Abstract

DKI Jakarta Utara termasuk bagian daerah dari Indonesia yang mempunyai angka pengangguran tingkat terbuka yang harus cukup diberikan perhatian, Masalah pengangguran dijakarta Utara yang demikian pelik yang mencapai 63.413 orang tidak bisa dibiarkan berlarut larut, sangat besar kemungkinannya untuk mendorong suatu krisis sosial yang lebih besar. Oleh Karena itu Salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan daya saing dalam dunia kerja dan dunia usaha, Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara merupakan wujud kepedulian Pemerintah DKI Jakarta khususnya di Jakarta Utara dalam menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana kepada masyarakat secara gratis untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja yang siap pakai dan mampu bersaing dalam dunia kerja maupun dunia usaha. yang akhirnya pengangguran dan di Jakarta utara ini mampu membantu status Negara Berkembang di Indonesia berubah Menjadi lebih baik untuk Menjadi sebuah Negara Maju. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti melakuakan anaisis Pelaksanaan Strategi Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara dalam Fungsinya terhadap Pengangguran di DKI Jakarta Utara tahun 2019. Bagaimana Upaya dan Hambatan Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara dalam menjalankan Fungsinya terhadap Pengangguran di DKI Jakarta Utara tahun 2019. Dalam Penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti berusaha memberikan informasi yang selengkap mungkin, agar dapat mudah dipahami. Strategi Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara dalam Fungsinya Terhadap pengangguran di DKI Jakarta Utara tahun 2019, mempunyai Program berdasarkan fungsinya meliputi Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja, Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Dan Perluasan Kerja.

Abstract

Karang Taruna merupakan organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan yang berkedudukan di desa atau kelurahan sebagai wadah dan sarana pengembangan setiap anggota masyarakat untuk tumbuh dan berkembang atas dasar kesadaran dan tanggung jawab sosial di masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pembinaan dan pemberdayaan kepada para pemuda. Untuk itu, peneliti mengangkat dua pokok permasalahan mengenai implementasi program kerja Karang Taruna Mandiri Kelurahan Jatisari dalam pemberdayaan organisasi pemuda di lingkungan Kelurahan Jatisari Kota Bekasi dan faktor penghambat terealisasinya program Karang Taruna Mandiri di lingkungan Kelurahan Jatisari Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan kenyataan yang diperoleh dari observasi secara langsung, wawancara dengan informan, dan dokumentasi sebagai tanda bukti terhadap penelitian yang sudah dilakukan. Dalam penelitian kualitatif juga terdapat teknik analisis data yang dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung. Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Organisasi Pemuda Karang Taruna is a social community organization located in a sub-district or village to develop members in this community to grow and thrive based on awareness and social responsibility on youth. Therefore, a researcher raised two main issues regarding the implementation work program Karang Taruna Mandiri Jatisari Village, Bekasi City, and the obstacle factor realization Karang Taruna Mandiri program in Jatisari Village, Bekasi City. The research method used in this study is the qualitative approach method, that is technique collect data based on facts obtained from direct observation, interview with an informant, and documentation as evidence of the research was already done. In qualitative research, there is also have a data analysis technique that is conducted when data collection is in progress. Key words :Empowering Youth Organization.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kerusakan bagian dan komponen bangunan rusunawa Bekasi Jaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kegiatan pemeliharaan dan perawatan rusunawa Bekasi Jaya yang dilakukan pengelola dalam menerapkan Permenpu Nomor 24 Tahun 2008. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kegiatan pemeliharaan rusunawa yang dilakukan merupakan kegiatan yang bersifat rutin seperti kegiatan pembersihan ruang dalam dan luar bangunan. Kegiatan perawatan rusunawa yang dilakukan yaitu perbaikan bagian dan/atau komponen bangunan yang mengalami kerusakan. Bagian arsitektur dan struktur kedua bangunan mengalami pola kerusakan yang hampir sama, yaitu retak pada dinding dan lantai bangunan serta kebocoran pipa saluran pembuangan air dan/atau saluran air bersih. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan pemeliharaan dan perawatan bangunan yang dilakukan pengelola sudah baik, tetapi belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Permenpu Nomor 24 Tahun 2008. Kegiatan pemeliharaan dan perawatan yang sudah baik dilakukan seperti menjaga kebersihan lingkungan rusunawa, memperbaiki bagian dan komponen yang rusak, dan penanaman tanaman yang memperindah lingkungan rusanawa. Hal yang belum dilakukan seperti tidak adanya identitas pada beberapa bagian dan komponen bangunan serta perawatan tangga darurat yang belum dilakukan secara optimal. The background of this research is the damage to the parts and components of the Bekasi Jaya flat houses. The purpose of this study was to determine the maintenance and care activities of the Bekasi Jaya flat houses carried out by the manager in implementing Permenpu Number 24 of 2008. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the maintenance activities carried out are routine activities such as cleaning the inside and outside of the building. Rusunawa maintenance activities carried out are repairing damaged parts and components of buildings. The architectural and structural parts of the two buildings experienced almost the same damage pattern, namely cracks in the walls and floors of the building as well as leakage of sewer pipes or clean water lines. Overall, the building maintenance activities carried out by the manager are good, but not fully in accordance with Permenpu Number 24 of 2008. Good maintenance activities have been carried out such as maintaining the cleanliness of the Rusunawa environment, repairing damaged parts and components, and planting beautifying plants. deer environment. Things that have not been done such as the absence of identity in some parts and components of the building and maintenance of emergency stairs that have not been carried out optimally.

