Data from a preliminary survey conducted in Tunjung Village, Udanawu District, Kabupaen, Blitar stated that out of 10 infants aged 0-6 months, 6 of them (60%) did not experience weight gain. And 3 of them who did not gain weight said their children had never been in a baby massage. This type of research is a pre-experimental study with a two-group posttest with control design The population to be used in this study is all infants in Tunjung Village with the age of < 1 year in January 2023. The sampling technique uses Simple Random sampling. The samples in this study were 32.16 for the control group and 16 for the treatment group. Treatment by giving baby massage is done 2x a week for 15 minutes within 4 weeks. The statistical test used the Mann Whitney. Based on the statistical test carried out obtained by Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.007 < (α = 0.05), then Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted meaning that there was a difference in baby weight after baby massage between the control group and the treatment group. It is expected that baby massage can be routinely done so that the baby's weight increases and growth runs normally.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of Pre Operating Teaching (Informed Consent) with anxiety levels in preoperative sectio caesarea patients in the Maternity Room of Arga Husada Hospital, Kediri, Malang Regency. Pre-experimental research design with pre-test and post-test design approaches. The population of all maternity mothers with sectio caesarea in the Maternity Room of Arga Husada Kediri Hospital was 120 people and a sample of 93 people with accidental sampling techniques. The research variables are Pre Operating Teaching and anxiety levels. HARS checklist and questionnaire instruments for anxiety. Data analysis using the Mc Nemar test.  The results of the Mc Nemar statistical test showed a significance  value of 0.0 00  (p<0.05) there was an effect  of pre-operating teaching  with the level of anxiety of pre-operative sectio caesaria patients  in the maternity room. The conclusion of this study is that the administration of pre-operating teaching can significantly reduce anxiety levels in SC preoperative patients. The anxiety that preoperative patients experience is due to a psychological condition that feels that it is not possible to express something unknown and the anticipation of something unknown and possible painful procedures will be the most common main cause. The anxiety facedis due to ignorance of the surgical procedure, the impact of the operation and the condition after undergoing surgery. Therefore, informed consent is needed to reduce the patient's anxiety about the threats that the patient feels when he is about to undergo surgery. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to midwives to provide informed consent in accordance with the SPO applicable in the hospital.

Abstract

Air as an important environmental component in life needs to be maintained so that the quality of health is always excellent. Poor air ventilation and high concentrations of aerosols are one of the transmissions of COVID-19, therefore WHO has issued guidelines for regulating hospital air conditioning, while Permenkes RI No.07 of 2019 requires quality standards for environmental health and hospital health including: water; air; etc. The Radiology Installation includes supporting services for examining COVID-19 patients, with minimal air ventilation requiring environmental health studies. Knowing the air system, especially the air ventilation system in the radiology examination room for COVID-19 at Mardi Woluyo Hospital, Blitar City, in the context of improving public health. Observation, interviews, problem identification, socialization of results and recommendations for improvement, with instruments fishbone diagrams, ultrasound and SWOT analysis. Radiology examination room for COVID-19 = p 4.80 x l 4.25 x h 3.50 m, door 1.8 X 2 m without windows, using Split HVAC (AC) system 2.5 PK, average daily temperature 220C and humidity < 60%, no air intake from the outside, ventilation with a portable HEPA air purifier Medina / type - T 1000 system with a coverage area of 120 m3, Air Flow Max=1000 m³/hour and there is no procedure shutdown time. In calculating the max ACH ability of this tool 14.17 times / hour so it requires shutdown time 19.5 minutes to restore its air quality. The COVID-19 Radiology Room at Mardi Waluyo Hospital, Blitar City, is used as a room for X-photo examination of COVID- and Non-COVID patients, allowing aerosol spread to occur in that room and this requires further study.

Abstract

Pneumonia is an infectious disease caused by bacteria characterized by fever, chills, coughing up phlegm, and breathing difficulty. Generally pneumonia is caused by an infection of Streptococcus pneumoniae bacteria. Antibiotics is a therapy used in pediatric pneumonia patients at hospitals X. in Madiun. This study aims to determine a more cost-effective antibiotics therapy combination between ceftriaxone-Gentamicin and Ampicillin-Gentamicin in pediatric pneumonia patients at Hospital X in Madiun in 2019-2021. This study used a cross sectional design and data collection was carried out retrospectively. There were 39 patients as samples who were pediatric patients aged ≤ 12 years who were adjusted to the inclusion criteria. The datawere identified using decision trees and analyzed cost-effectiveness with ACER and ICER calculations. The ACER value of Ceftriaxone-Gentamicin antibiotic therapy is IDR 6,047,334.23, which is lower than Ampicillin-Gentamicin therapy whch is of IDR 9,730,746.21, thus showing that Seftriaxone-Gentamicin is more cost-effective than Ampicillin-Gentamicin. The ICER calculation has negative result of Idr 500,953.74 so it shows that the Ceftriaxone-Gentamicin combination antibiotic is more cost-effective.

Abstract

Stroke is a disease that can cause weakness on one side of the body for sufferers, due to damage to the nervous system in the brain. One of the therapies to increase limb muscle strength in stroke patients is bobath therapy. This study aims to analyze the effect of bobath therapy on limb muscle strength in post-stroke infarction patients at RSI Jemursari Surabaya. The research design used a pre-experimental type with a one-group pre-post test design with a sample of 102 post-stroke infarction patient respondents using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The independent variable in this study was bobath therapy, while the dependent variable was the muscle strength of the extremities of post-infarction stroke patients. The research instrument used an observation sheet containing a strength scale measuring instrument, namely the Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) score on measuring muscle strength with a score of 0-5. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of the study with the analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test were obtained with a significance value of α = 0.05, ρ = 0.000, which means ρ <α, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of bobath therapy on limb muscle strength in postoperative patients. stroke infarction at RSI Jemursari Surabaya.Bobath therapy which was carried out 6 times within one month, and each movement was carried out for 3-5 minutes proved to be effective in increasing limb muscle strength in post-stroke infarction patients. It is hoped that bobath therapy can be applied by post-infarction stroke patients as a therapy to help increase limb muscle strength in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures.
