Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) identify the performance of Palu City's regional taxes; (2) map the types of Palu City's regional taxes using the Klassen Typology; (3) identify the potential and problems of regional tax revenue in Palu City; and (4) formulate a strategy to increase regional taxes through intensification and expansion efforts based on the results of the Klassen Typology mapping. While the quantitative method looks at tax performance by using tools for analyzing effectiveness, contribution, and growth rate, as well as the Klassen typology, the qualitative method uses primary data from field surveys with a focus on two types of taxes, namely hotel tax and restaurant tax. A combination of the qualitative and quantitative methods is used to formulate targets in the quantitative method. The findings of quantitative research indicate that the tax performance of the City of Palu for the period spanning 20122020 demonstrates very effective criteria. The percentage value of the Palu City Tax contribution for the period spanning 20122020 demonstrates an average contribution value of 29.9 percent, which is the value of the tax growth rate for the City of Palu during the period spanning 20122020. It is stated that there are two types of Palu City Regional Tax that fall under the underdeveloped criteria. These are the advertising tax and the swallow's nest tax. The year 2020 shows fluctuating values, with the ABT tax having the highest contribution and the swallow's nest tax having the lowest. Based on the Klassen typology analysis, it is stated that there are two types of Palu City Regional Tax that fall under the underdeveloped criteria. According to the findings of qualitative research, land and building taxes have significant tax potential. Furthermore, based on the findings of a survey, it shows that the difference between the potential tax for 2022 and the tax target for 2022 shows the largest figure, which is Rp. 30,877,886,490.

Abstract

Sejak bulan Maret 2020 telah diberlakukan pembelajaran dari rumah. Guru juga melakukan pembelajaran dari rumah (teaching from home) dan pandemi Covid-19 telah mengubah paradigma pembelajaran di kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana pembelajaran IPS untuk SD/MI ditengah pandemi baik dalam daring/luring pada sekolah MI AT-Taubah di Kabupaten Sampang. Metode dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan  kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian phenomenologi, namun demikian pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan luring memiliki tantangan/kendala baik dari aspek sumber daya manusia maupun dari sarana dan prasarana. Pada pembelajaran yang diterapkan baik luring dan daring, pada MI At-taubah lebih sering menggunakan metode luring, karna lebih efektif apalagi di pembelajaran. Kendala yang di alami saat ini yaitu jika menerapkan metode daring untuk di daerah pelosok yang sulit akan kuota dan jaringan. Sebagian dari orang tua murid tidak memiliki WA, akan tetapi sekolah mengupayakan untuk membuat group via WAG bagi kelas tinggi dan alhamdulillah berjalan dengan normal, jika untuk kelas rendah tidak cukup efektif.

Abstract

The metaverse is a new environment in the technology world that offers the same situation as the real world. This world offers meetings without having to face to face. The situation is up-to-date. The Church does not yet have a virtual fellowship format headed for augmented reality. The challenge of this media is the limited signal coverage. The operational cost of procuring equipment to support this service is prohibitive. The researcher used the library study method. This study seeks to explore material related to the metaverse. To delve into the world of the metaverse, its opportunities, and challenges. The Church compiles age-appropriate content but does not omit the message it wants to convey. The Bible can be understood in the local language and culture. The Church Develops an online learning curriculum.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to describe the process of learning history that takes place in Metro 1 State Senior High School Lampung, and (2) Steps to instill the values of nationalism in history learning in students in Metro 1 State Senior High School Lampung. Descriptive qualitative method used in this study. Data analysis techniques using data triangulation taken from observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that history learning in Metro 1 State Senior High School has been running effectively because schools have implemented a moving class system that is carried out in certain learning spaces according to their fields. While the inculcation of nationalism values is done through the integration of nationalism values in learning history, so teachers must play an active and innovative role in planning learning that is inserted in the Syllabus and RPP. As for the values of nationalism that are inculcated through culture and habituation of the school environment with attitudes such as discipline, tolerance, patriotism, responsibility, courtesy, hard work, and mutual cooperation and so forth.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to examine the influence of factors that determine people's decisions in giving zakat, infaq, and sedekah at amil zakat institution. Some influencing factors are level of publication, promotion, reputation, religiosity, and motivation to the community's decision to pay ZIS at Baitul Mal of Banda Aceh City. The method used in this research is quantitative by using primary data. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to the research object. Each variable was measured a Likert scale. The research population was the people of Banda Aceh City aged 15-64 years and above who have jobs and income. The sample selection technique used is convenience sampling, the research object consisted of 100 respondents. Data processing was carried out by using binary logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that publication, promotion, reputation, religiosity, and motivation positively and significantly impacted the community's decision in paying ZIS at Baitul Mal of Banda Aceh City, either partially or simultaneously. The results also showed that the community did not only require an increase in a good understanding of ZIS and its benefits, but they also demanded the reputation of Baitul Mal institution to be improved in order to encourage them to pay ZIS at Baitul Mal of Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

