Abstract

Youtube users who want to utilize it as a business medium, there are some rules to follow. The regulations set by Youtube also adjust according to the applicable laws of the country, where copyright is regulated. This is in line with the rise of Youtube channels that upload videos from their original channels without the permission of the video owner. With the rampant incident then the purpose of making this article is the protection of Copyright of Youtube content that is illegally uploaded (reuploaded) as well as an attempt to obtain Copyright protection in the work of Youtube content. The research method used is normative jurisprudence by analyzing legally based on material derived from RegulationsLegislationand literary materials related to Copyright. Through the results of the article drawn a conclusion that the moral right in the article UUHC states to still include or not include his name on the relevant copy of his work used for social, use an alias or real name, change, maintain the title, modify it. The filing of a litigation suit may be made to the Commercial Court with reference to Article 95 paragraph (2) UUHC. As well as potentially through non-litigation routes.

Abstract

This study explores the contribution of the administrators and congregation of the Baitul Hikmah Mosque, Sokopuro, Diwek, Jombang in implementing plastic bottle alms and echoing piety for sustainable living through. A qualitative phenomenological approach was used with in-depth interview techniques, observation, and document analysis. The Plastic Bottle Waste Alms Program has a positive impact on congregation awareness andreducing environmental footprint. The results show that the administrators and congregation of the Mosque have succeeded in integrating Islamic values in sustainable practices by utilizing the mosque as an environmental education center. The collaborative program with the Tebuireng Waste Bank and the Baitul Hikmah Mosque has supported the successful implementation of the plastic bottle alms program. This study concludes that the program can be a strategic model for other mosques to increase public awareness and participation in environmental conservation. Thus, it also makes the place of worship as one of the religious movements as a center for social change based on Islamic teachings in responding to the environmental crisis.

Abstract

Salon Eyelashtika Kota Malang is an SME in the beauty industry that focuses on nail art and eyelash extension services. Its promotions are still limited to WhatsApp and Instagram, with content consisting of photos without videos, which does not have a significant impact on increasing engagement. Therefore, this study aims to create video advertising content that is broadcast through the Instagram Reels feature to increase the effectiveness of Salon Eyelashtika's promotions.  This study used the Action Research method, which consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Video content was created using Sony Vegas Pro 14.0 software. Effectiveness was assessed through the distribution of questionnaires based on the EPIC (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, Communication) model to two management experts, two computer experts, and 20 prospective customers. The analysis results showed an EPIC rate of 4.6, which falls into the highly effective category, as well as a 5.2% increase in Instagram engagement rate after the video was published. These results prove that video ad content can capture audience attention and increase interaction on social media. The Instagram Reels video ad created was proven effective in increasing the engagement of the Salon Eyelashtika Instagram account. This strategy is recommended for SMEs to enhance visibility and promotional appeal through suitable digital platforms.

Abstract

The internet as part of technological advancements that are considered to have the most influence on human dynamics in the current digital era, from the latest We Are Social report, it is stated that internet users in Indonesia continue to increase from year to year. It is noted that the demographics of users aged 16-64 years who use social media the most and will continue to increase every month are the Tiktok application. The initial function of the Tiktok application is to publish short videos. The method used in this study is linear regression analysis with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. that buyer satisfaction through TikTok has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. High buyer satisfaction will make the buyer have the intention to return to the same object compared to making purchases from other service providers or products in the same industry. In other words, when users or customers feel satisfied within themselves when using the services provided by the company, it will create an intention within the customer.

Abstract

Digital transformation in financial recordkeeping has become an urgent necessity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the transportation sector which involves high transaction intensity. This study aims to analyze the implementation of MYOB (Mind Your Own Business) accounting software in OO Trans, an MSME operating in the transportation services sector. Prior to digitalization, financial records were maintained manually using Microsoft Excel, which tended to be inefficient and lacked integration. Employing a descriptive-qualitative method, this research collected data through observation, interviews, documentation, and financial data analysis for the year 2024. The results show that the adoption of MYOB significantly improved the accuracy and efficiency of financial recording. In 2024, OO Trans recorded a total revenue of IDR 82,013,000 and fuel (BBM) expenses totaling IDR 46,405,000. The average monthly revenue was IDR 6,834,417, while the average monthly fuel expense was IDR 3,867,083. Through the MYOB system, the MSME was able to generate real-time income statements and facilitate business performance analysis. Furthermore, digital financial records enhance transparency, accountability, and open up access to financing opportunities.

