Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the development strategies of herbal medicinal products at MSMEs (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises) Makaaruien. This research was conducted from July to August 2020. The data used in this study are primary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with respondents using questionnaires. Sampling method using purposive sampling method, as many as 4 samples based on the level of importance, knowledge, understanding experience. Samples taken are business owners, workers consumers. The analysis used in this study is the SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) which is formulated in the Internal Factor Analysis Strategy (IFAS) Matrix and the External Factor Analysis Strategy (EFAS) Matrix. The results showed that the MSME strategy of Makaaruien was in quadrant I, which supported aggressive policies, namely the strategy to continue in developing   products with consistent processing without chemicals, because herbal medicines are always sought after by the wider community.Keywords: development strategy,SWOT analysis, herbal medicine, MSME.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country with most of its people working in agricultural sectors and should depend for much of its life on agricultural land. The decline in agricultural land is due to the increasing population. This is due to the fact that the agricultural sector has been reclaimed.The objective of this research  is to analyze the agricultural land carrying capacity  in Eastern Passi Sub Districts. The study went from preparation to final reporting of the study starting from  October 2020 to January 2021. The data in this study is secondary data, which stems from Badan Pusat Statistik, the Eastern Passi District Office and Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian East Passi Sub District The result of this study showed that there was 3 villages has been able to grow enough food to sustain its people although have not been able to grow enough food for its population , namely the central village of Pangian,  East Sinsingon, and New Insil and there was ten  villages have not been able to grow enough food for its people, namely the West Pangian , Pangian, West Poopo , Poopo, South Poopo, Manembo, West Sinsingon, Sinsingon, Insil, and Mobuya.

Abstract

Poopo Village is one of the villages included in the East Passi Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, which is very potential for lowland rice farming because it is supported by the climate, facilities and soil structure. Most of the population operates rice business as their main livelihood, with 87 farmers with a rice area of about 19 ha.Based on the results of the analysis to find out how much the income of farmers in rice- based areas. The research was conducted from February to April 2020. The data collection method used individual approaches through direct observation of farmers working on lowland rice. Data were collected using two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews with 20 (twenty) respondents using a questionnaire while secondary data were obtained from literature related to this study.Based on the research results, it can be seen in Table 11 that the income per ha for lowland rice farming is Rp. 6,964,694.44 / Ha, if divided for 3 months, then the monthly income is IDR 2,321,564.81 / Ha. According to Mubyarto (1989) lowland rice farming productivity is the ratio between revenue and costs incurred, good farming is productive or efficient farming. While the results of the calculation of R / C research get an average result of 1.44. Based on the R / C, lowland rice farming in Poopo Village, Passi District is efficient because the ratio is greater than 1.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to formulate a strategy for developing a tourist destination in Tanjung Woka Beach, Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency. The study was conducted from January 2020 to May 2020. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents, while secondary data were obtained from the internet and related agencies. The data analysis method used in this study is the SWOT analysis. The research result showed that based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy for developing tourist destinations for Tanjung Woka Beach is in quadrant 1, which means that a strategy is needed that supports the strengths and takes advantage of the various opportunities that exist.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine and examine the attitudes of land owners towards the agricultural land conversion in Woloan Village, West Tomohon Subdistrict, Tomohon City. The study was conducted from September 2020 to November 2020. The data used in this study are primary and secondary. Primary data were obtained from respondents who owned land that had converted the land, while secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, the government of Woloan Satu Village, Woloan Dua Village and related agencies. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The research results of this study showed that the land owner agrees to the  agricultural land conversion based on 3 aspects, the first is cognitive aspects, affective aspects and conative aspects. The attitude of land owners towards the conversion of agricultural land is at the index point of 67.55% and is in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business profit of Palm Fiber Broom Craftmen in Sia Village, Kotamobagu Utara Village. This research was conducted for three months, from December 2020 to February 2021. The saturated sampling method (census) was applied in this study by taking all members of the population of the palm fiber broom craftsmen in Sia Village, namely 10 people, as respondents. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with the craftsmen using a list of questions (questionnaire) that had been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from agencies involved in this study. The data analysis used in this research is business profit analysis.            The results of this study indicated that the average profit of each palm fiber broom craftsman in Sia Village, Kotamobagu Utara Village was IDR 910,413.90 / month, with a value of R / C ratio was 1.34.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the cost structure of lowland rice in Tountimomor Village, Kakas Barat District, Minahasa Regency. The research results showed that the average land area of the respondent farmers was 1.42 Ha, the total revenue per hectare was Rp. 21,787.985, with a total cost of the sample farmers in the  rice farming of Rp. 8.787.084, while the average farmers' production of  rice farming was 140.625 kg. The income of the sample farmers of rice in the study area is Rp. 12.960.921. The rice farming is feasible to run because the R / C value was 2,51.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profits of “Captikus” (local alcoholic drinks) business in Poopo Village, East Passi District. This research was conducted for three months, from October to December 2020. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, to select 20 captikus producer as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting direct interviews with producers using a list of questions that had been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from agencies involved in this study. The data analysis used in this research is business profit analysis.The results showed that the “captikus” producers in West Poopo Village, East Passi District, on average got a profit of IDR 2,332,379, - / month. The R / C value for the “captikus” business in this village was 1,96. This showed that the “captikus” business in Poopo Barat Village, East Passi District can continue to be developed because it will provide adequate benefits for “captikus” producers.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the business of Cafe ABC in Malalayang Sub District, Manado City. The study was carried out for three months, from November to January 2021.The sampling method was purposive sampling, This sample taker was done deliberately to the owner of Cafe ABC. The data used in this research is primary data which is obtained by direct interviews with the cafe owner. To know the advantages of Cafe ABC use profit analysis.The research results showed that Cafe ABC offers 5 coffee variants, namely 1) Japanese iced, 2) Vietnamese drip hot, 3) Vietnamese drip iced, 4) Kopsus koleps koleps, 5) Yoi kopsus yoi. Each cup has a profit of 1) Rp 14,928, 2) Rp 4,928, 3) Rp 4,928, 4) Rp 11,928, and 5) Rp 11,928. Sales in a week were 369 cups and earned a profit of Rp 2,829,470. The most favorite coffee variant at ABC Cafe is Vietnamese drip iced.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the sectors which were the basic sectors in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was started from September to November 2019. The data used in this study were secondary data, in the form of time series data for the PDRB of Bolaang Mongondow Regency from 2013 to 2018 and the GRDP of North Sulawesi Province from 2013 to 2018. The data were obtained from official publications (website) The Central Bureau of Statistics of Bolaang Mongondow Regency and the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi Province. The analysis method used was Location Quotient (LQ) and Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) analysis.Based on the results of the study, it could be concluded that the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sector, the mining and quarrying sector, the real estate sector, and the education services sector were the basic sectors in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. However, for the future the Mining and Excavation sector, the Water Supply sector, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling, and the Construction sector have the potential to become the base sectors