Abstract

Salah satu lembaga perwakilan pemerintah Republik Indonesia yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam memberikan pelayanan dan perlindungan bagi Warga Negara Indonesia termasuk itu Tenaga Kerja Ilegal di luar negeri yaitu Konsulat Jenderal Republik Indonesia (KJRI) Johor Bahru. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja Konsulat Jenderal Republik Indoneisa Johor Bahru Malaysia dalam hal ini adalah proses pemulangan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Ilegal. Selain itu penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui berbagai faktor penghambat dan dengan adanya faktor pendukung diharapkan bisa menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kinerja Konsulat Johor Bahru Indonesia Malaysia. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teori Bernardin dan Russel tentang Kinerja yang terdiri dari 6 (enam) kriteria primer yaitu : Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, Cost Effective, Need for Supervisor, Interpersonal Import dengan metode Kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis, dan pengumpulan data pada suatu latar alamiah dengan maksud menafsirkan fenomena yang terjadi. Dari hasil penilitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja Konsulat Johor Bahru Indonesia dalam proses pemulangan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Ilegal ada 2 proses yaitu Repatriasi dan Deportasi. Faktor penghambat yang ditemukan diantaranya adalah wilayah kerja yang jauh, sumber daya manusia yang terbatas, aturan setempat yang mamaksa KJRI Johor Bahru untuk beradaptasi serta majikan/pimpinan dari Tenaga Kerja Indonesia. Dan faktor pendukung sebagai solusi adalah adanya standar operasional prosedur, bimbingan teknis, kerjasama yang baik antara Konsulat Jenderal Republik Indonesia Johor Bahru dengan Instansi Pemerintahan Malaysia maupun di Indonesia, dan sistem komunikasi internal yang baik untuk pembagian tugas secara spesifik. One of the representative institutions of the government of the Republic of Indonesia which has duties and responsibilities in providing services and protection for Indonesian citizens, including illegal workers abroad, is the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) Johor Bahru. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Johor Bahru Malaysia, in this case the repatriation of Illegal Indonesian Migrant Workers. In addition, this study also aims to determine the various inhibiting factors and with the supporting factors it is expected to improve the performance of the Johor Bahru Consulate in Indonesia, Malaysia. In this study, the researcher uses Bernardin and Russell's theory of performance which consists of 6 (six) primary criteria, namely: Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, Cost Effective, Need for Supervisor, Interpersonal Import with Qualitative method. Qualitative research is a descriptive research and tends to use analysis, and data collection in a nature by dealing with a phenomenon that occurs. From the results of the research, it can be said that the performance of the Indonesian Consulate in Johor Bahru in the process of repatriating Illegal Indonesian Migrant Workers there are 2 processes, namely Repatriation and Deportation. The inhibiting factors found included the remote area, limited human resources, local regulations that forced the Indonesian Consulate General in Johor Bahru to adapt and the employers/leaders of Indonesian workers. And the supporting factors as a solution are the existence of standard operating procedures, technical guidance, good cooperation between the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia Johor Bahru and Government Agencies in Malaysia and Indonesia, and a good internal communication system for the division of tasks specifically.