Abstract

This research explains the buying and selling of food with the All You Can Eat concept and is explained from the perspective of Sharia economic law. This buying and selling is done to attract buyers or visitors to take part in a tradition that has existed for a long time but is currently developing again and is being born in a modern way, namely the tradition of food being served in a buffet style so that now many people are following a trend called All you can eat. Basically this is a marketing strategy. The writing method used is using library research and qualitative field research, namely participating as a buyer when making a transaction using the All you can eat concept.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) To find out more about the implementation of the tahajjud prayer program UNSIQ Central Java School Student Islamic in Wonosobo; 2) To determine the effectiveness of the tahajjud prayer program Wonosobo in forming student discipline at the UNSIQ Central Java Student Islamic Boarding School in Wonosobo; 3) To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of tahajjud prayers at the UNSIQ Central Jawa Atudent Islamic Boarding School in Wonosobo. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research methodology, specifically focused on field research. Interviews, observation and documentation are the approaches used in data collection procedures. Data sources include students, boarding school administrators, and caregivers. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are the data analysis techniques used. The results of the research show that: (1) There are two procedures for carrying out the tahajjud prayer at the UNSIQ Student Islamic Boarding School. During the month of Ramadan it is carried out in congregation; outside of this time, it is done individually. (2) The tahajjud prayer program at the UNSIQ Student Islamic Boarding School is useful in fostering and forming a disciplined attitude towards time management, enforcing rules, worship and discipline. (3) Supporting factors for implementing the tahajjjud prayer at the UNSIQ Student Islamic Boarding  School include awareness of students, cooperation between caregivers and boarding school administrators in providing support and understanding of the importance of the tahajud prayer, as well as the role of peers. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include students inadequate understanding, less strategic toilet locations, unstable sleep schedules for students, and the impact of unpredictable weather changes.

Abstract

The meaningful learning story of Prophet Adam in Q.S Al-Baqarah Ayat 31-34 describes the educational interaction between Allah SWT, the Angels, and Prophet Adam AS. This story is full of meaning about the learning process. The Learning Methods in the story of Prophet Adam include the Story Method, Direct Instruction, Questioning Method, and Demonstration Method. These methods are very effective and relevant to modern education. These methods can be combined to create learning that is interesting, effective, and relevant to the needs of today's students. Teachers can utilize various media and technology to support the implementation of these methods. The right and effective methods will produce an intelligent, humanist, and noble generation. This research focuses on the learning methods in the story of Prophet Adam in Q.S. Al-Baqarah Ayat 31-34. By studying the learning methods in the story of Prophet Adam, educators can find new inspiration and insights to design effective learning methods in the modern era.

Abstract

Being late for school, not going to class during class time, not dressing according to the applicable rules, and not wearing complete attributes are the behaviors of students that the author found at MTs Al-Ghozaly Wonosobo. The above actions are undisciplined behavior of students because discipline is an adjustment to a situation, where a person is able to move and regulate himself in all things with his own control, and must adapt to religious values ​​and norms that apply in the environment. public. Therefore, students are expected to learn discipline, and teachers always monitor the behavior of their students, to avoid disciplinary actions occurring because a teacher's job is not only to deliver learning material, but more than that, a teacher must build competence and students through the learning process and through guidance and counseling approaches. This research aims to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in fostering students' disciplinary attitudes. This research was carried out from April to May 2024 at MTs Al-Ghozali Wonosobo. The research uses field research with descriptive qualitative methods. Researchers use techniques and data collection, namely: 1). observation techniques, 2). interview, 3). documentation. From the data that researchers obtained, the researchers obtained results of quite good quality. Thus the researcher concluded that the role of guidance and counseling teachers in implementing guidance and counseling service activities in fostering students' disciplinary attitudes at MTs Al-Ghozaly Wonosobo, guidance and counseling teachers can be mentors, references and guidelines, controllers and controllers. Where guidance and counseling teachers always monitor the behavior of their students during school hours, so that there are no misbehavior or disciplinary actions. Guidance and counseling teachers should convey understanding to all students regarding the importance of discipline and counseling guidance services, and add guidance and counseling service activities, especially services that can foster student discipline at MTs Al-Ghozali Wonosobo.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs play a significant role in the economic development of a country. This is because entrepreneurs bring about many changes in the development of a nation. One of the challenges faced by the Indonesian nation is how to foster and enhance entrepreneurship. Considering the number of entrepreneurs still below the minimum standard of two percent, the economic growth of Indonesia can be said to be suboptimal. Furthermore, a more fundamental understanding of entrepreneurship must be continually pursued by various parties, including within the scope of formal education, professional education, and also by the state as a primary component. This study aims to obtain comprehensive information about the definition of entrepreneurship and the characteristics of entrepreneurs using the literature study research method (library research). This research uses qualitative data, which cannot be measured on a numeric scale. The data sources used are secondary data related to the research object, which comes from books, scientific journals, seminar papers, and others.

