Abstract

This study plans to decide and demonstrate the impact of Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Value Procuring Proportion (PER) on share costs in Adro Energy Tbk. organizations in 2017-2023. The information utilized in this study is auxiliary information got from different gatherings, to be specific the Indonesia Stock Trade as organization fiscal reports. The example added up to 1 organization. The examination methods completed are by trying old style suspicions, coefficient of assurance (R2), different direct relapse, and speculation tests (F test and t test). Abstract

This examination intends to investigate the impact of the capacity to understand individuals on a deeper level and work discipline on representative execution and occupation fulfillment at the Sleman Regime DPRD Secretariat Office. Information was gathered by appropriating polls to respondents who worked in the workplace. The aftereffects of the investigation show that capacity to appreciate anyone on a deeper level and work discipline are fundamentally connected with representative execution. Respondents with an elevated degree of the capacity to understand people at their core will generally show better execution, as do those with an elevated degree of work discipline. The ramifications of this exploration is the requirement for more prominent consideration regarding the advancement of the ability to appreciate anyone on a profound level and expanding work discipline in the workplace to accomplish ideal execution. This exploration makes a significant commitment in figuring out the variables that impact worker execution, particularly in government office conditions.

Abstract

This research examines (1) motivation on employee performance at PT Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo, (2) organizational culture on employee performance at PT Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo, and (3) motivation that determines employee performance and the influence of organizational culture. At PT Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo. This research will study cause and effect relationships using a quantitative approach. This research is classified as survey research whose research instrument is a questionnaire. The sample for this research consisted of 120 employees from all departments of PT Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo. The sampling technique used was proportional sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The test results state: (1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo employees. It can be seen that the beta coefficient (β) is 0.135 (p=0.039) and contributes to the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo of (∆R2) 0.045; (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo employees. It can be seen from the beta coefficient (β) of 0.281 (p=0.003) and the contribution of organizational culture to employee performance at PT Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo of (∆R2) 0.090; and (3) motivation and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Madukismo employees. It can be seen using the statistical results of the regression test that motivation with a beta coefficient (β) of 0.276 (p=0.024) and organizational culture (β) of 0.123 (p=0.003) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance is (∆R2) 0.085 (8.5%) and the rest are other variables.

Abstract

Implementing inclusive learning strategies in madrasas or schools is an approach that aims to emphasize the importance of inclusion and acceptance for all students without exception. In an educational context, inclusive strategies can include a variety of learning methods and techniques that enable every student, including those with special needs, to learn effectively and feel welcome in the educational environment. Inclusive learning strategies in madrasas or schools can involve the use of differentiation approaches, collaboration between teachers and other educational staff, the use of technology that supports needs-based learning, as well as approaches that focus on the diversity and uniqueness of each student. Through implementing this inclusive strategy, it is hoped that every student can receive quality education and meet their individual learning needs. Thus, implementing inclusive learning strategies in madrasas or schools is not only important to improve the quality of education, but also to realize the vision of education that is inclusive, fair and equal for all students. Therefore, the role of teachers, teaching staff, parents and all related parties is very important in supporting and implementing inclusive learning strategies effectively and sustainably. This research uses a literature review method by searching for related sources.

Abstract

Learning is an activity that is deliberately carried out so that there is a change in one's abilities, by learning children who previously did not know, were unskilled, become knowledgeable and skilled. Meanwhile, learning is a process of interaction between educators and students, and learning resources in educational environmental units. Learning is assistance provided by educators so that knowledge, knowledge and mastery can be acquired. The use of various learning resources in educational institutions is always influenced by various factors, namely internal factors that have a dominant influence on the learning and learning process such as awareness, enthusiasm, attitudes, interests, metacognition, abilities, skills and personal comfort for users; Meanwhile, external factors are those that influence the availability of varied learning resources, ease of access to learning resources, learning processes, space, human resources, as well as traditions and systems currently in force in schools/educational institutions.

