Abstract

Chili is widely consumed by Toluaya people, so it is necessary to study the marketing system of chili, marketing margin and farmer's share in Toluaya Village. The objective of this study is to analyze the marketing margin of chili and farmer's share in Toluaya Village, for three months from August to September 2019. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews using questionnaires. Sampling using purposive sampling method for farmer respondents and snowball sampling for intermediary traders.The research results showed that the zero-level channel marketing margin was Rp 0 per kilogram. The marketing margin for channel I level is Rp 15,000 per kilogram. The marketing margin for channel II level is Rp 20,000 per kilogram. The marketing margin for channel III level is Rp 50,000 per kilogram. The farmer's share in each of the chili marketing channels in Toluaya Village is obtained by channel zero level of 100%, channel I level of 76.9%, channel II level of 73.3% and channel III level of 54, 6%. In this research, it can be concluded that the marketing margin of chili in Toluaya Village is the biggest at channel III level, because channel III level has the highest level of economic efficiency. The farmer's share received by chili farmers in Toluaya Village, is the largest at the zero level channel, because the zero level channel is the shortest marketing channel for chili and is more efficient technically and economically, because of the percentage margin marketing is lowest and farmer's share is highest.Keywords: Chili, Marketing Margin, Farmer's Share

Abstract

This objective of this research is to describe the factors that influence consumers in the decision to buy staple goods in traditional or modern markets in the city of Manado. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents using a list of questions. Secondary data were obtained from the BPS office or the Manado City Central Statistics Agency. Determination of the sample using the Accidental Sampling method. Respondents who were used as research samples were determined incidentally, when the researcher met respondents who were willing to be interviewed at the research location. Respondents who are used as research samples are consumers who have bought basic commodities and are willing to be interviewed at the research location. The sample was determined as many as 40 respondents, namely: 20 respondents in the traditional market Pinasungkulan and 20 respondents at the supermarket Freshmart Manado. The internal factors (consumer characteristics) namely age, education, occupation, income, number of dependents, and basic necessities purchased showed that consumers feel better, comfortable and can meet all the basic necessities they buy. both in traditional and modern markets. External factors from market conditions  showed that respondents shop more in modern markets because it is guaranteed, quality, service, and price as well as a location that is easy to reach and access by consumers, and psychological factors where consumers feel comfortable in the modern market with 12 respondents and a percentage of 30%.Keywords: Consumen ,Basic Material Needs, Traditional Markets, Modern Markets

Abstract

The objective of this research is to see how Community Participation in Mandiri Community Empowerment National Program Activities in Kelurahan Ranomuut Paal 2 Sub District, Manado City. This research takes place for 3 months from October to December 2017. The research site is in Kelurahan Ranomuut, Paal 2 Sub-District Manado City. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were interview techniques. Sample selection using the method intentionally (purposive sampling). The number of respondents is 10 people who are members of the group. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis techniques presented in table form. The research results  showed that the Urban Independent Program in Kelurahan Ranomuut, Paal Dua Sub District, Manado City based on Community Participation in the Implementation Planning and Evaluation stage belongs to the active category.Keywords:  Community Participation, PNPM Mandiri

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the benefits of the Quinn Florist Flower Kiosk during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Winangun Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research took place during July 2020. The data used are primary data obtained from direct interviews with business owners regarding the variables of costs, revenues and profits that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic and data before the pandemic as a comparison. Data analysis uses profit analysis and to determine the amount and value of interest sales and profits during the pandemic using income analysis.            The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic affected the profits of the Quinn Florist flower stall. The profit obtained before the pandemic period is greater, while during the pandemic period, the profit gained Sales during a pandemic were only part of sales in the pre-pandemic period. In this case, the owner as the owner suffered a loss and almost made the Quinn Florist flower stall owner close his business.Keywords:  Benefits analysis, Flower Stall, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to describe the characteristics of Rurukan Agropolitan Area and designing development strategies of Rurukan Agropolitan Area.  The datas used in this study are primary datas obtained from FGD with 13 respondents consists of parties that related with this study using questionnaire, and secondary datas obtained from  agencies, literatures, and previous researches that are related to  this study. The results showed that, Rurukan Agropolitan Area had adequate natural resources, facilities and huge potentials to develop as Agropolitan Area. The result of SWOT analysis diagram showed that Development of Rurukan Agropolitan Area is in the first quadrant, means is in favourable position, strengths and opportunities for further development.      Keywords:  Regional development, Agropolitan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of segmenting, targeting and positioning in the Kinilow bamboo handicraft home industry. This research was conducted from December to February 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data taken from Kinilow home industry players is related tomeasure ments segmenting, targeting and positioning which are qualitative data. Secondary data taken in this study, are related to research and industry players Kinilow. The results of this research shows that in consumers segmenting with psychographicand behavioristic with segmentning selected to determine targeting is behaviolistic because they had advantages such as knowledge of the product itself with good sales results because the actors know the advantages of the product being sold. Positioning is done by looking at the position according to attributes, according to benefits, according to use, according to competitors, and according to price. Because of this measure, consumers understand the product and the positioning issuccessful. Keywords : Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning

