Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of student guidance and counseling services using the COBIT 5 framework at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. The results of the application of COBIT 5 in this research include several things, Evaluation of Service Effectiveness, this evaluation identifies the extent to which the service has run in accordance with the standards or criteria set by COBIT 5. Identification of Improvement Areas, identifies certain areas in guidance and counseling services that are needs repair. This can include aspects of information availability, key processes, or even performance criteria that have not been met according to established standards. Determination of Service Quality, the quality of services provided by SMK Negeri 8 Palembang in the context of guidance and counseling. Identification of areas that need improvement or improvement provides a better understanding of how services can be improved to provide a more positive impact on students. The results of data collection and analysis in this research highlight, the Positive Contribution of Services. Evaluations involving surveys with students, interviews with counselors, and analysis of guidance and counseling program documents confirm that these services have a positive impact on student development at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the K-Means algorithm in determining clustering in customer satisfaction assessments at the Pekanbaru Health Training Agency. Customer satisfaction is the level of a person's feelings to perceive the comparison between the consumer's impression of the level of product and service performance and the customer's or buyer's expectations. The aim of this research is to see the level of customer satisfaction with the Pekanbaru Health Training Agency (Bapalkes) services using K-means clustering and how high the level of customer satisfaction is using the K-means Clustering method. In this research, the data used is Health Training Center customer data from 2019 and 2023. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via Google form. Creating a rule model for the collected data using the k-means algorithm and rapidminer software. From the research results obtained using the K-Means algorithm in clustering customer data, it can provide customer segmentation results that are in line with expectations, so that the Pekanbaru Health Training Agency can easily understand the characteristics of its customers based on their clusters and their satisfaction. Then, using the elbow and Davies Bouldin methods, we also provide a solution for selecting the right number of clusters so that performance is more optimal and produces more accurate customer segmentation results. From the calculations of the k-means algorithm, it was obtained that the response value was very dominant at 259 who expressed satisfaction and 44 people who expressed dissatisfaction from 303 customers, so that the k-means algorithm used sensitivity and specificity tests, 86% expressed satisfaction and 14% expressed dissatisfaction with services provided by the Pekanbaru Health Training Agency.

Abstract

This research analyzes the Smart City Concept with the Use of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the City of Palembang by considering internal factors, which shows a total score of 28 for strengths and 27 for weaknesses. On the other hand, external factors show a value of 34 for opportunities and 26 for threats. The SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is used to evaluate strategic positions in facing challenges and exploiting opportunities in implementing the Smart City concept. Next, a TOWS (Threat, Opportunity, Weakness and Strength) analysis was carried out which resulted in an in Palembang City is SO (Strengths – Opportunities), namely utilizing internal advantages to optimize existing opportunities. In conclusion, the most appropriate strategy is to utilize internal strengths to maximize existing opportunities, while reducing the impact of internal weaknesses on external threats. A strong partnership is needed between the government, the private sector and active community participation to realize the vision of an IoT-based Smart City in the City of Palembang.

Abstract

Film Surga yang Tak Dirindukan 3 menjadi salah satu film yang paling diminati oleh masyarakat, karena merupakan film religi yang mengangkat tema rumah tangga. Sebagai film religi, tentunya banyak mengandung nilai-nilai Islami. Namun demikian, tidak semua penonton kemudian dapat secara sempurna menangkap makna-makna yang direpresentasikan di dalam sebuah film. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui representasi nilai akhlak dan syariat di dalam film Surga yang Tak Dirindukan 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan analisisnya menggunakan makna denotasi, konotasi dan mitos di dalam kajian semiotika Roland Barthes. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan dokuentasi, dengan menerapkan sebuah teknik analisis data, yaitu analisis semiotika dengan mengunakan model Roland Barthes. Hasilnya, terdapat representasi nilai-nilai akhlak dan syariat Islam yang kental di dalam film Surga yang Tak Dirindukan 3, di antaranya; Pertama, yang termasuk representasi nilai akhkak adalah adab bergaul dengan lawan jenis, larangan menipu dan mengambil yang bukan haknya, menjadi pemimpin yang adil, amanah, dan bertanggungjawab, anjuran menepati janji, serta anjuran berfikir sebelum bertindak. Kedua, yang termasuk representasi nilai syariat adalah sholat di awal waktu, kewajiban istri yang shalihah, larangan bersifat su’udzan, jujur dalam berumah tangga, serta larangan nusyuz dan perintah berbuat adil