Filling High Leadership Positions within Government Agencies is a guideline for central and regional government agencies in carrying out the filling of major, middle and primary high leadership positions in an open and competitive manner. The aim of the research is to find out how to implement, supporting factors, inhibiting factors and efforts in implementing open selection for first high leadership positions. The theory used is the theory of public policy implementation. The research method uses qualitative research methods. The implementation of the open selection policy for senior high leadership positions within the Gayo Lues Regency Government has been running in accordance with Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus. However, the implementation of this policy is not optimal because there are still inhibiting factors in implementing the policy. Efforts that can be made by implementers to maximize the implementation of the JPT first open selection in Gayo Lues Regency include increasing the budget, facilities and infrastructure, re-evaluating the parties involved. Future research can look at it from the perspective of rationalization in the education level for participating participants. take part in the JPT first open selection

Abstract

This study delves into the analysis of Marketing Mix Strategies using the 4P Method Classification (PRODUCT, PRICE, PLACE, PROMOTION) and its impact on the marketing growth of Marine Paint Products at PT. NIPSEA PAINT CHEMICALS, Surabaya, during the period from 2020 to 2022. The research focuses on the strategies employed to enhance the market presence and profitability of marine paint products. Through an in-depth investigation, the study evaluates the effectiveness of product design, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional campaigns in driving growth and success within the marine paint industry. The findings of this research aim to provide valuable insights for marketers and business professionals seeking to optimize their marketing strategies in the marine paint sector, ultimately contributing to improved market performance and competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peningkatan belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII-3 SMP Negeri 1 Sabang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share (TPS). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pendekatan lapangan (field research), pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), dan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kleas (classroom action research), sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas VII-3 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan, penelliti menggunakan teknik observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, hasil pengamatan aktivitas dan kemampuan guru pada siklus I memiliki kategori cukup dengan nilai 3.7 dan setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II, maka aktivitas dan kemampuan guru mencapai kategori baik yaitu dengan nilai 4.2. kemudian pada siklus III aktivitas guru terus ditingkatkan, sehingga memperoleh kategori baik dengan peningkatan nilai 4.5. dari hasil indikator pada hasil penelitian, table yang menunjukkan kriteria ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I yaitu sebanyak 9 siswa (30%) tuntas belajar dan 21 (70%) tidak tuntas belajar. Pada siklus II 20 siswa (66,6%) tuntas belajar, sedangkan yang tidak tuntas 10 (33,3%). Pada siklus III 26 siswa (87%) tuntas belajar dan 4 siswa (13.3%) tidak mencapai kriteria ketuntasan.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the important sectors for a country because this sector is able to provide basic needs for its people. Developed countries currently control the agricultural sector. Increasingly, the fulfillment of basic needs in the community has increased. The objectives of this study are, Explaining the characteristics of extension workers, media use, stages of information search in Cyber Extension in Agricultural Extension in Kupang Regency, Analyzing the relationship between extension characteristics and information search stages in Cyber Extension, Analyzing the relationship between media use and information search stages in Cyber Extension in Kupang District. This study is designed as a correlational descriptive census research. The variables studied in this study are the characteristics of extension workers (X1), media use (X2), stages of information search (Y1). The results of this study are the characteristics of extension workers on age indicators, level of media ownership and motivation are significantly related to the stages of information search. The fluency of extension workers in the information search stage is supported by age, level of media ownership and motivation of extension workers. The stages of information search on the Starting, Chaining, Browsing, Differentiating, Monitoring, and Extracting indicators are positively and tangibly related to the use of Cyber Extension in information benefit indicators. The ability of extension workers in utilizing Cyber Extension will be supported by the smoothness of extension workers in carrying out the information search stages

Abstract

Guppy fish (Poecillia reticulata) is a type of freshwater ornamental fish that is widely known and is an export commodity. The advantages of guppy fish include having interesting color variations and various fin patterns, easy to maintain and easy to breed. Male guppies have a higher economic value than female guppies. Because male fish have a more attractive shape and color than female fish. In order to increase the economic value of guppy fish, it is necessary to make efforts to increase the color intensity of guppy fish. This study aims to determine the color intensity of guppy fish (Poecilia reticulata) enriched with marigold flower flour. The experimental design used in the study was 2 treatments and 2 replications. Treatment A = Without marigold flower flour and Treatment B = Using marigold flower flour. Parameters observed were fish color measurement, weight growth, survival. The results showed that the addition of marigold flour had a significant effect on color intensity (p 0.05).
