penelitian diskriptif, penelitian diskriptif ini terbatas pada usaha mengungkapkan suatu masalah atau keadaan atau peristiwa sebagaimana adanya sehingga bersifat untuk mengungkapkan fakta. Dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan skala. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data menggunakan Teknik reduksi data, pengumpulan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Upaya Peningkatan kinerja anggota Polri Unit Reskrim Polsek Samigaluh dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja anggota Polri adalah Komunikasi yang baik antara pimpinan dan bawahan, pengarahan dan pemberian bimbingan kepada pegawai, situasi kerja yang telah dibentuk pemimpin, pemberian pengawasan dan hukuman terhadap pegawai, pemberian penghargaan / reward kepada pegawai, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian prestasi kerja, kepuasan kinerja pegawai. Penilaian Kinerja anggota Polri Unit Reskrim Polsek Samigaluh yang baik dapat dinilai melalui 4 aspek yaitu kualitas pekerjaan, kuantitas pekerjaan, penggunaan waktu dalam bekerja dan bekerja sama dengan rekan kerja.

Abstract

Garbage is a problem that is still homework for most areas, starting from the household scale, village/kelurahan, district, and even national scale. A management control system in solid waste services is very necessary in order to achieve the expected target. The aims of this research are to evaluate the factors that affect the management control system in the waste service of the Temanggung Regency Government that has not reached the expected target and Formulating efforts to improve the management control system in the waste service of the Temanggung Regency Government to achieve the expected target. This research was conducted at the Department of Public Housing, Settlement and Environment Temanggung Regency. The method used in this study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data obtained were analyzed graphically and tabularly, then interpreted comprehensively. The results of the study indicate that the management control system for the waste service of the Temanggung Regency Government has not been able to achieve the expected target due to: a). Jakstrada Temanggung Regency has not been used as a reference for the implementation of waste service activities in the Temanggung Regency Government; b). The budgeting system is not sufficient for the implementation of the target for reducing and handling waste; c). Waste management institutions at the neighborhood level, village/kelurahan, sub-district, and the active involvement of the entire community have not been maximized in reducing and handling waste from sources that have not been running as expected; d). Not yet optimal support for facilities and infrastructure, operational costs, processing technology, and adequate personnel for the implementation of waste management in the TPA; and e). There is no system for controlling, reporting, and analyzing the waste services of the Temanggung Regency Government based on Information Technology and a). improvement of the system and calculation of retribution for waste services that can encourage the community to sort and process waste properly; b). determination of waste management technology at the household scale, village/kelurahan scale, regional scale, and TPA scale for each type of waste; c) technical determination of the segregated waste transportation system; d). additional budget, fleet, and personnel; e). formulating technical cooperation with the private sector in waste management/absorption of waste processing results and opening the widest possible collaboration opportunities with partnership/MoU/CSR schemes to support waste reduction and handling and absorption of waste processing products; g). the formulation of an Information Technology System (IT) for Waste Management in Temanggung Regency which can be accessed for real-time, valid, and accurate data by stakeholders to facilitate evaluation and monitoring of Jakstrada achievements carried ut regularly and follow-up on several indicators that have not been achieved needs to be immediately formulated together; h). strengthening of village waste management institutions, waste banks, and KSM, functions, and implementation of waste reduction and handling in TPSD/TPSKel/TPS3R, human resources for waste management, socialization to the community of waste sorting and processing from the household level; i). strengthening of waste processing at the TPA as a gateway for final waste reduction and handling, fulfillment of waste processing facilities and infrastructure at the TPA; and j). Strengthening regulations regarding rewards and sanctions play an important role in efforts to improve the management control system in the waste services of the Temanggung Regency Government to successfully achieve the waste service targets as mandated by the Temanggung Regent Regulation Number 35 of 2018 concerning Regional Policies and Strategies for the Temanggung Regency in the Management of Household Waste and Waste A Kind of Household Garbage.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out why human resource development through improving educational facilities at the Magelang Military Academy is still not optimal, to find out the strategy for developing human resources through improving educational facilities at the Magelang Military Academy. The results of the research show that the cause of human resource development through improving educational facilities at the Magelang Military Academy is still not optimal because the development of science and technology demands the development of human resources and educational facilities, educational facilities are limited due to budget constraints, maintenance of educational facilities needs to be improved because they are often used so that damage can occur. minimized, lack of creativity of human resources (Gadik) in utilizing available educational facilities as learning media. The strategy for developing human resources through improving educational facilities at Akmil Magelang is the SO Strategy carried out by increasing coordination and guidance by Akmil Magelang, increasing cooperation with other units and increasing cooperation with the Government. upgrading or upgrading, the ST Strategy is carried out by increasing understanding of the main tasks and functions and increasing socialization to the community and the WT Strategy is carried out by improving educational facilities and improving maintenance of educational facilities.
