Abstract

One of the pillars of Islam is paying zakat. Zakat is part of the assets we have that we must spend if we have reached the specified conditions. For Muslims who have the means, of course they are obliged to pay zakat, for example when paying zakat fitrah in the month of Ramadan. Zakat will be distributed to people who are entitled to receive it. The existence of the obligation of zakat is stated in the Koran and must be believed by every Muslim. The purpose of zakat is to train our caring attitude towards the people around us, and to become a form of obedience of Muslims to Allah SWT. in fulfilling obligations. In giving zakat we need to be sincere, without expecting anything in return. Because by giving zakat, the blessings we get do not decrease but increase. However, there are still Muslims who are reluctant to contribute to paying zakat due to their lack of awareness of zakat obligations and the wisdom of zakat itself. Therefore, there is a need for further explanation regarding what zakat is, what its benefits are, what the law is in Islam and the wisdom of giving zakat.

Abstract

The Korean wave has become very popular, especially in the field of music often referred to as “Korean pop” or “K-pop”, which is a fusion of various popular music genres from South Korea. With the internet and social media being easily accessible, K-pop in Indonesia is growing very fast. This research looks at the phenomenon of fan behavior towards their idols on social media, which leads to parasocial interactions because the ease of social media makes fans feel close to their idols. In parasocial interaction, a person acts towards media figures as if they are where they are. Parasocial interaction has forms including task attraction, identification attraction, and romantic attraction. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how the form of parasocial interactions carried out by K-pop fans on X social media. This research uses a descriptive methodology that uses interviews and observations to collect data. The results showed that all informants actively engage in parasocial interactions with their idol, NCT, through social media X. This shows that the type of parasocial interaction that K-pop fans do on social media X. This shows that the types of parasocial interactions that occur in NCT fans through social media X are task attraction, identification attraction, and romantic attraction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the diversity of creatures and the oneness of God. The plurality that occurs among the people will trigger various conflicts in various fields. Conflict has become a phenomenon in life because of various interests. However, plurality will trigger sectarianism within religions which can disrupt diversity. The oneness of God certainly cannot be influenced by the plurality of creatures. The oneness of God becomes transcendental so that creatures do not mix in the plurality of creatures. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by presenting religious phenomena in society. Data used through literature to find the truth in the plurality of creatures. The research results show that the diversity of creatures cannot affect the oneness of God. Diversity is a phenomenon that can bring harmonization of life so that it is more convincing of the oneness of the creator.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of the Akhlak and Tasawuf courses in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), aiming to teach moral values to students and enhance their character. Issues such as declining character, lack of participation, and poor relationships with lecturers remain concerns. Students need guidance to apply good morals according to the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah. Tasawuf emphasizes inner purity and closeness to Allah through praiseworthy traits like patience and reliance. The study explores the implementation of Akhlak and Tasawuf education in fostering the democratic character of PAI students at FITK UNSIQ in Wonosobo, Central Java in 2023. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach with descriptive field methods, collecting data through participant observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings indicate that discussion methods effectively link theory to practice, while implementation involves tailored planning and structured execution. Supporting factors include student equality, campus traditions, and a high number of students from Islamic boarding schools, while hindrances encompass student disinterest, lack of awareness, and a shortage of competent lecturers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of activeness in student organizations on soft skills and readiness to become prospective teachers for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students of Al-Qur’an Sains University (UNSIQ) Wonosobo. This study uses a quantitative method with an ex post facto research design. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires distributed to 40 PAI UNSIQ students who were active in student organizations. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques and t-tests. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect between activeness in student organizations on soft skills of PAI UNSIQ students (rxy1 = 0.593, p < 0.05). This finding also shows that there is a positive and significant effect between activeness in student organizations on readiness to become prospective teachers of PAI UNSIQ students (rxy2 = 0.593, p < 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that activeness in student organizations has a positive and significant effect on soft skills and readiness to become prospective teachers for PAI UNSIQ Wonosobo students. Activeness in organizations provides various benefits for students, such as improving communication skills, leadership, teamwork, and problem solving, which are important soft skills for prospective teachers to have in facing various challenges in the future.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem in Indonesia where many generations in the world of education still do not understand the content of the material because many educators still use monotonous methods without two-way communication and this results in a lack of students' understanding of the learning material. The role playing method is one solution that can boost various aspects of students, both cognitive, psychomotor and affective, which can be implemented in everyday life so that the nation's next generation becomes a generation that is powerful, knowledgeable and efficient. This research aims to determine the application of the Role Playing method in improving student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The results of the research show that the application of the role playing method in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects in class V of SD Negeri 1 Prigi, Sigaluh District, Banjarnegara Regency after using the role playing method can improve. This is proven by the students' learning results before taking action or using the role playing method which only reached an average score of 61.72 with classical completeness of 32%. After taking action in cycle I by applying the role playing method, student learning outcomes increased to an average score of 70.72 with classical completeness of 60%. Then in cycle II, using the role playing method, student learning outcomes also increased with an average score of 83.76 and students' classical completeness was 96%. Therefore, it is said to be effective in increasing learning outcomes because the success indicator that has been set is more than 76%.

