Abstract

This study was designed to understand how Tiker.com responded to the crisis of comments posted on Instagram @tiketcom by tiket.com users during the COVID-19 pandemic. If social media is your vehicle for discovering the problems users are facing, you can follow up by interacting in the comments section of @tiketcom Instagram posts regarding the crisis. This survey data is in the form of text, images, and videos from @tiketcom Instagram posts from 18 September 2020 to 2 July 2021. This research is a qualitative research. The methodology used in this study is Situational Crisis Communication (SCCT) to understand the crisis model used by PR Tiket.com. SCCT theory suggests that a crisis in an organization is a threat because it affects the reputation created by the crisis, so that the right strategy is needed to deal with the crisis. The research was conducted in three stages: data exploration, data analysis, and discussion of the resulting data. PR Tiket.com uses a messaging strategy in every post to provide information on the latest developments during the COVID-19 pandemic, the messaging strategy consists of eight messaging categories, namely; accommodative strategies, anti-social or defensive, emphasising inter-organisational relationship, excellence or renewal, framing the crisis, framing the organization, routine communication, self-enhancement. The results of this study indicate that Tiket.com PR uses SCCT theory in every crisis given by user comments on @tiketcom Instagram posts when facing a comment crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Energy is a very important part in the life of the world community in general and the Indonesian people in particular. Almost all sectors in this life (industry, households, transportation, services, etc.) cannot be separated from the energy sector, especially fuel oil (BBM). Fuel is a commodity that plays a vital role in all economic activities. The direct impact that can be felt from the increase in fuel prices is changes in operating costs that result in changes in the level of profits or losses. This study aims to determine the profit maximization strategy carried out by MSMEs amid the increase in fuel prices and is reviewed with the perspective of Asy-Syatibi sharia maqashid. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with data sources obtained from interviews with MyAlpucok business owners and literature studies. The results showed that the strategy carried out by MSMEs was carried out in accordance with the concept of maqashid sharia, where MSME actors carried out a strategy of maximizing their business profits by running in accordance with Islamic sharia that had been taught by Allah and the Messenger of Allah.

Abstract

The client gives a control of lawyer to the advocate went with by a discourse of the rights and commitments of the parties. Advocates are entitled to an honorarium and clients are entitled to lawful help in a mindful way and in agreement with appropriate law. Article 6 of Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates (Law on Advocates) emphasizes that disregarding clients and negligance of cases may be a infringement that can be arraigned. The Advocates' Organisation Board, particularly the PERADI Territorial Organisation Board (DKD) of East Java, is authorized by the Law on Advocates to require activity and endorse advocates who are demonstrated to have damaged advocates proffesional ethics. The truth is that there are still numerous advocates who abuse the code of morals, one of which is case disregard. All through 2019-2020, 11 (eleven) cases of infringement of the code of morals were recorded by the DKD PERADI East Java. The detailing of the issue talked about is lawful cures that clients can take against.

Abstract

Marketing communication is all forms of activity to disseminate information and persuade consumers or customers directly or indirectly about an item and brand. SHOPEE made an innovation by launching the latest feature, namely the online loan feature in its application. In this study, the author will continue to examine all millennial generations, both the early and late millennial generations. The type of research used is quantitative. The city of Surabaya was chosen as the research location because the city of Surabaya is the center of the capital and economy in East Java Province. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis techniques to determine the effect of brand personality on purchase intention. The sample in this study was 100 millennial generation respondents from 5 regions in Surabaya. The analysis used was SPSS. Based on the results of research and discussion that Brand Personality has a significant effect on intention to use.

Abstract

Based on the needs analysis and interviews, it was shown that in learning mathematics, students had difficulty solving word problems related to flat shape material. The purpose of this study was to produce a math word problem book product based on Blitar tourist attractions for learning mathematics with proper flat shape materials. The type of RnD development research that has been developed by Sugiono with six steps, namely (1) looking for potential and problems at SDN Gandekan 2, SDN Kunir 3, and SDN Kunir 2, (2) Conducting research and collection by conducting interviews with class IV teachers, distributing questionnaires student needs and observations of learning mathematics, (3) product design is done by analyzing learning and planning product content, (4) Design validation is carried out by 9 validators consisting of 3 material validators, media validators and language validators, (5) Revision the design was carried out based on expert advice, (6) Conducted readability tests with 5 grade IV students and 5 grade IV teachers. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The feasibility results of the material expert validator are 100%, media experts are 93.5%, and language experts are 91.7%. The results of the teacher's legibility questionnaire obtained a percentage of 95% and the results of the student's readability questionnaire obtained a percentage of 90.4%.

