Abstract

This research is based on the many cases of bullying, juvenile delinquency, free sex that occur in teenagers. One of the factors that cause these things is the lack of attention and communication between children and parents. In the family, children and parents are a unity that builds the smallest group in society. Parents are obliged to build good communication patterns and always give advice and are open to receiving opinions and criticism from children. Corot Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Danasri Lor Village, there are several incidents of bullying, a lot of juvenile delinquency, and pregnancy outside of marriage. Research on communication patterns between children and parents in Corot Hamlet, Danasri Lor Village was conducted from July to August 2023 using qualitative research methods. The methods used are observation, interview, and documentation. The research will focus on three discussions, namely sex education, friendship in the school environment, and socialising outside the school environment. The results of research on 9 children aged 12-15 years (early adolescence) and 8 parents in Corot Hamlet show that communication patterns between parents and children about sex education have not been carried out optimally, parents only give advice and prohibitions when socialising with the opposite sex, for example not coming home late at night, not having physical contact, not dating. Children occasionally talk about friends and activities at school although there are still some who are more comfortable talking to friends at school. Regarding relationships outside the school environment, both parents and children have made a good agreement, children obey what parents advise, by maintaining relationships, choosing good friends, and asking permission from parents when going to play. Overall, the communication pattern that occurs in Corot Hamlet is the Authorative Communication Pattern.

Abstract

In this era of increasing development and ever-dynamic social change, many people have deviated from the teachings of monotheism, thus neglecting the spiritual side, busying themselves too much with the world, because they cannot present God in every aspect of their lives. Humans whose faith is not solid are very, very vulnerable to falling into various kinds of confusion in thinking, doubts, even if they have given up hope, they turn to worldly pleasures such as drugs, corruption, pesugihan, free sex and so on. One alternative to overcome this problem is to apply religious values ​​in everyday life, especialy in the lives of students (Santri). The role of parents is also very necessary to form a good person. The religious values ​​taught to shape a person's behavior and attitudes really depend on how deeply the religious values ​​are embedded in him. The deeper religious values ​​are embedded in a person, the more his religious character and attitudes will be visible and formed automatically. Therefore, it is very important for a Muslim to study and deepen his faith and monotheism. One of them is by studying the book Intentions of Ingsun Ngaji by K.H. Badawi Hanafi Kesugihan. Therefore, it is very important for a Muslim to study and deepen his faith and monotheism. One of them is by studying the book Intentions of Ingsun Ngaji by K.H. Abstract

Academic procastionation is the behavior of delaying to complete academic tasks. Academic procastination can be caused by psychological conditions that are emotionally exhausted. This study aims to determine the realtionshin between academic burnout and academic procastination of high school students in Cilacap. This research is a quantitative correlation study and the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The research subjects used cluster random sampling involving 100 high school students in Cilacap. The result of the study using the person product moment = correlation test, showed rxy = 0.624with the significance value of p = 0.0000 (p < 0,05) indicating that the hypothesis is accepted. So that the result reveal there is significant positive relationship between academic burnout and student academic procastination.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation is a multicultural nation with diversity found in several aspects of life, such as ethnicity, culture, religion, social status and so on. Basically, multiculturalism not only has potential for the development of the Indonesian nation, but on the other hand it can also bring about horizontal conflicts that must be resolved wisely. Conflicts that occur in multicultural societies must be processed so that they can lead to a dynamic process of change in a constructive and positive direction, rather than leading to destructive actions. The resolution of a conflict will generally depend heavily on internal and external factors. Internal factors are how the conflicting parties respond to the conflict they face, while external factors are how outside parties play a role in handling the conflict. Therefore, it is important to create a plan and steps for conflict management in the form of peace building, so that the dynamic process of multicultural society is maintained well.

Abstract

Distribution of election logistics requires a large budget. Therefore, distribution planning is needed to streamline the budget. One form of planning is in the form of planning the shortest distribution route. This research aims to determine the shortest route for distribution of election logistics in Cilacap Regency using the Branch and Bound Algorithm. Determining the distance between sub-districts in Cilacap Regency using the help of GoogleMaps. Based on the results of this research, the shortest route for distribution of election logistics in Cilacap Regency is 149.1 km for the first route and 335 km for the second route.

Abstract

The rise of cases of violence and bullying against children in educational institutions has become a phenomenon that attracts a lot of public attention. This is because the impact of the case harms many parties, this is also what attracts the attention of educational institution managers to create child-friendly schools. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the management of school principals in realizing child-friendly early childhood education institutions. This research was conducted in PAUD Wadas Kelir Purwokerto. This type of research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, verifying data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that managerial efforts made by school principals in order to realize child-friendly early childhood education institutions are carried out by managing six things, namely educator management, classroom management, learning management, learning environment management, child rights management, and parent involvement management

Abstract

In achieving the highest educational in Arabic language needs an appropriate strategy. In this study the writer explains how to apply the memory strategy in teaching and learning Arabic. In this paper, the writer uses memory strategies as a basic foundation in compling effective material. Many students in institutes and schools are not able to know the meanings of the Arabic word and vocabulary because they are not using the memory strategy. Therefore, in overcoming this problem, students need a memory strategy in learning Arabic in order to focus on the thinking process to strengthen memory through the repetition process so that they get good and maximum results. Oxford said that the second language teaching strategy is a set of steps and procedures that students take in learning a language.
