Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penggunaan neurosains dalam pembelajaran PAI, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagian dan sistem kerja otak serta peranannya dalam pembelajaran PAI di era society 5.0, sumber primer dan sumber sekunder, Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Guru Milenial dan tantagan society 5.0 yang di tulis oleh Hani Rafiqo dan Richardus eko indrajid serta jurnal mengenai neurosains dan data sekunder yang di gunakan jurnal dan buku buku yang relavan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pentingnya seorang guru memahami fungsi otak dalam merancang, melaksanakan pembelajaran serta komunikasi antara guru dan siswa agar pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan optimal.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa baku nasional memiliki kaidah-kaidah yang perlu ditaati dalam penggunaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketidaksesuaian penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dengan kaidah baku dalam iklan Le Minerale. Data penelitian diambil dari iklan yang dipublikasikan di platform YouTube, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa ketidaksesuaian dalam penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam iklan Le Minerale. Salah satunya adalah pelafalan yang belum memenuhi kaidah bahasa baku sesuai dengan Ejaan Yang Disempurnakan (EYD). Selain itu, terdapat penggunaan kata-kata yang tida baku, kata-kata asing, serta kata-kata gaul yang tidak sesuai dengan norma bahasa Indonesia baku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam iklan Le Minerale seringkali tidak sesuai dengan kaidah baku, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dan pemahaman konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kecenderungan emosional pada kualitas pengajaran seorang guru dalam konteks pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakter pendidik dalam Al-Quran serta relevansinya dalam era milenial. Sumber primer dan sumber sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Library Research. Sumber data primer menggunakan "Guru Milenial dan Tantangan Society 5.0" yang ditulis oleh Hani Rafiqo dan Richardus Eko Indrajid, serta jurnal mengenai karakteristik pendidik. Data sekunder yang digunakan adalah jurnal dan buku-buku yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa karakteristik yang terkandung dalam surah tersebut, antara lain berjiwa penyayang, ikhlas, sering menasehati, berani menyampaikan, dan terencana. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa karakteristik yang tergambar dalam surah tersebut memiliki relevansi yang signifikan dalam menanggapi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik di era milenial, yang cenderung kompleks dan dinamis. Dengan memahami dan menerapkan karakteristik ini, pendidik dapat menjadi lebih efektif dalam memenuhi tuntutan zaman dan mendukung perkembangan optimal para siswa.

Abstract

The footwear industry in Indonesia grew along with Indonesia's economic development that occurred in the early 1980s. The development of the footwear industry is also supported by the role of the government with various facilities provided to MSMEs. The local brand is currently growing, one of which is women's footwear products. Product consistency and innovation are important factors in enlarging the brand in the local and international markets. Privet is a business that manufactures women's footwear since 2018. This business was born in a class New Venture Creation at Business Management ITS. The problem of product innovation at Privet is how to produce products based on customer preferences. This research uses the five stages of the design thinking model proposed by the Hasso-Plattner Design Institute at Stanford, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Tests were carried out using the Capture Matrix and Net Promoter Score (NPS). From this research, it was found that the factors of customer preference in buying footwear are comfort, design, and product value. Therefore, it is recommended to create products innovation in shoes, slippers, and sandals category based on customer.

