Abstract

Kabupaten Temanggung merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki keindahan alam yang indah. Selain keindahan alam yang indah Pemerintah Kabupaten Temanggung juga befokus kepada pengembanagan desa wisata. Beberapa desa wisata tersebut cukup dikenal baik secara nasional. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa desa wisata yang belum banyak dikunjungi wisatawan, hal tersebut diakibatkan oleh kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh petugas desa wisata setempat. Keterbatasan kompetensi petugas menjadi salah satu penyebab pemasaran yang dilakukan tidak maksimal. Di sisi lain, perkembangan teknologi menuju era digital seharusnya semakin memudahkan upaya pemasaran desa wisara karena kemudahan akses dan jangkauan luar melalui media online. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidetifikasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh petugas e-marketing desa wisata di Kabupaten Temanggung dalam upaya untuk memasarkan desa wisata khususnya dengan penggunaan sosial media yang tersedia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Narasumber sebanyak 3 orang, sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa petugas e-marketing desa wisata Kabupaten Temanggung memiliki kendala dalam melakukan pemasaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa petugas e-marketing Desa Wisata Kabupaten Temanggung memiliki kendala dalam melakukan kegiatan pemasaran. Berlandaskan kesimpulan pada penelitian ini diharapkan salah satu acuan penyusunan penguatan kinerja petugas e-marketing Desa Wisata Kabupaten Temanggung dengan melaksanakan beberapa pelatihan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan kunjungan wisatawan di Desa Wisata akan meningkat. Temanggung regency is one of the regencies in Central Java which has beautiful nature. In additional to beautiful nature, thr government of Temanggung Regency also focusing in development of village tourism. Some of these tourism village are well known nationally. However there are still other tourist village thah have not been visited by many tourism due to the lack of promotional carried by the local tourism village officers. Limited competency of officer is one of the cause of the lack of promotional efforts undertaken. On the other hand, technological developments towards the digital era should make tourism marketing efforts casier because of the case of access and wide reach through digital online media. Based on these conditions, this research to identify the obstacles faces by e-marketing village tourism officers in Temanggung Regency in an effort to market tourism village, especially by using sosial media. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. The informants who were interviewes ware 3 people, data sources consist of primary and secondary data obtained from data collection techniques by counducting observations, interviews, and documentation. This study concluds that the tourism village e-marketing officer in Temanggung Regency has problem in conducting marketing. Based in these conclusions, this research hoped that one of the references for strengthening the performance of e-marketing officers in the tourism village og Temanggung Regency is by do some training. Thus, it is hoped that tourism visits to the tourism village will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the performance of Canggal Village apparatus, Candiroto District, Temanggung Regency. The research was carried out starting in October 2022. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Collection of interview and observation data. Interactive Model Miles and Huberman. The results showed that: 1) The performance of the Canggal Village apparatus, Candiroto District, Temanggung Regency was not on target because: most of the village officials were elderly, the motivation of village officials was in the low category, the skills, knowledge and development of village officials were still low, the facilities and infrastructure were inadequate. 2) Efforts to improve the performance of Canggal Village officials, Candiroto District, Temanggung Regency, namely: not giving a heavy workload to elderly village officials and completing workloads for younger staff so that work can be completed on target, providing motivation to village officials by providing rewards for village officials who excel, include education, training and development for village officials, especially for the use of information technology and improve facilities, facilities and infrastructure such as procuring laptops and increasing internet network bandwidth, as well as imposing sanctions on village officials who are not disciplined.

