Abstract

The iPhone experienced a decline in revenue, but the top brand index shows that the market share data for the iPhone in Indonesia experienced an increase in market share where in 2023 in the first phase the top brand index for the iPhone was at 12.40% and was ranked 3rd in the smartphone category below Samsung and Oppo. In the second phase, the iPhone market share rose by 24.70% and succeeded in occupying second place, replacing Oppo. The increase in market share shows that there is an increase in consumer buying interest in iPhone smartphone products in Indonesia. This research aims to test the influence of skimming pricing and store image variables on consumer buying interest in iPhone products. Using multiple regression analysis, 97 respondents were tested using a questionnaire instrument. The research results show that skimming pricing and store image have a positive influence on consumer buying interest in iPhone products

Abstract

Product creativity and consumer perception are two very relevant aspects to analyze, because both have a significant impact on sales growth. Product creativity creates uniqueness and appeal for consumers, while consumer perception plays an important role in forming a positive image of the product. The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between product creativity and the sales growth of Batik MSMEs in Purbalingga Regency and to examine the relationship between consumer perceptions and the sales growth of Batik MSMEs in Purbalingga Regency. Using multiple regression analysis, 97 respondents were tested using a questionnaire instrument. The results of this research are that product creativity has a positive effect on the sales growth of Batik MSMEs in Purbalingga Regency and consumer perception has a positive effect on the sales growth of Batik MSMEs in Purbalingga Regency.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the impact of the university's promotional strategy on the enrollment of potential students. The study utilized one-on-one semi-structured interviews with current university students in the Purbalingga area as participants. The number of participants was determined by saturation, and the collected data were transcribed verbatim. The interviews were then analyzed using ATLAS.ti to identify emerging themes. The findings revealed that the most effective promotional strategies for attracting students included printed brochures and Instagram pages, coupled with personal messaging via WhatsApp and direct messages on Instagram. The study suggests that today's university target consumers, Generation Z, appreciate both digital and traditional advertising, as long as it provides clear information, has an aesthetically pleasing design, and offers personal interaction, creating a sense of real engagement without the need to visit the campus.

Abstract

The company must pay attention to employee performance in optimizing human resources. The decline in performance that occurs at PT Indomarco Adi Prima Tegal can be influenced by work stress and work environment as factors that influence employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work stress and work environment on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal. This research is descriptive in nature, using a quantitative analysis method. The research object is the employees of PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with the sample in this research consists of 45 employees using total sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire method. Data analysis will employ Multiple Linear Regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination test. The data analysis results using the t-test indicate that the work stress has a negative and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with a calculated t-value of -3,097 > 2,018 and a significance level of 0.003 < 0.050. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with a t-value of 5,664 > 2,018 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. The results of the data analysis using the F-test show that the work stress and work environment simultaneously have an effect on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with an F-value of 174,910 > 3,23 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. The results of the Coefficient of Determination analysis yielded an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.888, indicating that the work stress and work environment can account for 88.8% of the variation in performance. The remaining 12.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to examine effetc of micro fundamental factors, consist of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on listed the IDX30. This research approach used in quantitatif study and method of multiple linear regression analysis. Purposive sampling used to identify sample. The number of samples used was 80 registered in the 2018-2021 period.. The results for the current ratio variable had asignificant effect on stock prices, the debt to equity ratio and the net profit margin has no significant effect on stock prices. Researchers suggest ivenstor to be careful analysis and review the company's performance before making decision to investment.

Abstract

The application of regression models in human resource data analysis has become a vital approach in increasing labor productivity in various educational institutions, including at the Wikara College of Economics (STIE). The aim of this research is to test whether human resource management influences workforce productivity at STIE Wikara. This research is quantitative research. This research was conducted at STIE Wikara Purwakarta. The population of this research is all 54 employees of STIE Wikara Purwakarta who are also the samples in this research. The results obtained indicate that human resource management influences work productivity. However, further research is still needed by adding other variables to strengthen this study, as well as by focusing on different objects and subjects compared to this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of proactive personality on business performance and assess the role of job crafting as a mediating factor in the connection between proactive personality and business performance. The research will utilize a quantitative methodology and encompass the entire population of 53 business from BUMDes in Sokaraja District as the research sample. The sampling approach use saturated samples when the whole population is utilized as a research sample. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS. The data analysis revealed the following findings: 1) Proactive personality has a positive effect on business performance, 2) Job crafting influences business performance, 3) Proactive personality has a positive effect on job crafting, and 4) Job crafting as a mediator between proactive personality and business performance. Implications that can be inferred from the conclusions above are that BUMDes parties are anticipated to adopt a more inclusive approach, rather than only employing a hierarchical structure in BUMDes management, to provide business with greater autonomy to engage in job crafting.

Abstract

The Tirta Satria Regional Public Company for Drinking Water (PDAM) Banyumas Regency in 2023 has problems related to employee performance. Through interviews and pre-research data acquisition, there is a phenomenon regarding low discipline, unfair compensation, lack of incentives and organizational culture that is still not properly implemented towards the values or norms of employees. This study aims to find out how the influence of discipline variables, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance. Using descriptive quantitative methods with SPSS version 26.0. The total population is 275 people, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the slovin formula so that a sample of 69 people is obtained. The results of this study show that partially; Discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, discipline, compensation and organizational culture affect employee performance. The determination coefficient of 0.351 means that the variables in this study have an effect of 35.1% and the remaining 64.9% are influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study. So to solve the problems that occur, employees and companies must work together in improving discipline, compensation and organizational culture to create optimal employee performance.

Abstract

The problems at CV Glagah Arjuna Broom Purbalingga are minimal compensation and lack of work enthusiasm which indicates a lack of motivation so that employee performance is not optimal, so the aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at CV Glagah Arjuna Broom Purbalingga. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The testing in this research uses technique non-probability sampling using a saturated sample where all employees were used as research samples, namely 33 employees. Tests carried out with software SPSS 26. The conclusion in this research is that partial compensation has no effect on employee performance, partial work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but compensation and work motivation simultaneously have an effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination value is 73%, meaning that employee performance variables can be explained by independent variables and the remaining 27% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research. So it would be better for management to review compensation and make more efforts to improve employee performance so that performance can be optimal.

Abstract

In the current era of disruption, organizations are dynamic entities in an ever-changing world that strive to fulfill their missions through short-medium and long-term programs and goals. In the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic PT. Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport is facing various situations that have an impact on company operations. In dealing with the Covid-19 situation, various work adaptations are needed to be able to keep the company running. Knowledge management is needed in this condition to support business performance, where the important point in knowledge management is knowledge sharing. This research aims to analyze how knowledge sharing influences business performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport. As well as describing how knowledge sharing and business performance at PT. Angaksa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport. This research uses quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling used 84 respondents as research samples. Primary data in this research was obtained from distributing questionnaires via Google Form and secondary data was obtained through literature study. The analytical methods used are validity testing, classical assumption testing, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted show that the knowledge sharing variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on Business Performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test, there is a fairly close relationship between knowledge sharing and Business Performance with an R value of 0.332. Through the adjusted R square value, there is a contribution of knowledge sharing of 32.4% to Business Performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 67.6% was influenced by other variables not explained in this study.