Abstract

Land is a very important factor in life, so legal certainty and legal protection for owners of the land they own are very important. Complete Systematic Land Registration is one way to accelerate land registration in order to provide legal certainty and legal protection as well as improve community welfare. In 2019, Tambelang village is one of the villages that is the location of PTSL with low achievement for cluster 1 (certificate products). The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of the low achievement of cluster 1 and strategies to increase the achievement of cluster 1 from cluster 2 and cluster 3 as well as updating cluster 4 data. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research is to determine the cause of the low achievement of K1 as a product of PTSL certificates and quantitative research to determine strategies for increasing certificate products or K1 from K2, K3 and updating data using SWOT analysis. The data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Sampling using proposive sampling techniques and conducting in-depth interviews and conducting FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The results of this study can be concluded that the cause of the low achievement of K1 in the implementation of PTSL is socialization. less than optimal, lack of juridical personnel, a fee of Rp. 350,000, - the community still lacks understanding of the importance and benefits of certificates and problematic land parcels. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the strategy of increasing the achievement of PTSL from cluster 2 to cluster 1, by means of the village government facilitating the resolution of problems related to land parcel boundaries and land ownership by amicable deliberation by providing a place in the General Meeting Hall, cluster 3 to cluster 1, by means of the village government provides cross subsidies related to administrative costs, carries out cooperation between the Regional Government and BPN in the context of providing administrative funds for certificate management and utilizing technological developments to reach people who are outside the location, updating cluster 4 data, by utilizing the understanding of physical officers and village governments to improve public understanding of the importance of plotting and adding staff archives to improve the quality of archiving.Keywords: Strategy, Land, Land Registration, Legal Certainty

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine how much the contribution of the ornamental plant business in the yard to family income in Kakaskasen Dua Village, North Tomohon Sub District. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, The primary data used the census method with 8 respondents. Secondary data were obtained through direct interviews with 8 respondents and related parties to the study using a questionnaire and secondary data were obtained from the internet, the Central Bureau of Statistics of Tomohon City, and various literatures related to this study. The research results showed that the contribution that the ornamental plant business in the yard contributed to family income was 48.3%. The amount of income obtained from the ornamental plant business in the yard has an average of Rp. 3,584,852 and the average income outside the ornamental plant business is Rp. 3,831,250 with a contribution of 51.7%. This shows that the ornamental plant business in the yard has a large contribution to family income.Keywords: Contribution, Income, Ornamental Plant Business, Yard

Abstract

This study was to analyze the profits of the mobile vegetable traders in the CHT Residence in Sea Satu Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for three months, from November 2019 to January 2020. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the contribution of lowland rice farming income to family income of farmers in Rasi Village, Ratahan District. This research was conducted in Rasi Village, Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency for three months, from November 2019 to January 2020, starting from preparation, data collection, to the preparation of research reports. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively and will be presented in tabular form. The research results showed that lowland rice farming contributed to the income of family farmers in Rasi Village, Ratahan District with a percentage yield of 35.02% in 0.1-0.25 ha of land, 51.90% in 0.26-0.50 ha of land, and 52.55% in >0.51 ha of land. This means that lowland rice farming in Rasi Village can be a source of income for farmers to meet the needs of farmer families.Keywords: Contribution, Income, Farmer, Rice Farming
