Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia is Witel Bekasi, one of the leading telecommunications companies in Indonesia, committed to developing human resources to provide excellent customer service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance at PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Bekasi. The population in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Bekasi and the number of samples used was 33 respondents. The data collection technique used was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The approach method in this study used a quantitative method with data collection through research instruments. The data analysis techniques used are instrument test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test using SPPS 27. The results of this study t_value (calculated) 2.137 t_(table) 2.042 with a significance level of 0.041 0.05 that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while career development t_value (calculated) 2.106 t_(table) 2.042 with a significance level of 0.044 0.05 has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously f_value (calculated) 5.088 f_(table) 3.316 with a significance level of 0.013 0.05 training and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Teratai Putih Global Foundation is a social institution in the field of education and community development that requires employees with high work effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of Profesional Competence and Training Intervention on employee work effectiveness using an quantitative method through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents, with data analyzed using SPSS 27. The findings indicate that Profesional Competence has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness (t = 3.305; sig. 0.002), while Training Intervention demonstrates a stronger influence (t = 5.222; sig. 0.001). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect (F = 127.654; sig. 0.001), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.838, meaning that 83.8% of the variation in work effectiveness can be explained by these two variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of da'wah management at the Al-Falah Mosque in Kertasmaya, Indramayu, and the strategies for managing religious activities in response to the dynamics of modern society. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that da'wah management at the Al-Falah Mosque has implemented management functions (planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating) effectively, although challenges remain in the areas of young congregant participation and digital media utilization.

Abstract

This study explores the representation of language, sexuality, and female identity in the novel Nyai Gowok, a controversial literary work that holds multiple cultural as well as social meanings. The main focus of this study is how the main female character Nyai Gowok constructs her identity through the use of language and sexuality in the context of Javanese patriarchal culture. The methods applied are critical discourse analysis as well as post-structuralist feminist theory, which allows for understanding the relationships of power, resistance, and agency in the stories of female characters. Analysis findings reveal that Nyai Gowok uses sexuality not just as a tool to serve men, but rather as a strategy of power and a way to assert her identity. The language found in the novel also reveals the ambivalence between subjugation and empowerment, reflecting the complexity of women’s position within the dominant social structure. Thus, Nyai Gowok becomes not only a symbol of repressed femininity, but also a figure capable of negotiating her space and meaning through body, speech, and action.

Abstract

Debt to Assets Ratio. shows the measure used in analyzing financial reports to show the amount of collateral available to creditors. Debt to Equity Ratio Ratio shows the measurement of a company's ability to pay debts with its own capital. Current Ratio shows the ratio to measure the company's ability to pay short-term obligations, the aim of  study is to determine the influence Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio on the Share Price of PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk During the Period 2010-2014. The type of research data used is a comparative casual approach, or quantitative research with a multiple linear regression model data analysis method and the data is processed using SPSS version 27. The sample collection technique used is Purposive Sampling using a saturated sample of 15 years of the Annual Reports of PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk. The data source used is secondary data used, literature studies through journal. The research result Debt to Assets Ratio calculated t-value 0.806 2.201 with a significant value  of 0.437 0.05 does not have a significant partial effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio t-value -0.169 2.201 with a significant value  of 0.869 0.05 does not have a significant partial effect on stock prices , Current Ratio t-value 0.464 2.201 with a significant value  of 0.651 0.05 does not have a significant partial effect on stock prices

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in building students’ character and work ethic at SMK Ar-Rahman Medan. The research employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation at the partner school. The findings indicate that the implementation of educational policies is carried out through well-prepared planning, socialization, training, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation. The curriculum applied integrates P5-based learning and deep learning, adjusted to each grade level through online, offline, and blended learning modes. PAI teachers adopt various strategies such as lectures, group discussions, Problem-Based Learning (PBL), and Project-Based Learning (PJBL), while also utilizing educational technology according to students’ majors. In developing religious character, discipline, and work ethic, the school provides strong support through programs such as Malam Bina Iman dan Takwa (MABIT), Qur’an learning, and the habituation of congregational prayers. The role of PAI teachers is evident in shaping students’ sense of responsibility, discipline, and motivation to learn through role modeling, habituation, and adaptive approaches to their psychological conditions. The results show significant impacts, including increased student awareness of discipline, communication ethics, responsibility, and self-control. Thus, the implementation of PAI teachers’ roles at SMK Ar-Rahman Medan proves to be significant in fostering Islamic character and a positive work ethic among students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of mortgage financing (KPR - Home Ownership) implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia Sub-Branch Office Mojosari during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a field research approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the Unit Head and Account Officer of BSI KCP Mojosari, observation, and documentation. The results showed that BSI KCP Mojosari implemented a marketing mix strategy that was not much different from the pre-pandemic period, but with a significant increase in the promotional aspect through social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. The use of digital media helped banks maintain and increase marketing activities without violating health protocols. The impact of this strategy can be seen from the increase in the number of mortgage customers from 10 people in 2019 to 20 people in 2020-2021. This research contributes to understanding the adaptation of Islamic banking marketing strategies in facing pandemic challenges.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing, explaining, and understanding the operational risks of banks on the issuance of L/C, identifying the development of crime rates through L/C and law enforcement on the misuse of L/C as a means of payment in export-import transactions. The type of research used is normative juridical, namely to examine legal concepts related to law enforcement on the misuse of letters of credit as a means of payment in export-import transactions. The results of this study reveal that the presence of fictitious documents as a means of disbursing L/C clearly contains evil motives coloring bank break-ins, as a bank that is involved in the international trade area (International track Jurvice), operational risks have certainly been calculated in advance. Risk Management should understand the potential risks. The risks that can occur in connection with the involvement of banks as guarantors and mediators between sellers and buyers from different countries. Of course it is also riskier to provide dual facilities to one customer as an importer and exporter customer at the same time. Therefore, law enforcement on the misuse of letters of credit is the application of the principle of knowing the customer which is the embryo of the principle of maximum prudence in order to minimize crime in the banking sector.

Abstract

In the current digital economy landscape, more and more investors want to invest their funds in the stock market with the aim of making a profit. This study aims to determine the Effect of Debt to Asset Ratio (Dar) and Debt to Equity Ratio (Der) on Return on Equity (Roe) in Transportation Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that partially the Debt to Asset Ratio variable shows a significant positive effect on return on equity in the transportation subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2024 period. Where Sig. 0.039 0.05 and t count 2.158 1.69389. The results of this study indicate that partially the Debt to Equity Ratio variable shows a significant influence on return on equity in the transportation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2024 period. Where Sig. 0.005 0.05 and t count -3.016 1.69389. Simultaneously, the DAR and DER variables affect the return on equity variable with a Sig value. 0.012 0.05 and f count 5.150 3.30.

Abstract

This research discusses the construction of interpretation on Q.S. Al-Maida: 51, Q.S. Al-Hujurat: 13, and Q.S. An-Nisa: 59 in Tafsir al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab, as well as its use by Indonesian political parties in the 2019 elections. The method used was qualitative with a figure thematic approach. The main findings show that the verses were interpreted to strengthen the political positions and ideological campaigns of each party, namely PPP, Golkar, and PDIP. The results of the study show that there is a correlation between religious interpretation and political interest in the dynamics of Indonesian democracy.
