Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the factors that affect the sale of agricultural products in the farm market mekar jaya kelurahan toapaya asri, case study on visitors who buy agricultural products in the farm market bloom jaya kelurahan toapaya asri. Number of variables studied are independent variable of product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4) to sales dependent variable (Y). method using regression analysis with sample amounted to 100 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique. The result showed that the coefficient of determination (R square) was 0.815. the contribution of product variables, price, place and promotion to sales is 81,5% (0,815 x 100%) while the remaining 18,5% is influenced by other factors not in carefully.

Abstract

There are always the risks faced when running a company. The risk comes either from internal or external which made the company suffer losses. The purpose of this research is to understand more the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management in attempt to identify a Digital Printing shop risks that exist within the company that are used to anticipate the arise of the risks. The digital tavern of CV. DUTA KARYA UTAMA is an object of this research. This study uses qualitative methods by using method of interview and observation. It is recommended for using ISO 31000 as risk management approach to resolve risks properly. This research showed that there are 15 risks in the company. It should be noted that the company risks haven’t been handling is the cause of the company loses. The company is required by handling the risk properly so the company can run the company’s operational activities more effective and manage the risks involed better and proper as well as in accordance with the level of risk faced by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determination of competence, work environment and effectiveness of employee performance through job satisfaction of STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang employees. The research method used was a survey, namely the method in which respondents were employees with a total population of 122 people and 122 respondents. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using Amos for Windows version 20.0. From the results of this study found that the competence determines positively and significantly to job satisfaction, the work environment determines positively and significantly to job satisfaction, effectiveness determines positively and significantly to job satisfaction, competence determines positively and significantly to employee performance, work environment determines positively and significantly towards employee performance, effectiveness determines positively and significantly on employee performance, job satisfaction determines positively and significantly on employee performance, competency determines positively and significantly on employee performance, and employee performance changes are influenced by competence, work environment, effectiveness and job satisfaction of 76.2%, while changes in job satisfaction are influenced by competence, work environment and effectiveness of 60.5%.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture to develop stub programs 12-years compulsory education. One of the program purpose is to give opportunity to all people, especially the econimacally disadvantaged to obtain secondary level educational sevices, especially high school. To achieve the goal of the government stub program Compulsory 12 has set up a School Operational Assistance (BOS) High School that will be distributed to public and private high school across Indonesia. One of this SMA BOS program purpose is helping schools to meet the non-personnel operating costs. The issue is raised in this research is how the quality of operational fund delivery service in the high school level that given by the Tanjungpinang city department of education and culture. This research’s purpose are to describe and analyze the quality of public sevices in the distribution of BOS funds high school level in Tanjungpinang city. This research used a qualitative research model with data collection technique through interviews with instrument data collecting interview guide. The informan in this research is KASI SARPRAS of high school education department, kasi sarpras High School as the responsible management of BOS funds high-school level. The results from this research : The level of Service Qualty Distribution of BOS funds, this can be seen from the delay in funds that go into the school’s account.

Abstract

Stress is unavoidable in human life, including in working environment. Many researchers have reported different source of the stress and coping methods for the employees in general. However, little has been done to explore the source of the stress and coping methods specifically for newly hired employees. This study, using qualitative design, tried to look at the source of the stress in working environment specifically for the newly hired employees. Data were collected through interview with 4 participants who are working in private sector in Malaysia. The result of the study shows that the source of stress ranging from the nature of the job, task related stressor, new environment and also unsupportive environment, and their coping methods including escapism, seek for social support and informational help. This result, however cannot be generalized, however, it may help in understanding and appreciate the uniqueness in employees perception of stressors and effective coping methods

