Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Klinik Pratama Rumah Zakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 40 karyawan. Karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 maka semua jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengangambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa wawancara dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda yang memperoleh persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y sama dengan 8,543 tambah 0,552 X1 tambah 0,382 X2. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F variabel keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Klinik Pratama Rumah Zakat. Dibuktikan dengan nilai F 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Hasil dari uji t menunjukkan kedua variabel yang diteliti berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t masing-masing 0,040 (X1) dan 0,043 (X2). Hasil uji Adjusted R Square yaitu sebesar 40,7% variabel dependen kinerja karyawan dapat di jelaskan oleh variabel independen yang meliputi keselamatan kerja (X1) dan kesehatan kerja (X2), sedangkan sisanya 59,3% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Jadi dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety on Employee Performance at Klinik Pratama Rumah Zakat. This research uses quantitative research with a population of 40 employees. Because the total population is less than 100, all population numbers are sampled. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. This research was conducted with multiple linear regression analysis techniques which obtained the following regression equation: Y together with 8,543 plus 0,552 X1 plus 0,382 X2. The results of the study concluded that hypothesis testing using the F test, occupational safety and health variables had a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Rumah Zakat Primary Clinic. Evidenced by the value of F 0.000 less ari 0.05. The results of the t test showed that the two variables studied had a significant effect with t values of 0.040 (X1) and 0.043 (X2), respectively. The results of the Adjusted R Square test, which is 40.7%, the dependent variable of employee performance can be explained by independent variables which include occupational safety (X1) and occupational health (X2), while the remaining 59.3% is influenced or explained by other variables not examined. in this research. So, it can be concluded that the results of the study indicate that work safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while occupational health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

APBDesa budget changes which changes 4 (four) fields in the APBDesa, namely the field of village government, community development, empowerment and village development, turns into 5 (five) fields with the addition of the field of emergency disaster management, which is new and urgent. In addition, it also requires precision in its management. So, this research is important to know about its management strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy for Management of Changes in the Village Budget of Caturtunggal Village in 2020 in the Field of Emergency Disaster Management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. In this qualitative research, the SWOT analysis method is also used, which includes identification of the internal and external environment, identification of strategies through SWOT analysis, and formulating strategies to manage changes in the APBDes of Caturtunggal Village. After knowing the SWOT Analysis matrix, then through the Village Consultative Meeting the budget for the Emergency Disaster Management Sector is Rp. 3,756,300,000.00 from the APBDesa budget changes of Rp. 11,878,935.850.00. In which, the budget is used for routine coordination, formation of health volunteer cadres, distribution of financial assistance and life insurance, purchasing goods for Covid-19 prevention assistance, establishing the Covid-19 Task Force, food assistance, socialization and education, optimizing the hamlet Covid-19 Task Force, optimizing village facilities, and optimizing task force posts.

