Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a professional group for employees who work in central government agencies and local governments. ASN performance assessment is conducted to ensure the objectivity of ASN coaching based on the achievement system and career system. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the level of education; competence; work environment; discipline of work; and compensation for the performance of the ASN of the Purbalingga Regency Regional Secretariat. Research methods use quantitative methods. Data retrieval techniques using surveys. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of education, competence, work environment, compensation and work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset of the company, therefore to improve the efficiency and productivity of the company, the company has the responsibility to improve the quality of productivity of its human resources. Work motivation and work discipline is one of the solutions to improve HR productivity. Work productivity can be influenced by internal and external factors, so leaders who are able to motivate are needed. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the work productivity of production workers in PT Hasta Pusaka Sentosa Purbalingga. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling technique, namely random sampling technique in the population and the research sample using the Slovin formula so that the research sample became 77 people. The results of the study partially show that work motivation has no effect on employee productivity, while partially show that work discipline affects employee productivity. While simultaneously work motivation and work discipline affect employee productivity. The implications of the previous research motivation has a positive and significant effect while work motivation also has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan turnover intention sebagai variabel mediasi pada CV AKA Purbalingga. Data produktivitas kerja pada CV AKA Purbalingga tahun 2024 belum mencapai target produksi yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa penyebab belum tercapainya produktivitas kerja karena keinginan karyawan untuk keluar (turnover intention) dari perusahaan cenderung tinggi. Fenomena lain yang terjadi yaitu kompensasi yang diberikan belum memenuhi Upah Minimum Kabupaten (UMK) dan juga belum adanya penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) yang efektif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teori atribusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu sebanyak 63 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan analisis SEM berbasis komponen menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan turnover intention sebagai variabel mediasi. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,21, nilai P (probability) sebesar 0,07 artinya lebih dari 0,05 maka tidak signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan turnover intention sebagai variabel mediasi. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,22, nilai P (probability) sebesar 0,02 artinya kurang dari 0,05 maka berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

The level of employee loyalty in the production department of PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga in 2024 has decreased as evidenced by employee turnover data, si it is necessary to foster a loyal attitude in employees. The study aims to determine how much influence transformational leadership, compensation and organization culture have on employee loyalty production department at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. The type of research used is quantitative with a population of 230 employees, while the sample used was 70 employees taken using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques for employees with possitions as operators in the processing, primary and secondary packaging sections. The data collection techniques used a questionnaire processed with SPSS 25. The result of the multiple regression analysis showed that transformational leadership had postive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Compensation had no effect on employee loyalty. Organization culture had no effect on employee loyalty. The R2 value of 0.625 indicates that the study contributed 62.5% of its influence on loyalty and remaining 37.5% was influenced by the other factors. To improve employee loyalty, PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga pays mote attention to role superiors in emplementing transformational leadership style. Abstract

This research is based on employee dissatisfaction to the management of DINSOSDALDUKKBP3A Purbalingga Regency one of information about varous carrier opportunities, so that employee are less motivated in planning or strategizing to get the position they want. This study aimed to determine the exent to which the influence of career development and work motivation affect employee performance of the Social Service Population Control Family Planning for Women’s and Child Protection (DINSOSDALDUKKBP3A) Purbalingga Regency. Type of research used quantitative approach with help of SPSS version 26.0. This study used multiple linier regression analysis. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling that sampel used was 33 people with civil servant status (PNS). The result of this indicade that carrer development variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance with significant value of 0,00, work motivation has no effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0,757.

Abstract

The company must pay attention to employee performance in optimizing human resources. The decline in performance that occurs at PT Indomarco Adi Prima Tegal can be influenced by work stress and work environment as factors that influence employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work stress and work environment on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal. This research is descriptive in nature, using a quantitative analysis method. The research object is the employees of PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with the sample in this research consists of 45 employees using total sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire method. Data analysis will employ Multiple Linear Regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination test. The data analysis results using the t-test indicate that the work stress has a negative and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with a calculated t-value of -3,097 > 2,018 and a significance level of 0.003 < 0.050. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with a t-value of 5,664 > 2,018 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. The results of the data analysis using the F-test show that the work stress and work environment simultaneously have an effect on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with an F-value of 174,910 > 3,23 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. The results of the Coefficient of Determination analysis yielded an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.888, indicating that the work stress and work environment can account for 88.8% of the variation in performance. The remaining 12.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in Babakan Village, Kalimanah District, Purbalingga Regency to improve the human resource capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The main challenges identified were limited knowledge of human resource management, low digital literacy, and minimal application of local values in business practices. The program included observation, training, mentoring, practice sessions, evaluation, and the establishment of an MSME community. The results show that participants gained better understanding of human resource management, improved digital marketing skills, and greater awareness of applying local values in their businesses. Several MSME actors successfully created online store accounts and used social media for promotion. In addition, an MSME community was formed as a platform for collaboration and sustainability. This program demonstrates that strengthening human resources through training, mentoring, and cultural integration can enhance the independence, professionalism, and competitiveness of village MSMEs. Further support and follow-up activities are needed to ensure continuity and long-term impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Kedai Kopi Bathok Purbalingga. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan metode analisis kuantitatif. Objek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu karyawan Kedai Kopi Bathok Purbalingga dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 35 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik total sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 35 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis data dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kedai Kopi Bathok Purbalingga. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kedai Kopi Bathok Purbalingga. Hasil analisis data dengan uji F menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Kedai Kopi Bathok Purbalingga. Hasil analisis uji koefisien determinasi didapat nilai Adjusted R Square yaitu 0,944, artinya bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 94,4%. Sementara sisanya 5,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Fertilizer costs that must be borne by farmers are getting higher and higher and burdensome to farmers. Kartu Tani (Farm Card) is a government program as a form of protection for farmers.Based On 17 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture (Permentan) No. 10 of 2020. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the use of Kartu Tani has on reducing fertilizer costs for farmers. This research uses farmer respondents, with a total of 27 farmers based on consideration of the area of land cultivated and the similarity of commodities. Quantitative descriptive method was used by researchers in this study, so that it can describe the farming business carried out by farmers and the total costs incurred by farmers for the purchase of chemical fertilizers. The results of the descriptive analysis show a decrease in the average cost of fertilizer by IDR 1,316,296 from the cost of IDR 2,032,592 to IDR 716,296. The results of the t-test show the comparison that the costs incurred by farmers before the Kartu Tani program and after the Kartu Tani program are significant, this can be seen from the value of Sig. 0.045 or <0.05, then from the T test results it can be said that the decrease in fertilizer costs is significant. The results of Wilcoxon's analysis showed that all respondents experienced a decrease in fertilizer costs, this was seen from the results of Negative Ranks, which were 27 of a total of 27 respondents.

Abstract

The development of a dynamic industry in the current global era become a trigger for many organizations Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) to explore the potential, as well as identifying the key success factor to excel in an increasingly competitive rivalry. One felt the most impact is in the textile industry. This relates to the competitiveness of the industry which is an important factor to be able to survive and become a winner in the competition. The business environment today is characterized by the development of technology that is faster, shorter product life cycles, and a more intense global competition. To be more responsive to customer needs and market requirements, the company should be more than the speed of delivery and quality products. It is also necessary integration in the supply chain. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of supply chain management in the company's performance and its application on competitive advantage. Questionnaires were sent to centers shirt Sacred Road Bandung and using 70 questionnaire as a measuring tool. Through a simple regression analysis and three hypotheses. The results showed that supply chain management has a significant impact on the company's performance and its application on competitive advantage.