Abstract

The average role of women as professionals, especially in Temanggung Regency, is still below 50%. This shows that women access to economic development is still limited. Most of the women are still active in the informal sector and jobs that do not use sophisticated equipment and technology. Thus, even though women have participated in the workforce, because they do not have access and market opportunities, women have not been able to compete with men and with other businesses. The purpose of this study is to identify obstacles and obstacles in efforts to increase the role of women in economic development and to formulate government efforts to increase the role of women in economic development. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The research instrument used observation and interview methods. There are several obstacles and constraints found by researchers. Obstacles in empowering women in the field of micro-economic enterprises are problems with funding, access to product marketing, human resources, and synergy between regional apparatuses. In addition, obstacles were found that came from internal micro business actors, namely willingness, entrepreneurial insight, and nature as a woman. Efforts that can be made by the government are strengthening women economic productivity, playing a role in developing business marketing networks, taking part in forming business forums/associations, providing assistance and coaching.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena rendahnya pembaca pada Website Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dibuktikan dengan jumlah hits pembaca berita website pada tahun 2021 dan 2022. Kantor Wilayah merupakan instansi vertikal dengan 16 (enam belas) anak satker dan berperan sebagai instansi pembina. Untuk meningkatkan proporsi jumlah pembaca website yang saat ini masih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah seluruh pegawai pada satuan kerja di lingkungan Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM D.I.Yogyakarta maka perlu dilaksanakan perbaikan pengelolaan website serta peningkatan kompetensi pegawai khususnya tim humas. Fokus penelitian ini adalah upaya meningkatkan proporsi pembaca website oleh seluruh pegawai pada satuan kerja di lingkungan Kanwil Kemenkumham D.I.Yogyakarta yang saat ini berjumah 1.323 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pembaca tidak dapat dijadikan dasar dalam penilaian website. Pendidikan dan pelatihan juga berpengaruh dalam kualitas pembuatan sebuah rilis berita pada website, dilihat dari pencapaian Kantor Wilayah sebagai badan publik Informatif dan predikat sangat baik dalam pengelolaan website pada tahun 2022 dan 2023. ABSTRACT This research is based on the phenomenon of low readers on the website of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights for the Special Region of Yogyakarta, as evidenced by the number of website news reader hits in 2021 and 2022. The Regional Office is a vertical agency with 16 (sixteen) staff children and acts as a supervisory agency. To increase the proportion of website readers, which is currently still low when compared to the total number of employees in work units within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights D.I. Yogyakarta, it is necessary to improve website management and increase employee competence, especially the public relations team. The focus of this research is efforts to increase the proportion of website readers among all employees in work units within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Yogyakarta, which currently has 1,323 people. The results of this study indicate that the number of readers cannot be used as a basis for evaluating websites. Education and training also affect the quality of making a news release on the website, as seen from the achievement of the Regional Office as an informative public agency and the title of excellent in website management in 2022 and 2023.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Memahami kinerja pegawai Pejabat Eksekutif Manajemen Risiko di Perumda BPR Bank Purworejo. 2) Memahami sebab utama penurunan kinerja pegawai Pejabat Eksekutif Manajemen Risiko di Perumda BPR Bank Purworejo. 3) Memahami upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Pejabat Eksekutif Manajemen Risiko di Perumda BPR Bank Purworejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua aspek yang menjadi hasil dari penilaian kinerja pegawai Pejabat Eksekutif Manajemen Risiko Perumda BPR Bank Purworejo, yaitu kualitas dan ketepatan waktu. Kinerja pegawai Pejabat Eksekutif Manajemen Risiko Perumda BPR Bank Purworejo yang dilihat dari kualitas kerja masih rendah. Pelaksanaan pegawai Pejabat Eksekutif Manajemen Risiko dalam hal melaksanakan Job description belum efektif. Kendala yang sering timbul adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan kompetensi dari Pejabat Eksekutif Manajemen Risiko dalam melaksanakan tugas, tanggungjawab dan wewenangnya.