Abstract

. In order to improve social emotions at SD Muhammadiyah Kaliabu Salaman Magelang, the objectives to be achieved in this thesis are: 1) To find out the application of ablution practice learning; 2) To ensure the implementation of learning the practice of prayer; and 3) To find out the factors that influence the implementation of learning the practice of ablution and prayer in increasing social emotions at Muhammadiyah Kaliabu Salaman Elementary School, Magelang. Qualitative descriptive research is used in this thesis. In this research, researchers collected data by means of observation, interviews and documentation (documentary study). The principal, educators and students of Muhammadiyah Kaliabu Salaman Elementary School, Magelang, were used as research subjects. Almost the same approach is used in teaching ablution and prayer at Muhammadiyah Kaliabu Salaman Elementary School: the teacher explains the material first, then gives a demonstration in front of the students, then asks the students to practice what they have learned. The practice of ablution and prayer helps shape children's social-emotional souls, makes students more able to control their emotions, increases understanding of religion, strengthens ties between teachers, and develops the social-emotional aspects of students' souls. Environmental influences, social relationships, support from those closest to the child, the role of teachers, incompatibility with peers, etc., can all have an impact on how a child shapes his social-emotional spirit.

Abstract

The impact of low levels of harmonious, adaptive and collaborative attitudes and behavior on the sustainability of public employees' work. Sustainable work is a necessity for public employees to achieve organizational goals and provide optimal public services. However, low attitudes and behavior can hamper productivity and work efficiency. A harmonious attitude reflects the ability to work well with colleagues, adaptive behavior means being able to adapt to changes in the work environment, and a collaborative attitude means being able to work together with other people to achieve common goals. Harmonious, adaptive and collaborative attitudes are very important, these attitudes in the context of public employees. Adaptive and collaborative attitudes are fundamental pillars in achieving success for public employees in providing services to the community. In the rapidly changing era of globalization, civil servants need to have adaptive abilities to remain productive and provide the best service. The low level of harmonious, adaptive and collaborative attitudes can be caused by a work environment that is not conducive and a lack of adequate training and development. The causes of low levels of harmonious, adaptive and collaborative attitudes and the importance of condescending support in developing these attitudes. By understanding and overcoming these obstacles, public employees can work sustainably, achieve organizational goals, and provide optimal public services.

Abstract

Education has a crucial role in shaping the next generation of quality, and in Indonesia, Islamic boarding schools are the oldest Islamic educational institutions that contribute significantly to the development of knowledge and morality. This study aims to analyze the difference in the level of social maturity between modern and traditional Islamic boarding school students, taking into account personal and environmental factors. The research method used is literature research, collecting data from books, journals, and related articles. The findings showed that modern Islamic boarding school students tend to be more individualistic in completing tasks and have wider access to learning facilities, while traditional Islamic boarding school students more often work together and prioritize religious education. Differences in educational environments, teaching methods, and social opportunities contribute to the variety of social maturity of students. Students in both types of boarding schools are expected to have social maturity in accordance with the principles of social maturity. The implication of this study is the importance of understanding the role of the environment and teaching methods in the development of social maturity of students to improve the quality of education in boarding schools.

Abstract

West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province is a leading tourism destination in Indonesia, which requires predictions of the number of hotel guests for effective planning and resource management. This research aims to predict the number of hotel guests in NTB in 2025 using the Monte Carlo method, which is able to handle data variability and uncertainty. The data used is the number of guests from 1 to 5 star hotels during 2022. The simulation results show fluctuations in the number of guests throughout 2025 with the highest peak in December, especially in 3 star and 4 star hotels. The Monte Carlo method has proven to be effective in providing accurate predictions. accurate and reliable. The implication of this research is that stakeholders in the NTB hotel and tourism sector can use the results of these predictions for better strategic planning and decision making. This research is limited to data for 2022, so it is recommended that further research use data with a longer time span and consider external factors that influence the number of hotel guests. Combinations of other prediction methods can also be explored to improve the accuracy and reliability of predictions.
