Analysis of Factors Influencing the Profitability of Banking Sector Companies Listed on the IDX. Thesis, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities, University of Tangerang Raya. The form of research used is a form of quantitative research. The sample in this research is 8 banks. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through data ojk. Data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis technique uses the KMO technique. Based on the description that has been stated previously and based on the data obtained in connection with research activities carried out at BANK in Indonesia, the researcher can draw conclusions and provide suggestions that can be useful for the management in the problems faced by company. There are 3 factors affecting profitability seen from the company's Return on Assets (ROA) in Indonesian banking, namely: CAR NPL and NIM factors with eigenvalues of 29.909%, 19.939% and 17.806%. With 6 variable variances that correlate with the formed factors, namely: CAR, NIM, NPL, LDR, BOPO and ROA.

Human resources are the support for improving the quality of the agency for the better. This can be seen from the performance of each employee which is still less than optimal in completing the functions and tasks that have been determined by the regional government agency, this has an impact on the lack of employee performance. This study uses quantitative research with descriptive methods. The sampling technique in this research used a simple random sampling technique, the research used the Slovin formula. The number of samples used in this research was 100 samples. The sampling technique in this study used incidental sampling (non-probability sampling). Data analysis techniques in this study used validity test, reliability test, determinant test and hypothesis test. The variables used are employee performance (X1), public service quality (X2) and community satisfaction (Y). The resulting R Square value is 0.802, which is equal to 80.2%. So it can be concluded that variables X1 and The results of the T test of multiple regression analysis show that only the public service quality variable (X2) has a significant influence on public satisfaction (Y) while the employee performance variable (X1) has no significant effect on public satisfaction (Y).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and service quality on purchasing decisions for consumers of CV Sukaku Abdi Utama. The research method used is a quantitative method. In this study, the independent variables were used, namely Sales Promotion (X1), Service Quality (X2) and the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision (Y). The object of this study were partners of CV Sukaku Abdi Utama with a total population of 215 partners and sampling using probability sampling technique with random sampling method so that a total sample of 68 respondents was obtained. The results of the study show that sales promotions partially influence purchasing decisions and service quality influences purchasing decisions of CV Sukaku Abdi Utama consumers. The results of the simultaneous variable test have the result that sales promotion and service quality have an influence on the consumer purchasing decision variable by 0.722 or 72.2%, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of 72.2% on the purchase decision can be influenced by Sales Promotion (X1) and Service Quality (X2) and the value of 27.8% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products in Tangerang Regency. The population taken from this research is ABC store consumers, the type of research used is quantitative research, the sample used was 100 respondents with The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis used is the multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that the independent and dependent variables have partial and simultaneous influence. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) value of R Adjusted Square are 0.564, which means that the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable of 0.564 or is presented as 56.4% while the remaining 43.6% is explained by other variables not included in this research.

All organizations are required to further improve employee performance in order to develop the organization. Many factors influence, one of which is Human Resources. Through self-discipline of each employee, it will increase employee performance. In addition to Discipline, Work Motivation is also a factor because Work Motivation is something that is within every employee that can influence whether there is an Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Tigaraksa District Office, Tangerang Regency.This research method uses quantitative methods. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling method or saturated samples. The number of samples in this study were 53 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. Then the test tool used is SPSS software. The results showed that there was a partial t influence of discipline and work motivation on employee performance. Work discipline with a value of 2,068 then work motivation 3,604 with a significantly less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the discipline variable and the Work Motivation variable affect the Employee Performance variable. The results of this study simultaneously with the calculated f value of 59.670 greater than F calculated 3.18 so the variables of Discipline and Work Motivation have a joint effect on the Employee Performance variable. It can be concluded based on the results of the study that Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance have a positive and significant relationship

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on the work productivity of sewing employees at PT Seyang Indonesia. The research method was carried out with quantitative methods and the analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 200 employees of PT Seyang Indonesia. The sample used in this study was using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling technique. The data collection procedure in this study was to use a questionnaire using a Likert scale and SPSS 25 programming: (1) there is an effect of work stress on employee productivity (tcount = 17.808 > ttable = 1.978), (2) there is an effect of work environment on employee productivity (tcount 16.671 > ttable = 1.978), and (3) there is an effect of work stress and work environment on employee productivity (Fcount = 2611.588 > Ftable = 3.07). So it shows that work stress and the work environment at PT Seyang Indonesia partially and simultaneously have a relationship that has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of work stress and work discipline on the work productivity of PT employees. Reliable Successful Work in Tangerang Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The sample used by the author in this research was 116 respondents and the sample was taken using Random Sampling Technique. The data collection method used was using a questionnaire. In this research, data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 29. Meanwhile, the data testing techniques used in this research were validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression test, coefficient of determination, analysis. partial correlation and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). Based on the results of the partial correlation analysis, it can be seen that the influence value of the Job Stress and Work Discipline variables on Employee Work Productivity is 0.999 and 1.000 respectively. The results of this research show that work stress has an effect on PT employees. Reliable Successful Work. This is because the Job Stress variable has a tcount value of 3.536 > ttable of 1.980 and a significance value <0.05. Work Discipline influences the employees of PT. Handal Sukses Karya in this. This is because the Work Discipline variable has a tcount value of 4.780 > ttable 1.980 and a significance value <0.05. Work Stress and Work Discipline influence employee work productivity at PT. Handal Sukses Karya in Kab. Tangerang. This is because the Employee Work Productivity variable has an Fcount value of 15.930 > Ftable 3.08 and a significance value <0.05. The magnitude of the influence of Job Stress and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity is 71.4%, which means that the contribution of Employee Work Productivity can be explained by the independent variables, namely Work Stress and Work Discipline. So the remaining 28.6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

Sampling technique using Random Sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 110 employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that communication has an effect on employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang. This is because the Communication variable has a t value of 3.908 greater than the t table of 1.982 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Work Discipline affects employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. This is because the Work Discipline variable has a t value of 13.677 greater than the t table of 1.982 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Communication and work disine affect the employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. This is because the Communication variable has a calculated F value of 162.973 greater than the f table of 3.08 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. The magnitude of the effect of communication and work discipline on employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency is 75.3%, which means that the contribution of employee work productivity can be explained by the independent variables, namely communication and work discipline. Then the remaining 24.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to analyse the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. Sampling technique using saturated sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 38 employees in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction affects employees in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. This is because the job satisfaction variable has a t value of 3.820 greater than the t table of 2.030 and a significance value of 0.001 less than 0.05. Workload affects employees in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. This is because the workload variable has a t value of 12.014 greater than the t table of 2.030 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Job satisfaction and workload affect employee performance in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. This is because the job satisfaction variable has a calculated F value of 347.817 greater than the f table of 3.29 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. The magnitude of the effect of Job Satisfaction and Workload on Employee Performance in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang is 95.2%, which means that the contribution of Employee Performance can be explained by the independent variables, namely Job Satisfaction and Workload. Then the remaining 4.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

This research was conducted in order to gain an understanding of the influence of product quality and employee performance on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Madani National Capital Sindang Jaya Branch, Tangerang Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. In this research, it includes Product Quality (X1) and Employee Performance (X2), Customer Satisfaction (Y). Research object PT. Madani National Capital Sindang Jaya Branch in Tangerang Regency. Simultaneous test results show that product quality and employee performance jointly influence the Customer Satisfaction variable. The results of the hypothesis test show that the T test value on X1 is 34.391 with a significance of 0.000 on .9% indicates that most of Customer Satisfaction is influenced by product quality (X1) and employee performance (X2), while the remaining 7.1% is due to other factors not covered in this research.