Abstract

Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor merupakan salah satu sumber Pendapatan Daerah yang mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan Daerah. Dalam saldo akhir pengelolaan pajak kendaraan bermotor roda dua dan empat per 31 desember 2017, kantor UPT PPD Kota Tanjungpinang. Jika dilihat masih banyaknya kendaraan yang menunggak pajak, dari sejumlah infromasi yang diperoleh dari hasil pra penelitian memperlihatkan indikasi kegiatan pemungutan tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor belum terlaksana dengan baik. Hingga kini baru 17,38 persen warga Kepri yang taat membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor termasuk Kota Tanjungpinang Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Dalam Menanggulangi Tunggakan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Di Kota Tanjungpinang (Studi Kantor UPT PPD Kota Tanjungpinang). Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Irfan (2014:260). Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel 5 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat diketahui bahwa Strategi Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Dalam Menanggulangi Tunggakan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Di Kota Tanjungpinang(Studi Kantor UPT PPD Kota Tanjungpinang) belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini karena masih banyaknya kelemahan serta ancaman yang datang baik dari dalam maupun dari luar. Adanya sanksi yang tegas yang dibuat dalam satu peraturan untuk masyarakat yang menunggak pajak seperti di pasang stiker seperti “kendaraan ini tidak taat pajak” hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat tidak takut akan denda keterlambatan 2 % sehingga perlu ada sanksi yang lain seperti menimbulkan rasa takut atau malu untuk membayar pajak. Memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dan memberikan informasi yang jelas kepada masyarakat mengenai syarat-syarat dan membuat program-program seperti program pemutihan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Adanya program lain seperti pembayaran pajak secara jemput bola, menggunakan aplikasi khusus seperti “Go Pajak” sehingga masyarakat tidak lagi harus datang kekantor jika mau membayar pajak. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of promotion, price perceptions and consumer attitudes towards purchasing decisions of Suzuki cars at PT.Arista Suskes Abadi tanjung pinang The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research that explains a phenomenon about why and how things happen by using descriptive statistical methods, namely research that aims to test whether there is a relationship and the influence between independent and related variables. The research method used in this study was to use a questionnaire method and literature study conducted systematically. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. Processing data using the SPSS version 21.00 computer software program. This research has fulfilled the requirements for data validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the Classical Assumption Test, Regression, Multiple Linear, Hypothesis Test, and Determination Coefficient Analysis. The results of this study indicate that based on partial testing it turns out that the results of the study prove that the promotion variable (X1), price perception (X2) and consumer attitudes (X3) have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, this can be seen promotion variable tcount 2.490> ttable value 2.00324 , price perception variable (5,697> ttable 2,00324) and then variable consumer attitudes (3,522> ttable 2,002). Based on simultaneous testing, the results of the study show that the value of Fcount> Ftable (53,512> 2.76). The conclusion of this study is that the variable promotions, price perceptions and consumer attitudes together influence the purchasing decisions of Suzuki cars at PT.Arista Suskes Abadi Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial kepemimpinan kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional serta motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui lebih besar mana pengaruh secara langsung (kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta) dengan pengaruh tidak langsung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Metode sensus adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda serta analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional serta motivasi kerja secara parsial dan simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional serta motivasi kerja secara parsial dan simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Komitmen Organisasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh secara langsung kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh lebih besar daripada pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Transportasi pada saat ini adalah sarana perpindahan barang dan jasa dari satu tempat ke tempat lain. kualitas layanan bukan prioritas. Prioritas utama sekarang adalah transportasi umum yang sangat terjangkau oleh seluruh masyarakat. Namun seringkali alasan tersebut digunakan untuk menurunkan kualitas layanan. Sedangkan pelayanan publik harus didahulukan karena melibatkan kehidupan banyak orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang Kualitas Layanan Perbandingan Bus Transportasi dan Bus Trans Kepri Damri 2) untuk menentukan dimensi mana yang mempengaruhi Bus Transportasi. Damri dan Trans Kepri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi melalui qusioner untuk mengeksplorasi data yng yang membutuhkan. Adapun pengolahan data dianalisis untuk validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis responden, analisis pertanyaan, kualitas analisis komparatif, dan analisis lima dimensi menggunakan program SPSS dan dimensi yang memiliki sedikit suara di kedua bus transportasi. Damri adalah dimensi empati dibandingkan dimensi bukti fisik, reliabilitas, pemahaman dan jaaminan, sedangkan dimensi yang sedikit baik untuk transportasi Bus Trans Kepri adalah bukti fisik, reliabilitas, dan daya tangkap daripada jaminan dan empati

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in organizational commitment in advancing from gender in the women's empowerment, child protection and community empowerment services using quantitative research. From the results of data analysis using the Independent Sample T Test, it was found that there were differences in organizational commitment between employees with male sex and employees with female sex with a difference of 0.247 and Sig. (2- tailed) of 0.017 or 1.7% which is smaller than 0.05 or 5%. Which means that there are significant differences in the level of organizational commitment of employees with male sex compared to employees with female gender. And based on the results of a descriptive analysis of the variables obtained overall organizational commitment of employees with sufficient results.
