Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing strategies through endorsement content on Instagram on increasing the Golden Black Coffee business, owned by Tasya Farasya. This study adopts the approach of media economic theory, social influence theory, and integrated marketing communications (IMC) to understand how promotional strategies can influence consumer behavior, especially among the younger generation. Research data was obtained through direct observation, interviews with the Golden Black Coffee marketing team, and collection of relevant documentation. KPI 5D students were selected as the target audience to understand the response to this marketing strategy. The results of the study show that Instagram as a social media platform makes a significant contribution to building brand awareness, increasing product appeal, and expanding market reach. Endorsement by Tasya Farasya has proven effective in creating emotional connections with consumers through an attractive visual approach and storytelling that is relevant to the lifestyle of the younger generation. The findings also show that the credibility and appeal of influencers play an important role in increasing trust in products and driving purchasing decisions. In addition, content diversification strategies, such as the use of Instagram Reels and Stories features, have helped strengthen the relationship between brands and consumers. This study recommends optimizing marketing strategies through platform diversification, collaboration with micro-influencers, and creating more interactive and personalized visual content. By strategically utilizing the power of social media and understanding consumer needs and preferences, Golden Black Coffee can maintain its competitive position in the market while increasing customer loyalty.

Abstract

Supersemar, as a historical event, marked the transition of power from President Soekarno to Soeharto, with profound implications for Indonesia's political stability. This study examines the dynamics of power transformation using Samuel P. Huntington's theory of political stability, emphasizing the necessity of robust institutions to accommodate societal changes. It finds that Soeharto's measures, such as the dissolution of PKI and political restructuring, created temporary stability through military dominance but restricted public participation, leading to a long-term legitimacy crisis. Indonesia's experience highlights Huntington's theory's relevance in understanding the tension between stability and political participation in developing nations.

Abstract

The current digital era has changed many things including the way people shop by offering easy access and various attractive promotions. This can encourage consumer behavior, such as the tendency to buy more goods because of discounts, flash sales, and ease of transactions. Therefore, financial management is an important thing to do for everyone, including students. This study aims to explore the influence of financial knowledge and locus of control on the financial management behavior of students in Surabaya. By having good financial knowledge, it can prevent everyone from doing wasteful or consumptive behavior. Of course, this needs to be supported by having a locus of control. Locus of control reflects an individual's belief in their ability to control the actions taken, divided into internal and external locus of control. In the context of financial management, students with an internal locus of control tend to be more proactive and responsible in managing their finances compared to those with an external locus of control. This study involved 86 student respondents with different study programs and from various universities in Surabaya. Data were collected through a questionnaire to test financial knowledge, locus of control and financial management practices. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression method to identify significant relationship between financial knowledge and locus of control on financial management behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran konsumen dalam menciptakan keseimbangan pasar sempurna, sebuah konsep ekonomi ideal yang ditandai oleh persaingan sehat, transparansi informasi, dan kesetaraan dalam akses terhadap sumber daya. Dalam konteks pasar modern yang seringkali didominasi oleh pelaku besar, konsumen memiliki posisi strategis dalam memengaruhi dinamika pasar. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk mengkaji bagaimana keputusan dan preferensi konsumen dapat mendukung terciptanya pasar sempurna serta mengidentifikasi hambatan utama yang dihadapi dalam proses ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen yang berperilaku rasional dan etis dapat mendorong peningkatan kualitas produk, inovasi, dan persaingan sehat.

Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced significant growth over the past two decades, contributing to the national financial system. This study aims to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the supervisory and control system for Islamic banking in Indonesia. The methodology employed in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, including literature studies and interviews with experts in the field of Islamic banking. The results indicate that although the regulatory framework for Islamic banking in Indonesia has developed well, challenges in human resource development, technological infrastructure, and regulatory harmonization persist. Efforts are needed to enhance the competencies of Islamic banking supervisors and integrate technology to address challenges in the current digital era. This research provides recommendations for improving the effectiveness of supervision and control of Islamic banking in Indonesia to contribute more significantly to national economic stability and growth.