Abstract

This study examines the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the relationship between brand image and service quality on the intention to repurchase Olive Fried Chicken. This research is quantitative research. The data obtained in this study were obtained through random sampling data collection methods. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Statistical analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study, brand image, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions, brand image has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions, while service quality has no significant impact on purchase intentions Olive Fried Chicken. Customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between brand image and repurchase intention and mediate the relationship between service quality and repurchase intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kepuasan pelanggan dalam memediasi hubungan citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap niat beli ulang Olive Fried Chicken.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode pengumpulan data random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini, citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli Olive Fried Chicken ulang.Kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi hubungan antara citra merek dengan niat beli ulang dan memediasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan niat beli ulang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain and analyze the absorption of the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta in the world of the oil and gas industry. The method used is a qualitative research method, with the type of research that is descriptive. This research was conducted by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, with the research location being the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta. The research instrument in the form of a list of questions asked directly to the relevant resource persons. The results showed that the absorption rate of Alumni of the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta in the world of work of oil and gas companies in 2019 to 2021 were 28%, 13.33%, and 8%, respectively. Thus, from year to year the absorption of alumni of the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta has decreased. This is due to several factors including: lack of mastery of English language skills, lack of availability of facilities, lack of alumni associations and not having certification in the oil and gas sector. In order to increase the absorption of Alumni of the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta in the world of work for oil and gas companies, the efforts currently being developed by the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta, need support from various parties, both from internal parties (the entire academic community) and external parties (alumni and other stakeholders).

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a direct influence between compensation, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance and researchers also want to know the influence of work motivation in mediating compensation and work discipline with employee performance at UPT Rumah Susun Magelang City. The research method used is a quantitative method. The research subjects were 38 employees at the UPT Rumah Susun Magelang City. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validation and reliability, then tested using path analysis. The variables in this research are compensation (X1), work discipline (X2), employee performance (Y) and work motivation (Z). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of research tests conducted, it shows that the compensation variable does not significantly influence employee performance variables, the work discipline variable significantly influences employee performance variables, the work motivation variable does not significantly influence employee performance variables, the compensation variable does not significantly influence employee performance variables. Work motivation, and work discipline variables have a significant effect on work motivation variables. Meanwhile, for mediation, work motivation variables cannot mediate compensation variables on employee performance variables, and work motivation also cannot mediate work discipline variables on employee performance variables.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out what strategies are appropriate for improving employee performance, while the benefit of this writing is to enrich the knowledge of human resource management for improving performance, especially in Pejagoan District, Kebumen Regency. Apart from that, as input material to find out the extent of success achieved in an effort to provide services to the community as a means of comparing knowledge and enriching information regarding improving employee performance in other research. The method used is a qualitative method. The data sources used are primary and secondary data, while the techniques used in data collection are documentation, interviews and observation. Based on the results of research, efforts have been made to improve employee performance in Pejagoan District by increasing human resources, both quality and quantity, in Pejagoan District. Improving facilities and infrastructure, both office equipment and office buildings. Implementing a reward and punish system for employees to more effectively carry out their respective main duties and functions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the causes of the performance of the National Police Personnel in the Human Resources Department in Providing Personnel Administration Services at the Magelang City Police Station which is less than optimal and to formulate efforts to improve the performance of the National Police Personnel in the Human Resources Department in Providing Personnel Administration Services at the Magelang City Police Station. The results of the research found that the cause of the low performance of the National Police Personnel in the Human Resources Department in providing personnel administration services at the Magelang City Police is because there are still members who do not have knowledge in the field of HR management, there are still members who do not have the skills in providing administrative services in the field of HR management, there are still members whose work attitude (Attitude) is not good because they do not optimize working hours to complete the work. Efforts made to improve the performance of National Police Personnel in the Human Resources Department in providing personnel administration services at the Magelang City Police are increasing knowledge through (a) formal training carried out through face-to-face learning processes in the classroom, at least through training, seminars, courses and upgrading and (b) non-formal training at least includes guidance in the workplace carried out by the direct superior or a team of experts. Efforts to improve skills by attending training, management seminars, technical guidance in accordance with the task and increasing interaction and activities with other people as an effort to learn by doing. and the efforts made to improve the behavior or attitude of the National Police Personnel in the HR Department at the Magelang City Police are through motivational activities to overcome poor work attitudes (Attitude), such as not optimizing working hours to complete work and avoiding delays in carrying out tasks, so mentoring efforts need to be made. or coaching by direct superiors who then created a standard system regarding performance assessment and providing incentives (reward and punishment), outbound activities and also religious activities carried out at the Magelang City Police Station.
