Abstract

Advances in Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) have an impact on the use of mass media in people's daily lives. This can form a separate character for the community. The characteristics of society can be seen from some of feedback given in the mass media. Through the mass media, the public can convey various opinions, complaints, criticisms, and suggestions regarding anything, therefore the mass media has an influence in society. The positive impact is felt, namely the easier access to information quickly, while the negative impact is felt, namely the easier access to information, of course, the public will be trapped in the spread of fake news (hoaks). The solution to this problem is to become a wise society in sorting, processing, and controlling what is received so that it does not become raw material that is consumed without knowing the truth. In this study using the literature review (literature review). The use of this method is based on analysis of literature studies, journals, articles, websites, and theses which are adapted to the related title. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the role of social media in influencing public trust in society.

Abstract

This study focuses on the potential and alternatives of local economic development through the 2018 Bekasi Regency Development Exhibition. The local economic potential is owned by Bekasi Regency in each sub-district. And through the Development Exhibition in Bekasi Regency, namely the Bekasi Regency Fair in 2018, products from the local economy of each district are promoted. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The theory used is the theory of the implementation of Edward III's public policy that uses communication variables, namely transmission, clarity and consistency. Based on research conducted in the Bekasi Regency Fair in 2018 successfully developed the local economy by promoting its products on the stands available at the exhibition area. This success is due to the implementation of public policies that they do meet the variables of communication, namely transmission, clarity and consistency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership supervision on the performance of employees in distributing fuel oil in the Unit of the Indonesian National Army Headquarters Detachment Supplies. How big is the influence of leadership supervision on the performance of employees in distributing fuel oil at the Indonesian Armed Forces Headquarters Supplies Detachment Unit. The method used is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study uses a saturated census or sampling technique, namely the method of sampling research if all members of the population are used as samples. So, the sample in this study amounted to 25 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: the supervision of the leadership belongs to the excellent category. Furthermore, from the results of the average score obtained that the employee's performance has utilized the working time optimally to produce the expected output by the organization with an average score of 84.98% indicating that the performance of employees in distributing fuel is included in the excellent category. The results show that leadership supervision has an influence on the performance of employees in distributing fuel oil in the TNI Headquarters Detachment Supplies Unit of 53.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of packaging products with indicators packaging brand, packaging images, packaging shapes and packaging colors on the buyer's decision of PT Siantar Top Tbk products on students of SMA Santa Lusia Bekasi. The data used are primary data and the student population of SMA Santa Lusia Bekasi. The sample selection method used is the probability sampling method. The total population in this study was 101 high school students from Santa Lusia Bekasi and the sample used was 50 students from SMA Santa Lusia Bekasi. Buyer's decision as the dependent variable, while the packaging brand, packaging image, packaging shape and packaging color are used as independent variables. The method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the research that have been carried out show that the packaging brand variable has a significant number of 0.030, the shape of the packaging has a significant number of 0.025 and the color of the packaging has a significant number of 0.000 which means that it partially affects the buyer's decision because it gets a number below 0.05, while the variable the packaging image has a significant number of 0.108 which means that it partially has no effect on purchasing decisions because it gets a number above 0.05, and the sour brand variable, packaging image, packaging shape and packaging color have a significant number of0.000 which means it has a simultaneous effect on the decision. buyers for getting numbers below 0.05.

Abstract

Good governance practices require transparency in the overall process of governance. Government that is effective, transparent and accountable to its citizens is a top priority for the Government of Indonesia. With various other accountability and supervisory institutions, including the media, to maintain and deepen reform efforts and create anti- corruption institutions that are more transparent, high-performance and responsive to the needs of citizens. This research uses qualitative research methods with interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Pondok Kelapa Village Office has carried out its responsibilities according to Pergub number 152 of 2019 then for transparency it has been stipulated in the SKPD.

Abstract

Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is the process of developing and implementing various forms of persuasive communication programs to customers and potential customers. IMC is a combination of several mix of marketing communication promotion strategies which include Advertising, Direct Marketing, Internet Marketing, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling and Public Relations. Jakjek Store began to implement the promotional strategy mix in 2019 to increase its sales target, by focusing on its online reseller business. In carrying out this strategy, Jakjek Store has a supporting factor, namely being consistent in doing online marketing, while the inhibiting factor is that the existence of the brand they bring is unstable or can go up/down. Jakjek Store favors promotional strategies in advertising and direct marketing, and also provides communicative services. Jakjek Store implements all mixes of integrated marketing communication strategies, by maximizing advertising strategies and also direct marketing in increasing sales targets. The existence of the product is an obstacle in sales because it is not stable.This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data used are primary and secondary with the number of informants as many as 5 people. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the flipped classroom learning model on the independence and learning outcomes of class X students of the accounting skills program at Vocasional High School 1 Lumajang with a case study on the basic competencies of basic accounting equations for the 2022/2023 school year. This research is an experimental research with the type of research Pre-Experimental Design and using the One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, tests, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is the paired sample t-test. The results showed that the flipped classroom learning model had an effect on student learning independence with a Sig. 0.00 <0.05 and has an effect on learning outcomes with a Sig value. 0.03 <0.05. The results of the Percent N-Gain test show that the flipped classroom learning model has an effect on learning independence by 57% and on learning outcomes by 22%.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially in product marketing, are very diverse, for example omni-channel. Omni-channel is implemented to reach a wider audience. This study aimed to examine and analyze the factors influencing the intention to use omni-channel among Matahari Department Store (MDS) consumers. The collected data was processed based on the descriptive statistical analysis method to determine the characteristics of the respondents and inferential statistics using SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that performance expectancy has a positive effect on omni-channel shopping attitude. Likewise with the omni-channel shopping attitude towards consumers' intention. A positive but not significant effect can be seen in the relationship between the effect of effort expectancy and omni-channel shopping attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze marketing strategies in the face of business competition during the pandemic at J&T Lubang Buaya Branch, East Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive using interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques conducted at J&T Express, Lubang Buaya Branch, East Jakarta. The informants in this study were employees and consumers of J&T Lubang Buaya Branch, East Jakarta. In this study using the 7P marketing strategy, namely Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process, and Physical Evidence. The development of shipping goods in Indonesia is currently very fast. The existence of a pandemic has made the trend of online shopping increase in Indonesia. The marketing mix has seven elements that cannot be separated and are interrelated with each other.
