Abstract

Analysis of the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions at the Cerme Purbalingga Store. This study aims to determine the effect of tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy on consumer purchasing decisions at Toko Cerme Purbalingga. Determination of the sample used in this study 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 25. The analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that service quality simultaneously has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Tangible and empathy variables are variables that have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

PT. Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia (HPAI) – Halal Network International (HNI) which is one of the Halal Network companies in Indonesia that focuses on herbal products. HNI-HPAI already has 95 types of products, such as herbal medicines, products for daily home use, beauty products, and others. Building customer loyalty is easier and costs less than finding new customers who require more funds. Thus the company must have the right strategy to build the level of customer loyalty. Basically consumers want the quality of the products they buy in accordance with their requests, so companies to build a level of customer loyalty must be product quality oriented. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on loyalty at Business Center 3 Purbalingga. The type of research method used is quantitative method, questionnaire data as many as 60 respondents from consumers of Business Center 3 Purbalingga. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Data was taken using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that each product quality and price variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Every businessman desires to have a large number of customers and earn maximum income with the presence of repeated purchases of products, so the purchase decision is very important for the well-being of the business. There was a Purbalingga Food Center, making the consumers of Angkringan D’juguran Purbalinda switch to make purchases in the place, so that consumers in Angringan D'juguran purbalingga suffered a decline. This research aims to find out the impact of the quality of service and price on the purchase decision in Angkringan D’juguran Purbalingga. The population in this study is all consumers who have ever made repeated purchases in D’juguran Purbalingga and the determination of the sample with the Slovin formula resulted in 96 respondents. Data collection is done using a Google form questionnaire using random sampling. The researchers used a quantitative method with a double regression analysis technique performed using the SPSS program version 26. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that the quality of service and the price partially had a significant positive influence on the purchase decision. The result, can be used by Angkringan D’juguran Purbalingga to improve the quality of its services and provide the best price to consumers, so that consumers can make a purchase decision with maximum.

Abstract

This research investigates the realm of Industry 4.0 readiness within the Indonesian automotive manufacturing sector, exploring the intricate interplay between transitional leadership, dynamic capabilities, perceived organizational support, and organizational preparedness for the technological revolution. While the global presence of Industry 4.0 is undeniable, its implementation in Indonesia remains a challenge, prompting the investigation of the synergies between these constructs. The study employs a quantitative approach with cross-sectional data collected through questionnaires, focusing on multilevel positions within the industry. Results support four hypotheses, revealing positive relationships between transitional leadership and dynamic capabilities, transitional leadership and perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support and Industry 4.0 readiness, and dynamic capabilities and Industry 4.0 readiness. However, the correlation between transitional leadership and Industry 4.0 readiness is not substantiated. The study contributes to understanding the pivotal roles of dynamic capabilities and perceived organizational support in Industry 4.0 preparedness, underlining the significance of cohesive leadership and human resource development for successful technological transitions in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

he Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Purbalingga Regency has received criticism and complaints from customers regarding the quality of service which is considered unsatisfactory. Based on observations and data obtained, there were 1,095 customer complaints from PDAM Purbalingga regarding pipe leaks or damage, water flow congestion and other problems. In addition, the employees of the Purbalingga Regency PDAM received less encouragement from the leadership and there were several employees of the Purbalingga Regency PDAM from various divisions who left their jobs or did not come to work. This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of leadership variables, work motivation and organizational culture affect employee performance. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS version 26.0. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The size of the number of samples in this study was determined using the slovin formula, so that the sample used was 61 respondents from PDAM Purbalingga Regency. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has no effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.562, the work motivation variable has no effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.067, and the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000. Employee performance can run well if the company can provide leadership, motivate employees and create a good organizational culture.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the capital structure, company size, and investment opportunity set (IOS) as a moderation to the quality of profit in the food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017–2021. The method used in this research is a quantitative one. This research population is a sub-sector of food and beverage companies registered in the BEI from 2017 to 2021, with a sample of nine (nine) companies. The data type used is secondary data, with the data processing techniques being descriptive statistical analysis and double linear regression analysis.

Abstract

This research is based on employee dissatisfaction to the management of DINSOSDALDUKKBP3A Purbalingga Regency one of information about varous carrier opportunities, so that employee are less motivated in planning or strategizing to get the position they want. This study aimed to determine the exent to which the influence of career development and work motivation affect employee performance of the Social Service Population Control Family Planning for Women’s and Child Protection (DINSOSDALDUKKBP3A) Purbalingga Regency. Type of research used quantitative approach with help of SPSS version 26.0. This study used multiple linier regression analysis. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling that sampel used was 33 people with civil servant status (PNS). The result of this indicade that carrer development variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance with significant value of 0,00, work motivation has no effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0,757.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the impact of product quality, lifestyle, and brand image on Xiaomi smartphone purchasing decisions in FEB students. Data analysis method using double linear regression analysis. Sampling methods use non-probability sampling with purposive samplings. The sample was obtained from the Hair formula of 180 respondents who were FEB Unzil students. The results of this study showed that: (1) Product quality has a positive influence on the purchase decision with thitung value (7,908) > tables (1,973) and significance value (0,000) < (0,05). (2) Lifestyle has a positively influenced on the purchasing decision by thitung (4,832) > ttables (1,973), and significant value (0.000)< (0.05). (0,05).

Abstract

This research explores the influence of brand image and product design on the purchasing decisions of Honda Jazz in Tasikmalaya City, Indonesia, within the competitive automotive industry context. A multiple linear regression analysis indicates that brand image and product design significantly positively impact purchasing decisions. A good brand image and appealing product design are associated with increased purchasing decisions. Recommendations are provided for Honda Jazz manufacturers and marketers to continuously maintain brand image and innovate in design to retain consumer loyalty and attract potential consumers in the competitive automotive market. This study narrows its focus to consumers in Tasikmalaya City, and highlights the importance of brand image and product design in consumer purchasing decisions within the automotive industry.