Abstract

This study uses descriptive qualitative research with 3 informants in this study, namely 1 Head of Administration, 1 Head of Community Empowerment and Development and 1 public service worker in Kramat Selatan Village, North Magelang District, Magelang City. To process and analyze the data, the author uses an interactive data model as proposed by Miles and Huberman. As a result, the factors that caused the performance of public service personnel in the Kramat Selatan Village, North Magelang District, Magelang City during the Covid-19 pandemic decreased, namely inadequate service facilities and infrastructure, there were still employees who needed to improve their competence and were also not proficient at using computers, people who needed services do not complete the required data, thus hampering the smooth running of services. Then the effort to improve the performance of public service personnel in the Kramat Selatan Village, North Magelang District, Magelang City during the Covid-19 pandemic is to provide adequate facilities as service facilities and infrastructure during this pandemic, improve performance by including training and capacity building in the computer sector. increasing socialization to the people of Kramat Selatan Village, North Magelang District regarding the procedures for public services and their requirements through various media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the factors that caused the performance of the Staff of the 600th Infantry Raider Battalion/Modang Kodam VI/Mulawarman Balikpapan staff to improve, and to identify and analyze efforts to improve the performance of the 600th Infantry Raider Battalion staff. /Modang Kodam VI/ Mulawarman Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This research uses qualitative research with data collection techniques such as interviews, document analysis, and observation. The data analysis method used by the author is using the Miles and Huberman method. The results showed that the factors causing the performance of the Staff of the Personnel Section in the Personnel Division of the 600th Raider Infantry Battalion/Modang Kodam VI/Mulawarman still need to be improved in terms of the need for training of soldiers in the provision, education, use, maintenance, and separation so that it affects the performance of soldiers, still there are some staff who have not had an undergraduate education and managerial and computer skills still need to be added, but the current condition is that soldiers actually have the requirements to carry out education but the quota given to attend education is very limited, the number of staff in the personnel department is inadequate so they still cannot meet DSP. Efforts to improve the performance of the Staff of the Personnel Division of the 600th Infantry Raider Battalion/Modang Kodam VI/Mulawarman include: (1) Effort-1: Improving the pattern of personnel staff development, reward and punishment, application of the merit system and improving the pattern of care for the Staff of the Personnel Division. (2) Effort-2: Increasing the leadership commitment to the education of special qualifications for personnel staff. (3) Effort-3: Arranging the placement of the Personnel Division Staff with the aim of fulfilling the DSP for personnel staff in all TNI AD work units.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors causing the performance of Art Group Register officers at the Culture and Tourism Office of Temanggung Regency to not reach the target and to formulate efforts to improve the performance of Art Group Register officers. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. Research data obtained from interviews, documentation and observation. The factors that caused the performance of registrar officers not to reach the target were very limited human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Efforts made to improve performance include adding existing human resources, improving facilities and infrastructure, providing training on public services, providing outreach to register applicants, making new innovations in register services, namely by making digital forms.

Abstract

This research aims to improve employee performance after Covid-19 at the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung Regency. The research was carried out starting in October 2022. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Collection of interview and observation data. Miles and Huberman Model data analysis. The results showed that: 1) The performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of the Temanggung Regency after Covid 19 was not optimal due to the level of attendance, quality of work, quantity of work, activities were partially cut and diverted to handling Covid so that it had an impact on field activities and limited official social interaction. 2) The factors that cause employee performance are not optimal, namely: planning that is not in accordance with implementation due to budget diversion for Covid-19, weak commitment to individuals, lack of coordination, lack of employee motivation because compensation received is only in the form of salary, lack of supervision and control, WFH habits that are still attached make a lack of discipline. 3) Efforts to improve employee performance, namely: making plans according to implementation, increasing employee commitment, increasing coordination between superiors and subordinates, increasing employee motivation, increasing supervision, control and evaluation as well as implementing reward and punishment by giving awards to employees who excel and sanctions for employees who break the rules.

Abstract

The Goods/Services Procurement Section of Temanggung Regency Regional Secretariat is a government agency whose main task is to facilitate and assist all Regional Apparatus Organizations or Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) in Temanggung Regency. in the implementation of electronic Procurement Services at the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung Regency through e-purchasing are still not up to the planned target. The lack of willingness to conduct procurement through e-purchasing because they are still used to carry out procurement manually, the lack of human resources, there are also employees who feel that using e-purchasing still takes a lot of time since they also have to work in other units per the assignment letter given by superiors and the reason of inefficient implementation in e- Purchasing is shopping prices are becoming more expensive than the conventional ones, that is the problem that researchers found in this study. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that impede employee performance in implementing e-purchasing in Temanggung Regency and to formulate strategies that need to be developed to optimize employee performance in implementing e-purchasing in Temanggung Regency. this study uses descriptive qualitative research carried out at LPSE Temanggung Regency. Researchers wish that this research can be useful theoretically, namely knowing the factors in employee performance in the implementation of Electronic Procurement in Temanggung Regency and can be some input for officials or officers at the Procurement Service Unit or Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) in the scope of Temanggung Regency and will be practically useful for Regional Government, also can be a reference for government agencies in optimizing employee performance in the implementation of Electronic Procurement and can be a reference in the form of theoretical knowledge and concepts for further research related to Performance Improvement in the implementation of Electronic Procurement in other government agencies.

