Abstract

DANA is one of the electronic-based financial applications that supports non-cash transactions. It has the second-largest total users in Indonesia. However, users have complained about this application's quality of service and recovery. This research aims to determine the mediating effect of perceived value on e-service quality and e-recovery service towards loyalty intention. This research uses a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this research is 164 respondents. PLS-SEM is used to analyze the model. The results of this research indicate that e-service quality has a direct and significant effect on perceived value. E-recovery service does not have a direct positive and significant effect on perceived value. Furthermore, there is no mediating effect of perceived value on e-service quality and e-recovery service towards loyalty intention. Keywords: e-service quality; e-recovery service; loyalty intention; perceived value

Abstract

This study examined the factors influencing student's intentions to adopt digital record applications in higher education, with a focus on performance expectancy, trust, effort expectancy, and perceived value. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey of 243 undergraduate students in Bandung, Indonesia, to assess these factors. The results revealed that performance expectancy was the most significant predictor of students' adoption intentions, confirming that students were motivated to adopt digital tools that they believe will enhance their academic performance. Trust also played a crucial role, particularly in the context of data security and privacy, which were significant concerns in educational technology adoption. Interestingly, effort expectancy, which refers to the ease of use of digital applications, did not significantly influence adoption intentions, likely due to the increasing digital literacy among students. Perceived value was found to have a positive but less pronounced effect on adoption intentions. These findings suggested that the UTAUT framework, commonly used in technology adoption studies, may need to be adapted to incorporate demographic and contextual factors, especially trust-related variables, in environments where data privacy is critical. The study also has practical implications for educational institutions and policymakers. To encourage the adoption of digital record applications, institutions should emphasize the academic performance benefits of these tools and implement trust-building strategies, such as robust data security measures.

Abstract

The rise of social media has reshaped how tourists perceive, evaluate, and decide upon travel destinations. This study investigates the direct effects of influencer credibility, content quality, visual aesthetics, and social engagement on tourist trust, destination image, and visit intention. Drawing upon a cross-sectional survey of 232 Indonesian social media users, the proposed structural model was tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that influencer credibility and visual aesthetics are key drivers of tourist trust, while content quality and visual aesthetics significantly shape destination image. Tourist trust also plays a central role by directly influencing both destination image and visit intention. These findings offer theoretical insight into the psychological mechanisms underlying digital persuasion in tourism and provide actionable strategies for destination marketers and content creators to enhance engagement and conversion through credible and aesthetically compelling influencer content.

Abstract

The HRBP Non-Production Department of PT Dirgantara Indonesia faces challenges in effectively and efficiently managing employee competency mapping. The limitations in managing employee competency information result in difficulties in identifying development needs and making decisions related to human resources. This project aims to design and implement a competency matrix-based website for the HRBP Non- Production Department of PT Dirgantara Indonesia. The primary objective of this project is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of managing employee competency mapping and facilitate decision-making related to human resource development by the HRBP Non-Production Department. The project adopts a system development approach based on the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), consisting of several stages including needs analysis, system design, website development, and testing. By utilizing the SDLC methodology, this project ensures that the development of the competency matrix website in the HRBP Non- Production Department of PT Dirgantara Indonesia is conducted in a structured and systematic manner, providing a user-friendly interface. The result of this project is an effective and efficient competency matrix website for managing and presenting employee competency information. Testing conducted indicates that the system functions well.

Abstract

Kajja Korean Street Food is a business engaged in food and beverages. Inspired by the many fans of Korean drama films who often display the culture and culinary specialties of the country of ginseng, this is one of the backgrounds for the establishment of this Kajja Korean Street Food business. However, currently Kajja Korean Street Food only has an Instagram account to promote and introduce its food and beverage products, which is not yet effective enough to attract more consumers. Therefore, it is necessary to digitize business using a website. Kajja Korean Street Food chose to create a website-based company profile using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). The purpose of designing and making a company profile based on this website is to attract more consumers to know about Kajja Korean Street Food products and also as a marketing content that can be used by Kajja Korean Street Food. The design stage is carried out in four stages, namely planning, analysis, design, and implementation. After that, interviews were conducted with business owners regarding the final results of the website that had been created.