Abstract

This study discusses how incentives, work motivation affect employee performance in Cigudeg District. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of incentives and work motivation on employee performance in Cigudeg District. The sampling technique used a questionnaire technique with a total of 50 respondents who were employees of Cigudeg District. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.4 with the SEM (Structural Equatoin Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, incentives and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research discusses how product quality and packaging influence purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and packaging on purchasing decisions at the Maharaja Super Cake shop, East Jakarta. The data collection technique used a questionnaire method with 100 respondents who were customers of the Maharaja Super Cake shop. The analysis carried out was validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, correlation test, determination test, t-test and F-test using the SPSS 25 test tool. The results of this research show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, packaging has an effect positive and significant on purchasing decisions, product quality and packaging has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the morals of students and determine the influence of the Hybrid Learning method in Islamic religious education subjects on improving the morals of students at UPTD SMPN 4 Parepare. The research uses a qualitative approach, there are two data sources used, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources, the key research instrument is the researcher himself, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation, the data analysis technique used is data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: Students' morals have decreased since post-pandemic learning. Implementation of the Hybrid Learning method in Islamic Religious Education Subjects to improve students' morals, namely the Hybrid Learning method can support the improvement of students' morals but on the other hand it can also hinder the improvement of students' morals if it is not implemented properly.

Abstract

Perusahaan kesehatan saat ini semakin bergantung pada teknologi informasi untuk mendukung operasional, pelayanan pasien, dan pengelolaan data. Namun, penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam lingkungan perusahaan kesehatan juga membawa risiko tertentu. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap manajemen risiko teknologi informasi di perusahaan kesehatan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tinjauan literatur, wawancara dengan praktisi industri, dan studi kasus untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mengatasi risiko yang terkait dengan teknologi informasi dalam konteks perusahaan kesehatan. Melalui implementasi langkah-langkah proaktif seperti peninjauan kebijakan keamanan, pemantauan keamanan, pelatihan karyawan, pengujian keamanan, dan kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal. Siloam Hospital Group berhasil meningkatkan keamanan data pasien, mematuhi regulasi privasi data, dan meningkatkan kesadaran keamanan di seluruh organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram Social Media and E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth) on Purchasing Decisions of Ruby UMKM consumers. The research method used is an expalani survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 100 respondents who followed the Instagram account "amorebyruby". This research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the research instrument test used multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, f tests. The results of the analysis show that Instagram Social Media and E-WOM have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with the results of multiple regression analysis tests. The results of the Instagram t test obtained the results of the t test> t table (2.305> 1.985) means that Ho1 is rejected Ha1 is accepted, the E-WOM t test obtained the results (7.632> 1.985) means Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and the f test results are (37.476> 3.090) meaning Ho3 is rejected Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of this data, it can be concluded that Instagram Social Media and E-WOM simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions at Ruby MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai istilah tarbiyah, ta'lim, dan ta'dib dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru PAI dalam memahami istilah tarbiyah, ta'lim, dan ta'dib serta penerapannya dalam pembelajaran. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan, di mana data primer diambil dari wawancara dengan guru SMA Negeri 01 Empat Lawang, sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari beberapa literatur dan artikel terkait dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memahami istilah tarbiyah, ta'lim, dan ta'dib serta penerapannya. Hal ini meliputi sholat dzuhur dan sebelum pulang wajib sholat ashar, pendekatan orang tua, dan organisasi rohis yang menunjang siswa untuk memperdalam ajaran Islam.