Abstract

Tourism is a strategic sector in economic development because it drives growth, creates jobs, and empowers communities. The Mojokerto Regency Government is focusing on developing tourist villages, including the Kampung Majapahit Bejijong Tourist Village, which has cultural and historical potential as its main attractions. However, there are still challenges such as suboptimal management, internal conflicts, and insufficient facilities. Therefore, the active role of the village government is needed in the sustainable development of tourist villages. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the Bejijong Village Government in the development of the Kampung Majapahit Bejijong tourist village in Mojokerto Regency. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, through observation, documentation, and interviews. The research location is in the Kampung Majapahit Bejijong Tourism Village. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman in Sugiyono (2022), namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The role of the village government was analyzed using six indicators from Ife and Tesoriero (2005) in Susanti (2015): role in social animation, mediation and negotiation, support provider, group facilitation, utilization of resources and skills, and organization. The results show that the Bejijong Village Government plays an active role, particularly in mediation and support provision. However, challenges include low community participation, weaknesses in facilitation, and insufficient promotion and effective digitalization. In conclusion, the role of the village government is not yet fully optimal and equitable across all aspects, necessitating strengthened empowerment and sustainable strategies.

Thel population in this study includeld all postpartum mothelrs who elxpelrielnceld aftelrpains at thel Matahari Tanjung Morawa Clinic. A total of 16 relspondelnts welrel sellelcteld using thel total sampling telchniquel. Thel indelpelndelnt variablel (Massagel ELffleluragel) whilel thel delpelndelnt variablel (Aftelrpains Pain). Thel relselarch instrumelnt useld an obselrvation shelelt and an SOP scalel shelelt. Results: From thel relsults of 16 relspondelnts, aftelr a statistical telst using thel Wilcoxonel Telst, p = 0.000 (p 0.05) was obtaineld, so Ho was reljelcteld and Ha was accelpteld. Melaning Thelrel is an ELffelct of ELffleluragel Massagel on Aftelrpains in Postpartum Mothelrs at thel Matahari Clinic Tanjung Morawa in 2025. Conclusion: In conclusion, elffleluragel massagel is an elffelctivel melthod to relducel aftelrpains in postpartum mothelrs. This intelrvelntion can bel relcommelndeld as a non-pharmacological approach in midwifelry carel to improvel matelrnal comfort and relcovelry. Abstract

In this study, issues regarding legal protection and legal consequences for female abortion victims of rape from the threat of criminal prosecution of abortion are formulated. Abortive acts are prohibited by statute, and perpetrators are subject to criminal sanctions. However, abortions can be performed with exceptions, i.e. performed because of medical indications and rape victims. Abortion performed by the female of a rape victim, should be entitled to legal protection in view of the suffering she experiences both physically and psychically. The study uses a normative jurisprudential approach method, with the specification of analytical descriptive research. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, obtained through interviews and library studies, which were then analyzed qualitatively. Basically there are no legal consequences for the woman perpetrator of abortion of the victim of rape, because the act of performing an abortion due to the presence of force based on Article 48 of the Penal Code and the rule of permission of abortion based on Article 75 paragraph (2) of Law No. 306 te9ta9. without medical indication and criminal prosecution of rape, then for the perpetrator is subjected to criminal sanctions based on: (a) Article 194 of Law Number 36 of 2009, (b) Article 299 of the Penal Code, (c) Article 346 of the Penal Code, (d) Article, 34f) of the Penal Code 349 Criminal Code. Whereas for offenders of the criminal act of rape punishable under: (a) Section 285 of the Penal Code, (b) Section 286 of the Penal Code, (c) Section 287 of the Penal Code, and (e) Section 289 of the Penal Code.

Abstract

Ibrahim bin Ahmed Al-Wafi, through the book entitled, Perceived the Qur'an in the Maghreb, Qur'anic Ar Rabi Ashara Hijri, encouraged the study of the ultimate Qur'an to us all. Departing from the intellectual restlessness of an Ibrahmi Al Wafi this, prompted him to answer various questions while conducting this research which has been booked. In this monumental work, Ibrahim Al Wafi divides the contents of his book into three chapters. Every chapter he reads in depth. Through this work, he has contributed to the thought of the latest Qur'anic study. Especially related to, how the Muslim citizens of Morocco in dialectic with the great civilizations in the early 14th century AH.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the spiritual approach in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as a strategy to reduce bullying behavior at MAN 1 Mojokerto. Bullying remains a serious issue that disrupts students’ mental and social development. The spiritual approach is chosen because it internalizes Islamic values that strengthen self-awareness, empathy, and self-control among students. Using a descriptive qualitative method through a case study, this research involves PAI teachers, homeroom teachers, and students as subjects. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the spiritual approach, implemented through activities such as self-reflection (muhasabah), contemplation (tadabbur), remembrance (dzikir), and thematic sermons, has succeeded in reducing bullying incidents by up to 40% within one semester. Despite challenges such as varying religious backgrounds among students and limited parental support, this approach proves to be more effective than punitive methods. The study recommends strengthening the spiritual approach within the character education curriculum and providing special training for PAI teachers.