Abstract

Cultural history in East Sumatra, close relationship with interactions between residents and immigrants. North Sumatra is one of the well-known migration destination areas in Indonesia and even Asia, because it is supported by its rapid economic development. The governments of kingdoms and sultanates in the past were founded on the banks of rivers which were the means and source of social and economic life. The Panai Sultanate was one of the sultanates that built a government center on the river bank. Apart from being a strategic location and a source of livelihood. The main focus of this thesis problem is the history of a sultanate that was once established in the city of Labuhanbilik by analyzing the sultanate. This sultanate is called the Panai Sultanate which is located in Labuhanbilik Village, Central Panai District. Another problem is that the author discusses the dynamics of the Panai Sultanate in 1862-1946 and the factors of the destruction of the Panai Sultanate. The type of method used in this research process is the historical research method. Meanwhile, for the approach, the author uses a qualitative approach. In searching for data, this research uses data collection techniques which consist of three types, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The observation technique was carried out by going directly to research locations such as the Panai Grand Mosque, Tengku Kelana Putra Tomb, Labuhanbatu Regency Regional Library, Tengku Luckman Sinar Reading Park, and the area of ​​the former Panai sultanate located in Labuhanbilik Village, Central Panai District. Meanwhile, the interview technique was carried out using interview sessions with informants, namely community leaders from Labuhanbilik Village, staff from the Panai Tengah sub-district office, and officials from the Mabmi Medan office management. And documentation techniques are carried out by collecting sources, both oral and written sources. The results obtained from this research are that the Panai Sultanate was an ethnic Malay Sultanate that was founded around 1670 with the first capital being Kampung Sipege, then Mabar Negeri Lama and finally Labuhanbilik. The Panai Sultanate has a royal leadership lineage of ten kings. The ten kings are Raja Murai, Raja Umu, Raja Muhammad Soleh, Raja Kaharuddin, Raja Abdullah, Raja Muhammad Tahir, Tengku Sulong Syahnara, Tengku Kelana Putra, Tengku Mahmud Aman, and Tengku Hamlet. The Panai Sultanate was destroyed when the social revolution occurred in 1946 in East Sumatra. The fact that can prove the existence of the Panai Sultanate is the existence of the remains of this Sultanate to this day in the form of mosques and tombs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze financial performance using financial ratio analysis in PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Period 2018-2022. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The research was conducted through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study is all financial statements of retail companies in the supermarket and minimarket subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018 - 2022, while the sample of this study is PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk for the period 2018-2022. The data collection technique in this study is documentation while the data analysis technique uses financial ratios namely liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio and market value ratio. The results showed that the level of financial ratios of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. tends to be above the industry standard average which shows financial performance is in good condition.

Abstract

The 2024 Indonesian presidential election becomes a contest to choose new presidential and vice-presidential candidates for the 2024-2029 period. Various methods are employed by each candidate pair to occupy the presidential seat in Indonesia. As known, media coverage of this presidential election has given rise to a discourse with multiple interpretations. The aim of this research is to analyze a discourse within critical discourse analysis to examine the construction built by Tempo media in depicting the president's image according to Norman Fairlough's critical discourse. This research employs a qualitative approach with content analysis method. The research findings indicate that Description: The news title reflects the President's role as a supporter of Prabowo Subianto. Interpretation: The President's actions indicate significant interference in the electoral process. Explanation: This discourse reproduces power structures and influences public perception of democracy. In conclusion, the importance of understanding discourse construction in news and its impact on public perception of the political process becomes evident, with emphasis on the need for the independence and neutrality of electoral institutions becoming more prominent.

Abstract

Electronic Trial is a series of processes of examining, adjudicating and deciding the Defendant's case by the Court which is carried out with the support of information and communication technology, audio visual and other electronic means based on the provisions of Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Administration and Trial of Criminal Cases in Electronic Courts. Carrying out administration and litigation in court through an electronic system to realize the creation of a litigation system that is more orderly, easier and in line with the needs of the times. This electronic court proceeding system is more familiar with the term e-Court. The method used in this writing is empirical juridical with an emphasis on juridical facts obtained by field researchers. The mechanism for conducting electronic hearings is based on the provisions of Article 1 Numbers 11 and 12, including electronic case administration, namely the process of delegating, receiving and numbering cases, determining the day of the hearing, determining the method of the hearing, sending summons/notifications, submitting objection documents, responding to objections, demands. , defense, replica, duplicate, verdict, excerpt of the verdict, sending a copy of the verdict to the Prosecutor and Investigator electronically via the E-court application system. The purpose of establishing electronic trials, known as e-litigation, is to support the effectiveness of a court in adjudicating and examining cases so that they can be effective in accordance with the principles of simple, fast and low-cost justice.

Abstract

Character education is a fundamental element in the educational process, especially at the elementary school level where students are at the critical stage of forming values ​​and principles. At this age, students are experiencing rapid physical, mental, emotional and social development. Therefore, character education is very important to help students build strong moral and social foundations. In the context of Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) subjects, the integration of character values ​​not only enriches the curriculum but also strengthens students' moral and social foundations. PJOK's diverse and dynamic activities, such as games, sports and other physical activities, provide an ideal platform for instilling important values ​​such as honesty, discipline, cooperation, responsibility and sportsmanship. Through a systematic and reflective approach, this research identifies effective methods for integrating these values ​​into daily PJOK activities. This includes developing a curriculum designed to promote positive social interactions, increased self-awareness, and appreciation for diversity and inclusion. For example, in team games, students can learn about cooperation, communication, and mutual respect. In individual activities, students can develop self-discipline, responsibility, and sportsmanship. Additionally, teachers can facilitate reflective discussions after activities to help students understand and internalize the values ​​they have put into practice. By systematically integrating character education in PJOK subjects, this research aims to help students not only develop physical abilities, but also build strong character, which will be the foundation for their future development. And thus, PJOK learning does not only focus on physical development but also on strengthening character, which ultimately forms students who are holistically healthy - both physically and socially-emotionally. This research provides new insights into the potential of PJOK learning as a tool for character education, offers concrete strategies for educators to implement these values ​​effectively, and highlights the importance of integrated character education in the elementary school curriculum.