Abstract

The formation of Islamic personality is a primary goal in Islamic education. Ethical education plays a crucial role in achieving this goal as it involves the moral and spiritual aspects of individuals. This research aims to analyze the Islamic perspective on ethical education and how it contributes to the formation of an Islamic personality. The methodology employed is a literature study involving the analysis of Islamic sources, including the Qur'an and Hadith. The analysis reveals that the Islamic approach to ethical education emphasizes the importance of good morals, social responsibility, and spiritual awareness. Islamic education should prioritize moral values such as honesty, justice, patience, and compassion. Additionally, education should encourage individuals to behave well and be responsible towards society, as well as develop spiritual awareness in their relationship with Allah. This research provides a deeper understanding of how ethical education, from an Islamic perspective, contributes to the formation of an Islamic personality.

Abstract

The emergence of high-quality Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia is a result of Islamic modernization that integrates meritocracy principles with traditional educational values. This study aims to analyze the process of school or madrasah development in improving educational quality and management through strategic steps such as needs analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The method used is a literature review to evaluate knowledge and findings from various sources. The results indicate that the development of schools or madrasahs includes enhancing curricula, facilities, teacher welfare, management, and community participation. This process is also relevant in addressing the challenges of globalization, technology, and 21st-century skills requirements. The implications suggest that continuous and adaptive development is necessary to create effective learning environments and ensure educational institutions are prepared for a competitive future.

Abstract

Islam is a religion whose holy book is the Koran and respects people of knowledge and faith. Knowledgeable people will have a positive attitude because of their knowledge and can apply it in everyday life. The purpose of writing this article is to discuss the importance of understanding Surah Al-Mujadillah verse 11 in the Al-Qur'an according to several interpretations. According to some interpretations, humans are commanded to respect other people in meetings. The discussion remains focused on how to gather according to the interests of the ulama, where to achieve higher knowledge, seekers of knowledge must follow the provisions of Allah SWT and must be polite when attending meetings.

Abstract

The importance of good teacher ethics in the educational process is able to create a positive and productive educational environment that can affect academic learning, moral and social development for students. This research aims to: 1) find out the intraksi between teachers and students according to the book tadzkirotus sami' wal mutakallim fi adabil alim wal muta'alim; 2) knowing good teacher manners so that they are channeled and can set an example as a good example for students; 3) knowing the internal and external factors that can contribute to the teacher so that there is a misappropriation that affects the image of the teacher. This study uses a strong research approach where the type of research is library research. The results of this study show that: 1) good interaction between teachers and students in the book tadzkirotus sami' wal mutakallim fi adabil alim wal muta'alim, one of which is by sincerely intending to seek the pleasure of Allah SWT, patience, and gentleness. In addition, students are taught to always be polite to anyone, as well as interact positively which is emphasized to form relationships full of moral and ethical values. 2) Good teacher ethics can certainly create a positive and productive learning environment, including professionalism and providing a good example to form a good character in students. 3) Internal factors include a lack of ethical awareness and emotional pressure, then external factors, namely economic demands and lack of supervision that can result in the emergence of unethical behavior. To prevent these abuses, it is necessary to increase ethical leadership and increase supervision of character education for teachers and students.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the concepts of religious moderation and Islamic education according to the perspective of K.H Abdurrahman Wahid, and their relevance in the context of Indonesia's rich diversity. Conducted through qualitative literature research using content analysis approach, the study found that Abdurrahman Wahid views education as a process that should adapt to contemporary developments, integrating classical and modern knowledge without losing the essence of Islamic teachings. He advocates for stimulating intellectual development among students while avoiding doctrinal approaches. Furthermore, religious moderation in Indonesia is seen to have achieved a balanced approach, although efforts are needed to strengthen harmony amidst conflicts in various regions. Abdurrahman Wahid also highlights the relevance of Islamic education to religious moderation, emphasizing values such as multiculturalism, liberation, humanism, and inclusivity. The significance of these concepts is considered logical and crucial for discussion in the context of an era increasingly emphasizing openness over exclusivity.