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Implementasi Peraturan Wali Kota Bekasi Nomor 100 A Tahun 2019 dalam pemberian bantuan biaya pendidikan bagi siswa hafidz qur’an di Kota Bekasi tahun 2019, (2) kendala-kendala yang terjadi, (3) solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Reduksi Data, Triangulasi Data, dan Kesimpulan. Hasil pembahasan sebagai berikut: Belum optimalnya implementasi Peraturan Wali Kota Bekasi Nomor 100 A Tahun 2019 dalam Pemberian Bantuan Biaya Pendidikanbagi Siswa Hafidz Qur’an di Kota Bekasi Pada Tahun 2019, hambatan yang terjadi adanya alih tugas pokok dan seksi (tupoksi), siswa tidak mampu belum terdaftar dalam Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS), dan keterbatasan waktu dalam pemberkasan dan proses seleksi, kurangnya hafalan qur’an pada siswa tahfidz qur’an, belum optimalnya penyerapan pagu anggaran dalam kegiatan pemberian bantuan pendidikan untuk siswa berprestasi dan hafidz qur’an tahun 2019, dan Solusinya antara lain mekanisme perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan pemberian bantuan pendidikan tersebut dari pimpinan/pejabat secara berjenjang sampai kepada implementor, koordinasi antar Dinas Pendidikan dengan Dinas Sosial Kota Bekasi terkait pemutakhiran data siswa tidak mampu pada Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS), sosialisasi secara berkesinabungan kepada stakeholder terkait, Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi melalui UPP yang berada di 12 Kecamatan di Kota Bekasi senantiasa memberikan perhatian dan arahan terhadap madrasah serta memfasilitasi peserta didik agar dapat lebih mudah dalam menghafal qur’an. The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the implementation of Bekasi Mayor Regulation Number 100 A of 2019 in providing tuition assistance for hafidz qur'an students in Bekasi City in 2019, (2) the obstacles that occur, ( 3) solutions to overcome these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques with literature study, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Triangulation, and Conclusions. The results of the discussion are as follows: The implementation of Bekasi Mayor Regulation Number 100 A Year 2019 has not been optimal in Providing Tuition Fee Assistance for Hafidz Qur'an Students in Bekasi City In 2019, the obstacles that occur are the transfer of main and section tasks (tupoksi), students do not capable of not being registered in the Social Welfare Integrated Data (DTKS), and limited time in the filing and selection process, the lack of memorization of the Qur'an for students who are tahfidz Qur'an, not optimal absorption of the budget ceiling in the provision of educational assistance for outstanding students and hafidz of the Qur'an. in 2019, and the solutions include mechanisms for planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the activities of providing educational assistance from the leadership/officials in stages to the implementor, coordination between the Education Office and the Bekasi City Social Service regarding updating data on underprivileged students in the Integrated Welfare Data. Social (DTKS), socialization of s In a sustainable manner to stakeholders relevant, the Bekasi City Education Office through UPP which is located in 12 sub-districts in Bekasi City always gives attention and direction to madrasas and facilitates students to be able to memorize the Qur'an more easily.