Abstract

Recruitment is the process of searching for, attracting, and selecting qualified job candidates to fill specific positions within an organization. The recruitment strategy for teachers that school principals face involves balancing short-term and long-term needs. Teacher recruitment is crucial in school human resource management, as it directly impacts the quality of education. The research method used is a literature review, which involves collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant literature on teacher recruitment and workforce planning. Literature sources are drawn from journals, books, and academic articles discussing human resource management in education. This study aims to understand the challenges principals face in teacher recruitment and explore applicable strategies. Additionally, the study provides recommendations to assist principals in formulating sustainable recruitment strategies. The research findings show that a combination of short-term and long-term strategies helps maintain both teaching staff stability and educational quality. These recommendations support strategic, flexible recruitment planning and the professional development of teachers to address future challenges.

Abstract

The problems studied in this study are how the Notary's Legal Responsibility for Forgery of the Making of the Deed of Statement of the GMS Decision, what are the Legal Consequences of Forgery of the Making of the Deed of Statement of the GMS Decision Made by a Notary and what are the Considerations of the District Court Judge in the Decision of Case Number: 898 / Pid.B / 2022 / PN.Jkt.Brt. The method used in this study is normative juridical or library legal research which can be interpreted as legal research by examining library materials and secondary materials. The nature used in this study is descriptive-analytical. The data collection technique used in this study is through literature study. The data collection tool used in this study is document study, which includes legislation and other documents directly related to the problems discussed. The data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and conclusions drawn deductively. The results of this study explain that the elements of the crime of forgery of a deed then deliberate/negligent error that the notary made the deed intentionally or knowingly or desired the result is that the deed is aware that the deed violates the formal aspects of making a notarial deed and the making of the deed is based on the will of the notary because the documents listed in the deed are fake documents and the related party denies the existence of the deed. Legal Consequences of Forgery of Making a Deed of Statement of the Decision of the Extraordinary GMS Made by a Notary are that the notary is sentenced to a criminal penalty with the offense of forgery of Article 266 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. Analysis of the Judge's Decision Considerations of the District Court Judge in the Decision of Case Number: 898/Pid.B/2022/PN.Jkt.But is that the Defendant has committed an act of forgery of a deed and sentenced the Defendant to submit to this decision.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a major impact on the way humans interact and consume information. One of the media that has a strong influence in disseminating information and global trends is YouTube. YouTube not only functions as an entertainment platform, but also as a space for users to learn, express and participate in social phenomena. Among teenagers, YouTube has become one of the main platforms for consuming popular content, with trends often being adopted and imitated en masse. Challenge video content is a form of trend that often spreads widely among users, especially through the influence of well-known content creators. In this research, researchers used an interpretive paradigm. The interpretive paradigm is a methodological approach in social research that emphasizes the subjective understanding of individuals and how they give meaning to their experiences in a particular social context. Based on the results of research conducted and the results of our interviews, it shows that the challenge phenomenon is viral among KPI 5C students, which was inspired by content on the YouTube channel Mr. Beast, is a clear example of Social Imitation Theory (Social Learning Theory). In this context, students not only imitate the pattern of challenges that provide entertainment and great prizes but also adopt creativity and innovation in their own content creation.

Dalam ekonomi mikro terdapat keseimbangan konsumen, yang menjelaskan bagaimana memilih untuk menggunakan sumber daya mereka yang terbatas untuk memaksimalkan kepuasan mereka. Untuk menganalisis keseimbangan konsumen, ada dua pendekatan utama: pendekatan cardinal dan pendekatan ordinal. Pendekatan cardinal berfokus pada urutan preferensi tetapi tidak mengukur utilitas secara langsung. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk membahas kedua metode tersebut, membandingkan keuntungan dan kekurangan masing-masing, dan memberikan contoh kasus yang relevan untuk menjelaskan ide-ide yang dibahas..

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to identification and assessment, as well as the Activity of Daily Living (ADL) program applied to visually impaired students at SLB SATHITEN Malang City. This research was conducted using the literature study method and descriptive observation where the results of the study show that the role of assessment in identifying the needs of children with visual impairments is very important to understand the child's condition thoroughly and design appropriate interventions. The assessment also helps to identify the extent to which children can be independent in performing activities of daily living (ADL).
