Abstract

Human Resources (HR) or employees in a company or agency is a very important element to have. Good human resources are employees who are good in their work behavior in accordance with company or agency regulations. Employees who are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with their behavior in completing their work. Companies or agencies must be able to pay attention to the performance patterns of their employees to achieve a synergistic relationship. The existence of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) during the pandemic also affected the performance of the Bekasi City Youth and Sports Service (Dispora), which required that every day only around 25% to 50% of employees attend the Bekasi City Dispora office. This study focuses more on the ethos and performance of the Bekasi City Dispora by using a causality and correlative approach with the research variables namely the independent variable (work ethic) and the dependent variable (employee performance). Determining the number of samples in this study used an error level of 5%, so the sample used according to the table was 78 people. The results showed that the work ethic has a positive and very strong influence on the performance of employees at the Bekasi City Dispora. So the implication of this research is that employees need to have a high work ethic so that the resulting performance is also high and Dispora needs to build and improve the work ethic of employees in order to create the performance expected by the agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to conclude that the management of the waterpark Bekasi supported it completely and ignored the agnation of new normal policies, Management understands the importance of applying health protocols to businesses and individuals so that the waterpark begins implementing strict, intensive health protocols starting with all of waterpark Bekasi, as well as the transfer of tools and the resulting infrastructure of the covid-19 pandemic. Causing various policies to break the spread of the covid-19 virus in Indonesia. Efforts by governments are among those that are implemented Civility to society in order to carry out Covid-19, excluding activities in all forms of crowds, assemblies, and avoiding meetings involving many people. Such efforts are aimed at communities that can be done to break the current covid-19 pandemic chain. The provisions of infrastructure in accordance with government regulations and therefore Transera waterpark provide comfort and security to the organizers.

Abstract

The Citizen Relations Management (CRM) application program is an innovation from the DKI Jakarta government which aims to make it easier for the SKPD to accommodate, coordinate, and handle all complaints or reports regarding problems experienced by the community. This CRM application can only be used by DKI Jakarta government officials. The problems most often reported by the community through the CRM application include 1) garbage; 2) disturbance of public order and comfort; 3) illegal parking; 4) violation of regional regulations; 5) traffic jams. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of CRM applications in handling public complaints, and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of CRM applications in handling public complaints. The theory used in this study is the theory of effectiveness measures put forward by Duncan in Richard M. Steers with 3 (three) indicators namely goal attainment, integrity, and adaptation. This study uses qualitative methods, informant selection techniques are determined purposively, and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation related to research, then the data obtained will be analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the application of the CRM application program in handling public complaints can be said to be effective and in accordance with the objectives of using the CRM application, namely, to make it easy for SKPD to handle complaint reports and make it easy for people who want to report the problems they are experiencing based on the phenomenon of achieving goals, integrity, and adaptation. Then the CRM application consists of 14 official complaint channels that can be used by the public. The implementation of the CRM application program has several supporting factors, namely human resources who understand technology and use CRM applications, then there are supportive leadership policies, and the CRM application function is said to be a supporter of SKPD in handling public complaints. In addition, there are factors that become obstacles in the running of this CRM application, namely, community reports that have no explanation, people who are just playing around in making reports, and difficulty signaling due to bad weather.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the use of Smart Office which consists of two indicators, namely Virtual Office and Serviced Office on the Company's Operational Sustainability which consists of several indicators, including desks, chairs, and private offices; internet connection, and electricity; free printing; free meeting rooms; full pantry; receptionist; cleaning services; and the domicile of the company at the tenants registered with PT Menara Properti Indonesia. This study uses a survey method conducted on all tenants registered at PT Menara Properti Indonesia, both users of Virtual Office and Serviced Office services. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the use of smart offices and the company's operational sustainability at the tenants of PT Menara Properti Indonesia.

Abstract

Maggot is a type of insect that has a high nutritional content that can be used as a feed ingredient. Maggot's characteristics as a decomposer can provide solutions to environmental problems, such as the problem of chicken manure and household waste. These two media have proven to be used as media for Maggot production, so that bioconversion or recycling of organic waste is formed, as well as a circular economy because the Maggot produced can be used as a chicken feed ingredient. This study attempts to analyze from an economic perspective whether Maggot production for feed ingredients is more effective than manufactured feed, including analyzing the required production breakeven point