Abstract

This study analyzes and explores home-based literacy based on prior research indexed by Scopus and published between 2020 and 2022 to determine the roles parents and families play in learning home-based literacy. The analysis was explicitly done in the area of education. Search outcomes for article samples were discovered using a Scopus.com account. The author used the integrated review methodology and looked up to 12 papers. The author concludes that when parents and families participate, home-based literacy programs greatly benefit children's learning and development. Parents and families must support children's literacy development through reading books, labelling objects, telling stories, teaching numbers and letters, and reciting nursery rhymes. The activity's success is also influenced by the parent's educational attainment and financial standing in carrying out their duties. The more educated and wealthy a person is, the simpler it will be to implement at-home literacy initiatives. Conversely, implementation will be hampered by the parents' lower levels of education and wealth. However, this can be avoided by connected parties cooperating, specifically by providing children and parents with access to free books at home.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Bagaimana keterlaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Pada Tema Kearifan Lokal Kelas IV Di SDN 02 Rejang Lebong. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mendeskripsikan Keterlaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Pada Tema Kearifan Lokal KelasIV di SDN 02 Rejang Lebong. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner dengan sumber peneliti yaitu siswa kelas IV. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS dengan teknik korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa dari Dimensi Bernalar Kritis dengan interval Cukup Baik sebanyak 75%. Kemudian untuk Dimensi BerkebhinekaanGlobal dengan interval Cukup Baik juga yaitu sebanyak 81%. Dan dari kedua Dimensi tersebut didapatkan interval Sangat Baik sebanyak 87% keterlaksanaan dan dapat di simpulkan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila berjalan dengan sangat baik. Peserta didik mampu menerapkan dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang terdapat pada modul projek temakearifan lokal. Pada kegiatan ini peserta didik diharapkandapat menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada kegiatan apapun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Promosi, Terhadap Niat Membeli Kembali Konsumsen Dengan Kepuasan Konsumen Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi kasus pada pengguna produk skincare MS Glow di agen MS Glow by lusskin). Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah konsumen yang membeli produk di Klinik MS Glow by Lusskin dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebesar 288 konsumen yang membeli produk di Klinik MS Glow by Lusskin dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Promosi, Terhadap sebesar 84,8% yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan sisanya 15,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Selanjutnya nilai Adjusted R-square pada variabel Niat Membeli Kembali sebesar (0,454), hal ini membuktikan bahwa besarnya variabel Niat Membeli Kembali yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Promosi, sebesar 45,4% yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan sisanya 54,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study discussed whether there was an influence of study intensity and school environment on student learning outcomes in the subject of Fardhu Prayer at SMP Negeri 05 Lebong. The purpose of this study was to determine how study intensity and the environment influenced student outcomes in the Fardhu Prayer material. The sampling technique used was a questionnaire with the researchers' source being seventh grade students, and observations were also utilized. The analytical tools used included SPSS with Descriptive Analysis, Inferential Analysis, T-test, and F-test as the analysis methods, along with the Pearson product-moment correlation technique. This research shows that study intensity, school environment, and learning outcomes reveal significant findings that indicate a strong and positive influence of several factors on student learning outcomes in the subject of Fardhu Prayer. Through the t-test, it is found that both study intensity and the school environment individually have a significant impact, with a t-value of 3.225 each, far exceeding the t-table value of 1.664 and a p-value of 0.002. Furthermore, the F-test, which combines both variables, shows an F-value of 7.242, exceeding the F-table value of 3.12 and a very low p-value (0.001), indicating an effective synergy between the two factors in enhancing material understanding. These results affirm the importance of intensifying efforts to maintain a conducive learning environment and encouraging students to increase their study intensity to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

Looking at the learning outcomes of Class III students at SDN Cogreg 02 Tangerang Regency in the Indonesian language subject, especially the material answering the content of fairy tales, it is considered that they do not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), through this research it is hoped that it will be able to increase student participation and learning outcomes. Improvement efforts were made by using hand puppets to attract students' interest. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. This type of research uses the Hopkins research model in the form of a spiral with action research stages in a cycle that includes planning, action, observation and reflection. Research data collection uses observation, interviews, tests and documentation methods. The research was carried out using hand puppets for 2 cycles. The increase in learning outcomes in answering the content of students' fairy tales from cycle 1 to cycle 2 increased by 35%. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that learning media in the form of hand puppets is able to improve learning outcomes in answering the content of fairy tales for Class III students at SDN Cogreg 02, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

Competition in the bakery world is getting tighter day by day, not only from big players but also from small players in the home bakery industry who are also enlivening the bakery business world. There are many ways that must be done to win the competition or to survive. The aim of this research is to find out whether product and packaging variations are factors that can influence purchasing decisions or not. After conducting research, using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of this research are that product and packaging variations have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decision variables, then the coefficient of the relationship between product variations and purchasing decisions shows a significant influence, and the coefficient of the relationship between packaging and purchasing decisions shows that packaging has a positive and significant effect