Abstract

This research is based on the characteristics of millennial habits in looking information through social media such as Instagram. One of this phenomenon is millennial who is a newbie share investor in getting information about share investment at @ngertisaham instagram account.. This research is intended to find out how @ngertisaham followers perceive on @ngertisaham Instagram account as a share investment education media. In order to examine the perception, the researcher usedAlex Sobur's theory of perception to find out how the meaning is in followers. The research method which is used is descriptive qualitative method, to describe how the perceptions were found in more detail. The data in this study were obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation obtained from existing informants. This study obtains results that followers' perceptions of the @ngertisaham Instagram account are as a reference for newie share investors in order to fulfill information needs about share investment. @Ngertisaham Instagram account also has a role in considering share investments made by newbie share investors.

Abstract

Marriage is a bond of sacred promise between individual men and women which aims to perfect a lawful relationship. The bride and groom must be well prepared before getting married. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of the bride and groom in building a household. The design used is qualitative, data collection by in-depth interviews, using purposive sampling technique, with research subjects 4 prospective brides. The focus of the study includes the readiness of the bride and groom, sources of experience, and efforts to maintain the household. The results of the study found the theme of facilities provided by the government with no obligations and information about official premarital education. The theme of the readiness of the bride and groom includes physical readiness by conducting a health check, social readiness by knowing the background of the couple for a long time, and getting the age maturity to get married. The theme of sources of experience from parents and friends about plans to live a married life, from the internet and school education about sex education. Possible problem themes include economic problems, poor communication with partners, rights and obligations, differences of opinion, and domestic violence. The theme is efforts to strengthen household resilience by establishing good communication with partners. Pre-marital preparation regulations need to be socialized in the community, especially among teenagers

Abstract

Exposure to toxic positivity content uploads on Instagram during the pandemic has motivated some Gen Z to act hustle. This research uses a virtual ethnographic approach to see digital interactions, media-making processes, and individual motivation in interpreting toxic positivity content on Instagram, which can build Gen Z Surabaya to act hustle. This research shows that there are factors in the scope of friendship, frame of reference, field experience, to family in building motivation to act hustle through consumed toxic positivity content. It can be concluded that Instagram is a medium for the media-making process of turning content into an action that can affect the lives of its users.

Abstract

Technology and communication sciences have developed rapidly in all lines and fields, including the impact on educational institutions, as well as higher education as one of the producers of human resource products. Previously, learning had to focus on limited space, so in the millennial century, learning has changed the direction of cooperative learning according to user needs. Learners do civitas learning activities can be taken anytime, anywhere, even with whom it can be done. Online learning, the effectiveness of online models is a solution step. Technical precision, model, the right method effective innovative that bring change. The implementation of these fundamental changes has made the education system in Indonesia undergo a multi-change process. Actions are needed as a reform step in all areas of access to education as a point of achievement of national education goals. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning (Online Learning Model) in an effort to realize the independence of higher institutions. The subject of study is the students of the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences, Nahdlatul Ulama University, Blitar. The research approach applies qualitative, data collection is carried out by interviews/questionnaires and questionnaires. It was found that online learning had a significant impact, especially when there was an increase in technological skills, a change in mindset, and an increase in language skills. There are weaknesses in personality control in the seriousness of attending lectures, the process of learning activities provides difficulties and experiences delays in study responses.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the aspects that influence the performance of the waste bank in dealing with waste. The source of the research data was 125 customers of the garbage bank in the Kauman sub-district. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The data analysis uses percentages. The results of the study: the main aspects that affect the performance of the waste bank are the management of the waste bank 121 (97%), the second is provision of garbage collection services 108 (86%), the third is the socialization of the existence of a waste bank 94 (75%), the fourth is economic and social benefits 89 ( 71%), the fifth is the availability of trash carts 25 (20%), and the sixth trash can facility is 15 (12%).
