Abstract

Work fatigue is aconditions experienced by the workforce which can result in a decrease in vitality and work productivity. Fatigue is a state of tiredness associated with working long hours, long periods without sleep, or the requirement to work hours out of sync with the body's biological rhythms. Work fatigue will reduce performance and increase the level of work errors. Increased work errors will provide opportunities for work accidents in the industry, as well as reduce work effectiveness. This study aims to determine the effect of work shifts on fatigue in processing workers at PTPN IV Kebun Adolina, Serdang Bedagai District. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. A total of 70 respondents were sampled by probability sampling. Univariate and bivariate statistical analysis using the chi-square test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was an effect of shift work on fatigue in processing workers. The results of statistical tests using chi-square obtained a p-value of 0.001 <0.05. To overcome this, the company can provide drinks and provide additional nutritious food.

Abstract

The paradigm shift in midwifery services and the global situation towards the increasing demand for complementary practice requires midwives to have comprehensive knowledge of complementary therapies to integrate complementary and conventional midwifery services. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to midwives' knowledge of complementary therapies as an effort to provide holistic care for reproductive health services in the Cirebon Region. This research is a correlative analytical research, cross sectional approach. The respondents were midwives in the Cirebon Region. The sample size was 216 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling. The data was analyzed with a chi-square test. The research instrument uses questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that there was significant assosiation between education, complementary training history, and information sources with complementary related knowledge, each with a p value of 0.000. There was no significant assosiation between the age of midwives, and the periode of working of midwives with complementary related knowledge with p values of 0.75 and 0.50 respectively. Midwives are expected to improve knowledge and skills based on evidence-based practice related to complementary therapies actively through available information sources, in an effort to provide excellent service to reproductive health holistically.

Abstract

One of the programs the Central Java Provincial Government to reduce MMR and AKB which is relatively high is the One Student One Client (OSOC) program. The implementation of the One Student One Client (OSOC) program that uses the Continuity Of Care approach which is a series of continuous and continuous and comprehensive service activities. The method used in the Care of this Final Project Report is in the form of a case study using Varney's 7-step midwifery management approach and the form of SOAP. The results obtained are a case study on Mrs. L with during the postpartum period, care is given according to the needs of the mother, The conclusion from the results of this case study is that there are several gaps between theory and practice in the field, according to the situation and conditions in the field, is adjusted to the SOP that has been set.

Abstract

Work stress is a consequence of every action taken by employees in dealing with work, where the situation places employees on physical and psychological demands that can interfere with work productivity and the stability of daily life, one of the causes of work stress is work shifts The aim of this research is to find out the comparison of work stress for employees who enter the morning shift and night shift employees. When this research was conducted from February 2023 to June 2023. This study used a quantitative survey method with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling because the researchers chose samples based on working hours, namely morning and evening shift employees with a total sample of 60 employees, namely 30 morning shift employees and 30 night shift employees. Data collection included filling in the prepared questionnaire, namely the Occupational Stress Inventory-Revised EditionTM (OSI-RTM) questionnaire with closed questions consisting of 28 items. All data were analyzed using SPSS using an independent sample t-test. The results showed that there were differences in work stress for morning shift employees and night shift employees with a value (sig = 0.000). Based on this research, it is hoped that it can be an improvement for the company regarding employee comfort by making additional work shifts to 3 shifts within 8 hours/shift with different employees.

In this study the researchers used the Quasi Experimental method with the One Group Pretest-posttest design approach , the population in this study were students of the Faathir Husada Tangerang College of Health Sciences semesters 4, 6, 8 with a total of 34 respondents. characteristics respondent based on type sex from 34 respondent type sex Woman the most with frequency 21 respondent . In research This analysis univariate used For know percentage from each variable research . Namely Program mentoring And Think Critical to student in STIKes Fathir Husada Tangerang. Abstract

Continuity of care (COC) midwifery care is one way to be able to provide care and carry out continuous documentation to reduce complications that occur, besides that this care is reviewed from the postpartum period which is carried out continuously and continuously. The purpose of the study is to apply midwifery care management to mothers in continuity of care (COC). Method; Type of descriptive research case study method conducted on 6 respondents who are different from puerperal cases. The results of pregnancy care are carried out according to the standards of care for the last postpartum visit, intervention is carried out according to existing complaints, namely with cabbage leaf compresses. The results that have been obtained by the patient feel that the milk comes out smoothly and does not look tense and full. The results of COC midwifery care are able to overcome the problem of breast milk that is not smooth with the use of materials at home

