Abstract

Untuk mencapai tujuannya dalam memperoleh profit, perusahaan harus bisa mengelola semua elemen yang dimilikinya dengan baik. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) adalah salah satu elemen yang cukup penting pada suatu organisasi bisnis. SDM merupakan unsur manajemen yang tidak boleh diabaikan. Hal penting yang berkaitan dengan SDM adalah Produktivitas. Dengan produktivitas SDM yang baik, maka dalam mencapai tujuan dapat dicapai dengan baik. Salah satu permasalahan yang dapat menghambat produktivitas SDM adalah keselamatan dan kesehatan dalam mejalankan pekerjaannya. Penerapan program keselamatan dan kesehatann kerja di lingkungan perusahaan merupakan cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja di PT X terhadap ‘produktivitas kerja’ karyawannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penellitian ini adalah kuantitf, dilakukan pada bagian produksi, dengan jumlah responden 66 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode SEM PLS, dengan program komputer SmartPLS 3.28. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya berpengaruh yang cukup signifikan variabel keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan mikro (UMK) menjadi penyerap tenaga kerja terbanyak di Indonesia. UMK berkontribusi dalam mengurangi beban negara terkait pengangguran. Kontribusi yang besar terhadap perekonomian negara tidak berbanding lurus dengan eksistensi UMK. Salah satu kendala yang medasar pada sektor UMK minimnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran terhadap aspek Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah, biaya untuk kompensasi terhadap satu kecelakaan saja dapat menjadi bencana keuangan bagi usaha tersebut. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit kerja serta untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya K3 adalah dengan menerapkan manajemen Risiko Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di tempat kerja. sebagai langkah awal dalam penerapan manajemen risiko dengan melakukan identifikasi bahaya K3 di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya yang terdapat di tempat kerja pengrajin alat musik drumband, treze musik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian observasional dengan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada beberapa potensi bahaya pada setiap aktifitas kerja dalam pembuatan alat musik drumband. Potensi bahaya tersebut dapat ditemukan pada pekerja dengan berbagai tindakannya, lingkungan kerja, dan material serta peralatan yang digunakan dalam melakukan pekerjaan.

Abstract

The new curriculum which revises the SMK 2018, revised curriculum focuses on the used information and telecommunications technology. These curriculum have several renewals such as the emergence of the name office automation and governance and also the emergence of subjects with availability of digital and technology. One of the subjects highlighted was electronic archiving to answer these challenges. The purpose of this service were to improve the competence of teachers and staff of SMKN Cisarua in the field of electronic filing systems with the IWSM program and the introduction of the wordpress application. This service method hybird. Delta, the results of the evaluation of the average post test score compared to  pree test, increased by 18%, this shows a positive result. With the attendance rate of participants for 5 days of training of 82,4%. This indicates that the high enthusiasm of the participants.

Abstract

This community partnership program aims to develop the Kupat Tahu Padalarang business in Kecamatan Batujajar, Jawa Barat by building a business brand identity, personal branding, excellent service, and good customer communication. The survey was conducted to obtain information on brand awareness, business conditions, and customer satisfaction before and after the program was implemented. The creation of a business brand identity starts with creating logo, banner, product packaging, employee uniforms, and structuring the business environment. Personal branding itself is created through the development of excellent service and good and friendly customer communication. Business brands that have been created have also been registered to protect business actors from imitating them. The brand is a capital that can be developed by business actors to be used in promotion on social media in order to increase business brand equity

Abstract

The pandemic has changed almost all of the ways people do their activities. One of the changes felt was a change in learning activities that were forced to be held online. For approximately 2 years the implementation of knowledge transfer is carried out remotely using certain applications with the support of existing technology and the internet. Transformed learning is not only formal learning in schools but also informal learning such as online courses or training. The pandemic has indirectly catalyzed the growth of 2 new business sectors, namely the health sector and the education sector / Education Technology. Indonesia is a country with a very large population and is very attractive to foreign business players, including those in the Education Technology sector. Therefore, research to analyze the adoption of online training is important to help local startups in the Education Technology sector develop products that are suitable for the Indonesian market. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the behavior of online course/training adoption. The proposed model is a development of the TAM model which is given several additional variables. This research used a set of questionnaire and valid data gathered from 161 samples. Data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square. The result shows that the model has a strong predictive power for measuring future use behavior.