Abstract

SMEs or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises play a very important role for the Indonesian economy. In the Indonesian economy, SMEs are the business group with the largest percentage. However, of the much assistance and attention provided by the government to SMEs, very little has been discussed regarding the Human Resources (HR) involved as employees in SMEs. so that SMEs can have a competitive advantage over their larger competitors, SMEs need to be involved in effective and efficient HR management practices, one of which is in terms of recruiting employees. One method of recruiting employees that is simple and can be applied easily is an interview. However, in conducting interviews, SME actors cannot ask questions without a clear framework because it will waste time and energy. Interview questions can be developed based on the three categories that most influence employee engagement, namely organizational factors, job factors, and individual factors.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai Negara Hukum tentu memiliki sebuah sistem Ketata Negaraan. Pancasila sebagai Dasar Negara tentu menjadi sumber dari segala sumber Hukum. Lahirnya UUD 1945 tentu juga bersumber dari Pancasila. Pada sila ke 4 pancasila menjelaskan bahwa Pancasila memliki Demokrasi yang mana Demokrasi tersebut telah sejak dulu dilaksanakan oleh leluhur Bangsa Indonesia. Pada dasarnya Demokrasi Pancasila adalah Demokrasi yang melandaskan pada kebersamaa, kekeluargaan dan Gotong Royong. Demokrasi Indonesia tentu memiliki ciri khas tersediri dari Demokrasi Negara-Negara lainya.

Abstract

The emergence of Covid-19 some time ago had an impact on increasing the volume of B3 medical waste. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) noted an increase in B3 medical waste ranging from 30% to 50%. In the household environment, B3 waste has increased significantly from 1,538.77 tons in 2020 to 2,106.651 tons in 2021. Medical mask waste is the most dominant. Currently 2.8 million medical mask waste is produced every one minute. Medical mask waste is included in hazardous waste. B3 waste management based on Government Regulation No. 101 of 2014 that medical waste requires special treatment and facilities from the time the waste is produced to its destruction (from candle to grave). The partnership practice is an alternative chosen by the City Government of East Jakarta in managing B3 waste. The results of the research identification lead to a pattern of mutualism partnership. Partnership is considered as a strategy but its implementation tends to be "responsible" because not all medical waste is processed, leaving a classic problem in the waste management series. The commitment of households, government and the private sector in waste management is an important aspect towards a new paradigm. Reality shows that efforts to manage medical waste in East Jakarta are partly still in the old paradigm concept.

Abstract

Mengamati kecenderungan siswa akan sulitnya dan rendahnya minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran matematika menjadikan nilai hasil evaluasi yang mereka perolepun sangat rendah. Hal ini membuat siswa mengalami kecenderungan belajar dengan sikap yang pasif. Dengan demikian akan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar dan prestasi belajar yang diperoleh masing-masing siswa pun cenderung rendah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan cara efektif dalam memilih model pembelajaran seperti model pembelajaran Learning Together. Model pembelajaran Learning Together ini merupakan salah satu cara yang mampu melatih siswa untuk dapat mengembangkan disiplin intelektual dan keterampilan berpikir dengan memunculkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan atas dasar rasa ingin tahu mereka sendiri sehingga mereka dapat menemukan jawaban-jawaban dari permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan suatu penelitian untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar dengan model pembelajaran Learning Together dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata pelajaran Matematika di kelas X MIPA 3 di SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Utara. Instumen yang digunakan yaitu berupa test kognitif yang telah melalui beberapa tahapan seperti judgement, validitas, realibiltas dengan berdasarkan pada tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda. Dan sebagai tujuan akhir yaitu hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini menunjukan suatu peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Learning Together. Abstract

Berdasarkan pada rendahnya nilai hasil evaluasi mata pelajaran Matematika perlu dilakukan suatu tinjauan yang seksama agar pembelajaran ini dapat mencapai hasilyang maksimal. Seperti kurangnya model pembelajaran yang digunakan pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung,sehingga membuat siswa mengalami kecenderungan belajar yang pasif. Dengan demikian akan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar dan prestasi belajar yang diperoleh masing-masing siswa. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan cara efektif dalam memilih model pembelajaran seperti model pembelajaran Role Plya. Model pembelajaran Role Play ini merupakan salah satu cara agar mampu melatih siswa untuk dapat mengembangkan disiplin intelektual dan keterampilan berpikir dengan memunculkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan atas dasar rasa ingin tahu mereka sendiri sehingga mereka dapat menemukan jawaban-jawaban dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan suatu penelitian untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar dengan model pembelajaran Role Play dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata pelajaran Matematika di kelas XI MIPA 2 di SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Utara.
