Abstract

Tax is one of the sources of state revenue directed at national development in order to realize the welfare of all people in Indonesia. Paying motor vehicle tax to taxpayers is very important in supporting regional income in particular and national income in general. However, the realization of tax payments for motor vehicle taxpayers in the Majene Regency area has not been maximized. This can be seen from the arrears in motor vehicle tax payments that have fluctuated in quite large nominal amounts over the last 5 years. This study aims to determine how much influence tax sanctions and tax services have on motorized vehicle compliance at the Majene District Samsat Office. This study uses quantitative data analysis methods using econometric models , namely multiple linear regression analysis methods, with the help of SPSS Version 21 . The results of this study indicate that the tax penalty variable has no effect on taxpayer compliance as indicated by the t count (0.358) t table (1.984). Next , the variable tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance t count (2.291) t table (1.984), which means that tax services have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes. The simultaneous influence of tax sanctions and tax services on taxpayer compliance can be seen in the value F count F table , which is obtained 3.094 3.090, which means that tax sanctions and tax services simultaneously affect taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes at the Majene District Samsat Office

Abstract

At work there are several factors that need to be considered in occupational health and safety. On physical factors, biology, chemistry, psychology to ergonomics. One of the factors of occupational health and safety is the physical factor of noise. Noise is a sound or sound that is generated that is not wanted, namely the squeaky noise. Based on the results of interior noise insulation research at LRT train speeds of 500-2000 Hz, 89.4 - 96.3 dBA was obtained while the allowable noise NAB for humans was 85 dBA and the maximum noise NAB on the train was 80 dBA. The method used in this study is a field survey for noise sampling using the SM-20-A sound level meter. After sampling, researchers analyzed the univariate method for each independent and dependent variable conducted at 13 South Sumatra LRT stations. LRT passes through each bend with noise levels reaching 100 dB (˃85 dB), not meeting NIOSH standards at each bend. In CA2 criterion is the most dominant case with the highest level in each criterion, especially in the case of noise, therefore employees or officers should use PPE if they are in the bend area or when the train passes.

Abstract

The sales pattern becomes a benchmark for increasing product sales in a company. Sales patterns are one way that can be used to determine sales strategies by looking at how often an item is purchased simultaneously. The large number of daily transactions makes it difficult for companies to determine sales strategies. Data mining analyses extensive data to find relationships between data and can produce valuable information. Patterns of sales or consumer transactions look for relationships between one product and another in one transaction using the Association Rule method. The algorithm used is the Modified Apriori Algorithm. The data used is transaction data on capacitor products. The data used is 15513 transactions with the variables LotNo and Material Code. Processed with the Python programming language and Flask as the user interface, the minimum support used is 0.01, and the minimum confidence is 0.5, resulting in rules with the lowest reliability of 50% and the highest reliability of 100%. Based on the results of a comparison of the performance time of the Modified Apriori Algorithm and the Classic Apriori Algorithm in processing 15513 transaction data with the given conditions, namely minimum support = 0.02 and also minimum confidence = 0.5 with the time obtained by the Modified Apriori Algorithm for 5 minutes 5 seconds and the Classic Apriori Algorithm for 6 minutes 6 seconds
