Abstract

The purpose of our research is to study the application of the Roro e-ticket information system from the aspect of user needs. In determining the variables of the e-ticket information system, quantitative methods will be carried out on aspects of customer needs, technical aspects using descriptive methods. The time of the research was carried out in 2022 for 4 months. Located in Roro Harbor, Bengkalis Regency. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents who used roro in Bengkalis Regency. The research variables, namely: system (X1), price (X2), and performance (Y). The results of this study have proven that partially or simultaneously the variables X1 (system) and X2 (price) affect the Y variable (performance). The community of roro users in Bengkalis Regency hopes that the plan for implementing e-tickets in roro is no longer just a discourse but has yet to be realized. This is in accordance with the results of a survey that has been conducted. With the application of e-tickets, the roro crossing service in Bengkalis is increasingly optimal. However, the public hopes that the application of e-tickets will not affect the increase in ticket prices. Do not let the e-ticket, users are even burdened with additional costs..

Abstract

In the modern era filled with rapid advances in technology and information, the hoax phenomenon has become a very worrying global issue. Hoaxes, or false information, are often spread quickly and widely via social media and digital platforms, exploiting people's emotional vulnerabilities. The aim of this research is to understand the hoax phenomenon and its impact on human emotions in the current digital context. This research method uses a literature analysis approach using a multidisciplinary approach, namely combining theories from psychology, sociology and philosophy to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between hoaxes and human emotions in the context of human philosophy. The literature review used is the most updated journals related to the topic discussed. The results of this research define hoaxes as false or misleading information that is spread with the aim of deceiving the recipient of the information. Hoaxes are often manipulated to trigger strong emotional responses, such as fear, anger, or confusion, which makes individuals more susceptible to misleading information.In the perspective of human philosophy, emotions are seen as a fundamental aspect of human experience that influences the way we understand and respond to the world around us.  A deeper understanding of the fragility of human emotions can help develop more effective strategies to combat the spread of hoaxes and strengthen people's emotional resilience in this digital era.

Abstract

Ushul fiqh is a method for establishing fiqh law. One of the approaches used in ushul fiqh is the maqashid al-syariah approach. The maqashid al-syariah approach is used to examine the meaning or purpose of establishing a law. In practice, maqashid al-syariah cannot be separated from the sharia text or nash itself. Maqashid al-syariah has quite a big role, especially in establishing laws that are not textually stated explicitly in the text or are still dzanni al-dilalah in nature. Many of the problems that arise in sharia economics today are not written textually in the texts of the Al-Quran and Sunnah, so the maqasid al-syariah approach becomes very relevant.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between job specifications and employee performance in various company industries. Job specifications include the abilities, insight and experience needed by a company to achieve certain goals. Employee performance is measured based on several indicators such as production ability or productivity, work quality and employee efficiency. The research method used is the literature analysis method, where the researcher found that the appropriate work specification is to provide clear direction and teachings related to work. Therefore, these findings are discussed to help companies design job specifications that are in line with company goals in order to improve employee performance in order to help a company effectively achieve its goals.

Abstract

One of the important elements of regional autonomy policy is fiscal decentralization. The importance of this policy is certainly not only to increase the amount of budget that can be managed by the regional government, but it is also expected to be managed to improve regional development. In other words, through this budget, it is hoped that development problems in the region can be resolved. In the context of Medan City, the implementation of fiscal decentralization is expected to overcome the problem of unemployment. Through this policy, it is hoped that the Medan City Government can support the growth of the expected key sectors. can have an impact on the growth of other sectors, increasing output, employment opportunities, and regional income. This can be done, among others, by allocating part of the budget to these key sectors. However, some of the factors above may not necessarily have a positive impact on regional economic development. One of the factors that can be the main obstacle is institutional problems that can be counter-productive to efforts to develop the regional economy, including in overcoming the problem of unemployment. To investigate further, the factual conditions of the policy, the following things need to be questioned: (1) How is the economic structure of Medan City reviewed from the sectoral output structure, demand and supply structure, consumption structure, investment structure and stock changes, export and import structure and gross value added structure (regional income).

Abstract

Efficient archive storage is crucial in improving the performance and administration of educational institutions. This article reviews archival storage management strategies that can increase the administrative efficiency of educational institutions. In this paper, researchers use a descriptive qualitative approach with the main source of data being written data related to library management. The collected data was then subjected to data coding, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Through a literature review and case studies, the importance of implementing organized storage systems, information technology and clear policies is highlighted. Records storage governance plays a very important role in improving the administrative efficiency of educational institutions. By implementing good practices and policies regarding records storage, educational institutions can optimize information and resource management, which in turn improves the quality of the educational services they offer. With a well-organized storage structure, adequate information accessibility, and appropriate use of information technology, educational institutions can reduce time spent on administration, increase data security, and strengthen decision-making processes supported by accurate and reliable information. Apart from that, effective records storage management also contributes to increasing the accountability and transparency of educational institutions. By having a trusted archive storage system, educational institutions can better meet reporting and audit needs, as well as provide easier access for stakeholders to monitor organizational performance and activities. Thus, investment in good records storage management not only brings benefits in increasing the operational efficiency of educational institutions, but also increases the reputation and public trust in these institutions.

Abstract

The problem of murrasa in the field of Islamic sharia economics still requires a strong legal basis to remain in accordance with sharia principles. Therefore, understanding the methods of legal determination of various financial transactions and innovations is a necessity. Maslahah murlah is one of the many methods that can be used to determine this law. This research intends to examine the application of maslahah murlah in Islamic economic activities and as a method of determining law in Islamic economics. The method used is qualitative with a study of literature related to the issue of Muralah. The results of this research are that maslahah murrasa is widely used in muamalah activities or Islamic economics as an innovation in muamalah activities in which there is benefit for humanity. Such as financial transaction activities in financing agreements, profit sharing, and other contract activities that are often used in Islamic economic activities.

Abstract

The development of micro and small businesses in Sleman plays a role in absorbing labor and supporting regional gross domestic income. Based on this role, it is hoped that micro and small businesses can continue to develop and carry out business in a sustainable manner. In achieving continuous business continuity, the accounting information system is an effort to deal with financial management problems in micro and small businesses. Entrepreneurs have difficulty making decisions when their accounting and information technology knowledge and skills are low. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of various aspects of skills and knowledge on the use of accounting information systems in micro and small businesses in Sleman. This research was conducted in Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta, the data used was primary data obtained through questionnaires and tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The tool used to carry out this test is SPSS 25 software. The results obtained by the variables of business scale, age of business, level of education and accounting training have a significant positive influence on the use of accounting information systems in MSEs..

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the influence of dividend policy, debt policy and company size on company value. The sample consisted of 9 companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for 2020-2022. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 24. The research results show that dividend policy has no effect on company value, while debt policy and company size have an effect on company value.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Greek philosophy on Islamic thought, focusing on how this classical thinking shaped intellectual development within the Islamic tradition. Greek philosophy, particularly the works of philosophers such as Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle, has made significant contributions to the development of theological thought, science, and culture in Islam. The research employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach, where relevant data is collected from literature, articles, and related documents. Through the analysis of historical texts and intercultural dialogues, this study reveals how the acceptance and adaptation of Greek thought by Muslim scholars have resulted in an intellectual synergy that enriches the Islamic tradition. The findings indicate that the influence of Greek philosophy extends beyond the philosophical realm, having broad implications for the formation of mindsets and cultural development within the context of Islam.