Abstract

Unit Frontliner merupakan salah satu unit dalam struktur organisasi Bank Woori Saudara KC Diponegoro. Frontliner adalah unit kerja yang paling sering mewakili perusahaan untuk bertemu, berhubungan, dan melakukan pelayanan kepada pelanggan secara langsung. Pekerjaan yang dapat dilakukan oleh Unit Frontliner yaitu penawaran produk, pembukaan rekening tabungan, penyimpanan dan penarikan dana, serta menjawab keluhan dan pertanyaan dari nasabah. Dalam proses pembukaan rekening tabungan, nasabah akan diminta untuk mengisi formulir spesimen secara manual. Formulir spesimen merupakan formulir yang berisi identitas dan sampel tanda tangan nasabah yang digunakan pada setiap layanan yang akan dilakukan. Tanda tangan ini sebagai bukti pengesahan yang akan dilakukan verifikasi pada aplikasi Core Banking System. Dalam prosesnya, Unit Frontliner akan melewati beberapa alur kerja, diantaranya yaitu mengarahkan nasabah dalam pengisian formurlir, pemeriksaan kesesuaian data, pemindaian dokumen, serta approval dan upload dokumen formulir spesimen ke dalam aplikasi. Banyaknya alur kerja dengan proses kerja yang masih manual tentunya akan memakan waktu yang tidak singkat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembuatan aplikasi otomatisasi kantor formulir spesimen online yang diharapkan dapat mempersingkat waktu kerja sehingga tercapai efisiensi kerja yang lebih baik. Sistem formulir spesimen online yang dibuat yaitu dengan menggunakan beberapa aplikasi dalam Google Workspace, diantaranya yaitu Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Forms, dan Google Sheets. Dari hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan, terbukti bahwa sistem formulir spesimen online dapat mempersingkat waktu kerja sehingga tercapai efisiensi kerja pada pelayanan dan penanganan sistem formulir spesimen online di Unit Frontliner.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Vocational Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, has begun to pay more attention to Vocational education. The real steps of the Directorate General of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture can be seen from its two special programs, namely the D2 fast track program for SMK and the D-3 upgrade program to applied bachelor's degree. This study aims to provide a basis for one of the universities in Bandung to determine whether it is the right step to increase the D-3 level to become an Applied Bachelor. Quantitative Descriptive Analysis was conducted to provide a real picture of the condition of existing D-3 students. The results showed that the majority of students chose the D-3 level because they wanted to immediately graduate from college and then work. Meanwhile, students who enter the D-3 level because they are not accepted in the first choice occupy the lowest position on the D-3 level selection criteria indicator and are included in the assessment criteria. Therefore, there is still no urgency to increase the D-3 level to an Applied Bachelor degree from the perspective of higher education consumers, namely college students.

Abstract

The Go-Food application is an application that serves online food and beverage orders made by PT Gojek Indonesia. There are several new policies made by PT Gojek Indonesia to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, but there are still some driver partners and merchant partners who have not implemented these policies, such as there are Go-Food drivers who are inconsistent in using masks and gloves. , there is no guarantee for the cleanliness of food or beverage processing from the seller, and the company has not guaranteed the implementation of social distancing for its employees. This study aims to explain whether service quality has an influence on customer satisfaction of Go-Food application users during the COVID-19 pandemic for consumers in Bandung City. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive method that examines the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction using the Go-Food application during the COVID-19 pandemic on consumers in the City of Bandung. The population used in this study was 912,000 people in the city of Bandung in the young age group (15-34 years) who used the Go-Food application during the COVID-19 pandemic with a total sample of 384 Go-Food consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic. young age group (15-34 years). The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research is a survey technique through the distribution of online questionnaires via google form. The data of this study were analyzed by simple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on service quality on customer satisfaction using the Go-Food application during the COVID-19 pandemic on consumers in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires companies to be able to meet consumer demands responsively. Customer satisfaction can be achieved if the company can provide appropriate products when there is demand. From this, it can be seen that inventory and distribution play an important role in the company, especially manufacturing companies. Therefore, the company must be able to ensure that the inventory and distribution carried out by the company is optimal, or in other words, the company must be able to ensure that there is no shortage or excess inventory and ensure that the product reaches the consumer at the right location, cost, and time. To get stock and distribution run optimally, companies need to manage product flow from upstream, namely the producers of raw materials to downstream, namely end users. Product management can be maximized by integrating supply chain management. By integrating supply chain management, companies will be able to view, calculate and monitor inventory in the warehouse. The benefits that will be obtained by the company through the integration of supply chain management include the company being able to optimize the amount of inventory, delivery, cut costs, and improve services so that customer satisfaction can be met. Through this article, the researcher seeks to see how the integration of supply chain management can improve the efficiency of inventory and product distribution of a company. In this article, the researcher will use a literature study approach to review the efficiency of supply chain management integration in a company.

Abstract

Bank Woori Saudara KC Diponegoro is one of the branch offices of PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906, Tbk. which is engaged in commercial banking. In carrying out its banking activities, Bank Woori Saudara always involves important files that will be used for dealing with a customer. One example of such a file is the CIF Application Document which contains a number of important customer-related information. The collection of archives is stored and managed by the Front Office Department at Bank Woori Saudara. In managing the archives of the frontliner staff, a manual storage system is used, where the documents are stored based on the order and CIF number located in the available filling cabinet. The lack of archival management and an adequate record-keeping system causes frontliner staff to often find it difficult to search for the required documents. Therefore, in order to meet fast-paced technological developments and an adequate archive management system, an electronic filing application was created. This application is expected to help frontliner staff in carrying out operational activities, especially for information needs. In doing the design and manufacture, the application uses the Macro VBA Excel system so that it has an easy-to-reach appearance and work.