Abstract

Fatigue is a condition that can be experienced by workers, usually the fatigue is characterized by the weakening of the muscles in the workforce so that workers are unable to do their work again. The research aims to determine relationship of characteristics with work fatigue in oil palm harvesters in Afdeling V PTPN II Sawit Seberang in 2023. This is a quantitative research with a "cross sectional" approach by taking samples using total sampling of 36 respondents. The research results showed that 15 respondents (41.7%) had work fatigue, while 21 people (58.3%) did not experience fatigue. Variables associated with fatigue are nutritional status (p-value 0.03), working period (p-value 0.04),length of sleep (p-value 0.028), cigarette consumption (p-value 0.004). Suggestions in this study are that oil palm harvesters are expected to maintain a healthy body at work by utilizing rest periods such as stretching muscles, adequate intake of nutrients and mineral water and complying with instructions for the use of personal protective equipment for occupational safety and health.

Abstract

The toddler period (golden period) is a golden period that is very sensitive to the environment and this period lasts very short and cannot be repeated. During this critical period, toddlers' brains are more plastic. Brain plasticity in toddlers has positive and negative sides. On the positive side, toddlers' brains are more open to the learning and enrichment process. On the negative side, toddlers' brains are more sensitive to unsupportive environments such as inadequate nutritional intake. Herbal plants are plants that have medicinal properties in healing and preventing disease. The aim of this research is how mothers know about the use of herbal plants in dealing with the nutritional status of toddlers. This research is non-experimental research with a descriptive research design. The results of this study show that the knowledge of mothers of toddlers regarding the use of herbal plants is that the majority of mothers have good knowledge as many as 102 mothers (92%). Abstract

A very simple and fast registration service is one of the efforts to improve the quality of service to patients which will affect patient satisfaction. The development of technology and information influences various aspects, one of which is the health sector, known as e-health. One application of e-health. This is online registration which is carried out together with direct registration, but to inform the public there must be education regarding online and offline registration so that the public understands the process. The goal of service is patient satisfaction, where according to minimum service standards, the customer satisfaction level is more than 90%. It is hoped that an effective, efficient registration system and minimal waiting time will increase patient satisfaction. Quantitative research type with a cross sectional approach. The research sample of patients who registered online and manually was divided into two groups, namely the online registration group and the direct registration group using accidental sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses the chi square statistical test. From the results of the bivariate analysis it is known that the data analyzed using the independent t-test shows that the average knowledge score in the offline group (Mean= 14.95; SD= 2.87) is greater than the average knowledge score in the group with online registration ( Mean= 11.74; SD= 2.74), and this result is statistically significant (p<0.001). Online registration group and direct registration at Colomadu 1 Community Health Center.

Abstract

Psychological factors, hormonal disorders, genetics, organic disorders and nutritional status. Nutritional status is a very influential factor in a woman's menstrual cycle. Inadequate nutritional intake causes menstrual irregularities in most adolescent girls. In addition,  the stress level factor is the cause of menstrual disorders. Excessive secretion of stress hormones can damage cells, tissues, and other organs. One of the most visible effects of stress is menstrual cycle irregularities in adolescent girls. Prove the relationship between nutritional status and stress levels on the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo. Type of survey analytical research  with a cross sectional  approach using Propotional Random Sampling sampling techniques  with inclusion criteria, a total of 88 respondents with a division of 28 respondents from X grade, 29 respondents in class XI and 31 respondents in class XII. The analysis used to assess variables is the chi square and logistic regression statistical test.In this study, an SPSS statistical test using chi square obtained the results of the correlation analysis of the relationship between nutritional status and the menstrual cycle obtained ρ < α results (0.000 < 0.05), while the correlation of the relationship between stress levels and menstrual  cycles obtained ρ < α results (0.002 < 0.05), so it means that H1 accepted means that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and stress levels with the menstrual cycle of adolescent girls in SMA 3 Sidoarjo.