Abstract

Computerization has entered almost all fields of work, one of which is the office workstations. The interaction of workers with computers in daily work activities cannot be avoided from various problems, one of which is the problem of employee occupational safety and health. Ergonomic hazards and risks that arise from work that requires interacting with computers are caused by workers doing repetitive work with high intensity with awkward postures and without being supported by an appropriate work environment. PT XYZ is a type of finance or financing company. All activities in the completion of work in the operational department use a computer. From the observation results, it was found that there was the use of office equipment that did not meet the rules and awkward posture of workers, and improper arrangement of the workplace. This study aims to assess the ergonomic risks that exist in the operational department with the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. The ROSA method is used to measure the interaction of workers on area workstations. The assessment is divided into three sections. Section A, the interaction of workers with chairs; section B, the interaction of workers with monitors and telephones; and section C, the interaction of workers with the mouse and keyboard. The final results of the measurement will be classified in four levels: low risk, medium risk, high risk, and very high risk. The results showed that the workplace in the operational section of PT XYZ was included in the high category. The high risk of ergonomics is due to the condition of the chair that does not meet the rules of ergonomic. Keywords: Ergonomic; Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA); Office Work Stations

Abstract

The objectives of this project are: (1) Knowing the initial conditions of managing credit sales and insurance data; (2) Designing an application; (3) Making an application; and (4) Implementing the application of managing credit sales and insurance data at PT Pos Indonesia Cimahi Office. The project uses the case study method. The problems contained in the sales department of the Cimahi Post Office need to be studied further. Data collection was carried out by observation and interviews with the sales department manager of the Cimahi Post Office as primary data. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from the documentation of the situation in the field. The process of designing and creating applications uses PHP and XAMPP software and a database designed with MySQL on phpMyAdmin. The result of this project is web-based application data management, with test results that show no errors were found in the application and can be used as an alternative tool in managing credit sales and insurance data so that it is faster and easier to access. The information contained in this application is also easy to understand because it is displayed clearly and precisely.

Abstract

The increasing impact of covid-19, especially in the economic sector, has caused the government to impose a new policy called the new normal. This policy is expected to be able to restore business activities, including coffee shop businesses in the Bandung region, Indonesia. It is hoped that this new normal, sooner or later, will re-rotate the wheels of the economy. This current study aims to (1) identify the level of entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage of coffee shop business actors in Bandung in this new normal era, and (2) measure the role of entrepreneurial orientation in building competitive advantage. This research employed the quantitative method. The non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique was used to collect data from 100 respondents who were asked to fill in a questionnaire containing the Likert scale. The data were then processed by SPSS and analyzed using descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, coefficient determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that the entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage of coffee shop business actors in Bandung in this new normal era are at a “high” level, and entrepreneurial orientation has a significant role in building competitive advantage by 51.7%.

Abstract

Electronic archive management has become a demand and need for every organization in the era of digital technology as it is today. Electronic records management is closely related to the use of computer technology, which can complete records management work more effectively and efficiently. The archive system in the HR Department at PT Beton Elementindo Perkasa, especially for employee archives, still uses the manual archiving method, this causes the recovery of archives to take quite a long time and there are some lost files. With the design of this archival system, it is hoped that some of the problems caused by the previous archival system can be resolved properly. The change from manual filing system to electronic filing system begins with analyzing data needs, tools and several other support systems, then continues with column creation and data input in Microsoft Excel and the last process is scanning documents as additional backup for this employee archive. After a direct trial, it is proven that with this archive system, the recovery of archives can be faster and the risk of loss of information due to damaged archives can be minimized. The result of this work is inform of a the file in the form of Microsoft Excel in which there is information about the personal data of employees of thesection vehicle maintenance which is equipped with a hyperlink to insert file attachments and passwords to access the data in it which aims to maintain the confidentiality of the data in it so that it is not misused. by the responsible party. It is hoped that this electronic filing system can be further developed in the future to facilitate and expedite the work in the HR Department at PT Beton Elementindo Perkasa.

Abstract

This article provides information on implementing CRM to increase customer loyalty. The use of CRM and its tools are useful to make it easier for business actors to continue to reach every customer, improve customer relationships and maintain customer relationships. The importance of using CRM and its tools is that business actors can continue to provide the latest innovations, improve services and continue to establish good relationships with customers in order to create customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is important for the survival of a business, with loyalty with them making regular purchases, recommending products or services offered by the company can help companies to continue to survive in the long term and have strong customers.