Abstract

Discipline is the operative function of the most important human resource management because the better the discipline of employees, the higher the work performance that can be achieved. Without good discipline, it is difficult for organizations / companies to achieve optimal results. Discipline cannot be separated from the police because one of the police functions is to hold the function of state government in the field of law enforcement, protection, service and service to the community, as well as community guidance in order to guarantee the orderly and till the law and the deepest of the peace of society to realize security and public order. Therefore a member of the National Police is required to have a high level of discipline to support its duties. This study aims to identify the factors that cause discipline of members of the National Police at the Bandongan Police Station of the Magelang City Police have not been optimal in addition to knowing efforts to improve the discipline of members of the National Police in the Bandongan police station. The data collection technique used is interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis methods use data reduction, display data, and data verification. The results showed that the discipline of the National Police Members in the Bandongan Police was quite good, but there were some things that were not optimal, for example the discovery of several members who arrived late when implementing apples, the use of official official clothing, the attitude of members who did not match the rules and several members which is not orderly in terms of online attendance. The causes of some not disciplined members include poor time management, a low level of awareness of members and less obedient to applicable regulations. Efforts to improve the discipline of members of the National Police at the Bandongan police station, among them by increasing supervision of unsuppled members and decisive actions against the members.

Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of Magelang City is one of the public service providers that strive to provide excellent service to the community. However, the performance of public services in the Disdukcapil of Magelang City still appears various problems and complaints. The purpose of this study was to identify the public factors that caused the performance of services in the Disdukcapil of Magelang City to not meet the established standards and to formulate efforts to improve the performance of public services in the Disdukcapil of Magelang City. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The measurement of public service performance is based on four indicators consisting of work performance, expertise, behavior, and leadership. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study can be seen that the performance of public services in the Disdukcapil of Magelang City from the aspect of achievement, expertise, behavior, and leadership has shown good results. However, in the service, there are still various problems and complaints. This is due to 2 (two) factors, namely internal factors, and external factors. The efforts to improve the performance of public services include improving the quality and behavior of government officials, creating public service policies that are not too procedural and convoluted, and adding facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research design uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 3 members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police consisting of 1 member of the Criminal Investigation Department and 2 personnel of the National Police Cyber Dittipid at the National Police Headquarters. While the object of research is the competence of investigators of the National Police Criminal Investigation Department in handling Cyber Crime Cases. The reason for the competence of the investigators of the Dittipidsiber Bareskrim Polri in handling Cyber Crime Cases still needs to be improved in terms of: (1) Aspects of attitude/personality (attitude), there are obstacles to public perception s that there are still unscrupulous Polri investigators. (2) Intellectuality/knowledge, there are still a small number of Polri investigators who do not understand the laws and regulations of criminal acts. (3) expertise/skills, there are still a small proportion who do not have basic investigative skills education (research vocational education/specialized vocational education) in handling cyber crime cases. Then efforts to improve the competence of the National Police Dittipidsiber Bareskrim investigators in handling Cyber Crime cases can be carried out by: (1) Attitude / Personality (Attitude) aspects by conducting mental training to Polri investigators on a regular basis, conducting regular ESQ (Emotional Spiritual Quotient) training. (2) Intellectuality/Knowledge by organizing professional investigative management training, disseminating new laws and regulations, sending good investigative personnel to attend investigation courses and investigative exercises, holding discussions, dialogues, workshops and seminars on investigative management. (3) Expertise/Skills by conducting training on the use and operationalization of computer and internet technology, making quick, easy and effective systems and administrative investigation methods, providing training on electronic evidence in cyber crime cases.