Abstract

The demand for equal roles between men and women gives rise to the concept of gender equality due to the rampant sexist reactions and rejection of feminine thinking from some men who have long been comfortable with social conditions that prioritize their position in several governmental institutions or agencies. This can be seen in city government, parliament, and other government offices most of which are still occupied by men rather than women. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with relevant and reliable informants. This research was conducted to analyze the implementation of the gender equality program in the National and Political Unity Agency of DKI Jakarta Province in 2019 using the Orinton Purba theory. This theory states that there are four factors that influence gender equality analysis, namely access, control, participation and benefits. From this research, it was found that there is an obstacle in the implementation of gender equality program, namely the lack of government attention. Some of the efforts made by the National and Political Unity Agency of DKI Jakarta Province to overcome this obstacle are providing direction and information as political science knowledge for women so that they can participate and become part of government organizations and political parties so that they are able to occupy legislative seats and meet the 30% quota for women.

Abstract

Fenomena Intoleransi kerap terjadi di Indonesia, terutama di Desa Sukahurip. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pemerintah dalam menghadapi perilaku intoleransi di Desa Sukahurip dengan perspektif jaringan aktor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara, Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Teori yang digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah adalah teori bottom-up dan teori jaringan aktor.

Abstract

In their daily life, the role of IRT is always associated with roles related to affairs, kitchens, wells, and mattresses. However, nowadays, according to some sections of society, the stigma of IRT has shifted to an important role in helping the welfare of the family. This role is also increasingly important during the Covid-19 pandemic which attacks many family economic problems. In overcoming the above, many strat-ups have emerged with social objectives to help the productivity of IRTs in carrying out their roles, one of which is the Chilibeli application. Chilibeli is an online shopping application for daily products such as fruit, vegetables, basic necessities, and other household needs that carries the concept of social commerce - buying and selling activities that involve social interaction between users in a community through online and offline social networks. This study uses a descriptive approach by interviewing partners or housewives who are members of chilibeli partners. Sources of data used are direct interviews with housewives who are members of Chilibeli partners located in Pondok Gede District, Bekasi City covering the villages of Jatibening, Jatibening Baru, Jaticmpaka, Jatimakmur, Jatiwaringin The various benefits that can be felt by housewives who are members of the Chilibeli partnership include: a) getting commissions and loyalty bonuses for monthly sales. b) If the company's sales target is achieved, then as a partner can get a bonus of 0.5 grams of Precious Metals (certain categories). C) can help neighbors by providing staple products that have lower prices when compared to prices in other stores. D). Can work without leaving home and children, working flexible hours.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the description of the training, the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the training, as well as the performance of employees after being given training. The research was conducted at PT. Sotta Teknologi Indonesia with qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that the training method is carried out by means of employees working directly in their fields while at the same time receiving training in the form of practice while working. The training provided is basic in nature and advanced in nature as measured by training materials, training methods, attitudes and skills, length of time for training and training facilities. Supporting factors are bounding in a strong team, facilities and tools used during running events and adequate human resources (HR) as mentors, while inhibiting factors include employees not being confident when they are expected to have more expectations, when the event runs for a long duration. which is short so that sometimes it is not enough to apply the training method, at least there are people who are used as mentors here and when the project is empty and there are no events that can train employees. Employee performance after being given training for the last 5 months is getting better and smoother in every job. Employees are no longer given direction although there are still some employees who have not seen a clear improvement in this method of job rotation because it is still rarely done.

Policy evaluation is an effort to provide an assessment of policy results to become input and recommendations for policymakers. The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about significant changes in the implementation of policies, especially health service policies. Health care policies need to adapt to pandemic conditions and social restrictions. Puskesmas as a street-level bureaucracy play an important role to carry out health services optimally. The Cipocok Jaya Health Center as the locus of this research experienced a decline in the quality of health services based on the community satisfaction index during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to evaluate health services at the Cipocok Jaya Public Health Center as a street-level bureaucracy. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. The results showed that the health services provided by the Cipocok Jaya Health Center had not been running effectively due to the unpreparedness of human resources at the Puskesmas to adapt to the service model following the pandemic conditions. Other factors are the inadequate budget, facilities and infrastructure and the number of health workers as well as public awareness and readiness in adapting to services during the Covid-19 pandemic.
