Abstract

The main aim of this research is to conduct an in-depth investigation into the role of closed circuit television (CCTV) in improving campus security at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The aim of the research is to examine the implementation of the description of Pancasila-based security management, with a focus on the use of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) in efforts to improve environmental security on the Bhayangkara University campus, Greater Jakarta. The results of the research hope that the installation of CCTV on the Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya campus will be effective in improving security, both as a detection tool and as a deterrent to crime. This study is motivated by the application of Pancasila values as an ideological basis for the Indonesian nation within the Bhayangkara University campus, Greater Jakarta, as Pancasila values which underlie all aspects of life and drive student character development within the campus environment to prevent criminal acts. Thus, the presence of CCTV also provides a better perception of security and comfort for academic members in the campus environment. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing CCTV technology in improving security in the campus environment to create a conducive learning environment which is based on Pancasila as the basic ideology of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

In the world of Islamic banking, employees who have precision, order and discipline in work are needed. One of the supporting factors in the effectiveness of working is the habit of prayer by each individual, in various books it is explained that there are many benefits of prayer. In addition to having religious value, it turns out that prayer is also able to influence character and positive attitudes. Prayer is also able to improve work ethic if carried out correctly. By always performing prayers, it will affect a person's work ethic. Therefore, the author wants to research how the influence of prayer on the work ethic of BTM Wiradesa employees.  This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Then the data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that prayer is able to influence the work ethic of BTM Wiradesa employees, it turns out that in addition to having worship values, prayer is also able to foster positive attitudes at work such as increasing concentration, managing stress, increasing productivity, maintaining work spirit, being able to foster an attitude of cooperation, discipline, consistency and being able to foster the value of honesty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the quality of public services at the SAMSAT office, Bonepantai District, Bone Bolango Regency. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this research show that the quality of public services at the SAMSAT office in Bonepantai District, Bone Bolango Regency has been implemented well with various commitments to improve service aspects that still need to be optimized. In terms of direct evidence (Tangible), the service looks professional and structured. In terms of reliability, there is routine monitoring and evaluation to ensure services meet standards. Its responsiveness stands out with efficient queue management and willingness to respond to requests quickly. Service assurance is reflected through transaction security and a focus on the interests of the community. The aspect of empathy (Empathy) is also maintained by friendly treatment, attention and a helpful attitude towards the community. Overall, this office provides responsive, reliable, safe and empathetic service to the community.

Abstract

The increasing cases of women becoming pregnant before marriage has resulted in many children being abandoned due to irresponsible parents. Islam and positive law are currently deemed ineffective in implementing legal objectives. Thus, it is important for this research to be carried out so that it can answer legal questions. This research aims to determine the legal protection of children born out of wedlock in terms of Islamic law and positive law. This research uses normative legal research with a legal and conceptual approach, the sources of legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials with literature review methods sourced from the Al-Quran and Hadith, books, government regulations and other things that are related. From the analysis described in this research, the conclusions reached are: 1) in Islamic law it is stated that children born out of wedlock have no lineage with their biological father, but the child still has rights which include, the right to life, care, proper education and the right to livelihood. . 2) In positive law, children born out of wedlock also have the same legal protection rights as children in general. 3) It is felt that the state has not been optimal in handling the issue of the rights of children born out of wedlock. It appears that there has been no response from State Institutions regarding changes to the Marriage Law, but only changes in the marriage age. Meanwhile, children born out of wedlock are not taken into consideration in changing the law.

Abstract

Bullying is a problem that is always discussed. Because bullying cases are still widespread in Indonesia, especially during adolescence. Adolescence is a time when a child still has great curiosity and without guidance and good parenting from parents, behaviors will emerge that will ultimately have an impact on the environment and themselves. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of bullying on teenagers' self-confidence by using quantitative research methods, namely a literature study design, where the data presented by the researcher is the result of previous research analysis. To reveal cases of problems that often arise which can later be followed up. The results of the literature study that we analyzed showed a significant influence on the very low self-confidence of bullying victims. And a child who is a victim of bullying can experience learning disorders in his academic activities. So you have to involve them in positive activities and provide love and trust which includes the perpetrators and victims of bullying and gives them an understanding of the negative impacts of bullying. For this reason, there needs to be participation between schools, teachers and guardians to overcome bullying against children. One researcher also stated that directive counseling is very effective in overcoming low self-confidence behavior.

Abstract

PT. Antam is a mining company under the auspices of BUMN which manages various mineral resources such as nickel ore, ferronickel, gold, silver, bauxite and also coal. In May 2024 it was circulated that six high-ranking officials of PT. Antam committed corruption and produced 109 tonnes of illegal gold and forged stamps. The aim of this research is how the crisis management strategy of PT. Antam and how does PT. Antam improved its image and reputation after this news. The theory used in this research is William Benoit regarding how organizations respond to threats to their image after experiencing a crisis, namely image repair. The methodusedin this researchis qualitativeby collecting data from literature studies, data collection, and monitoring news in online media. The results of this research show that from the image repair theory with crisis management at PT. Antam received an award as a company with a good reputation and performance, reducing the amount of news about this case.

Abstract

This research focuses on moral learning for students at the Al-Kautsar PP Dormitory. Darul Ulum Jombang using the Taisirul Kholaq Book as teaching material. The aim of this research is to analyze the teaching of the Taisirul Kholaq Book in the Al-Kautsar Dormitory and show the importance of the role of caregivers, ustadz and coaches in shaping the morals of students. This research also identifies the driving and inhibiting factors in the formation of santri morals. The observation method is used as a way of collecting data through systematic observation and recording of the phenomena being investigated. The interview method was also used to obtain in-depth information from respondents about the process of learning the Book of Taisirul Kholaq in forming the morals of students at the Al-Kautsar Dormitory. The collected data was analyzed using the analysis method described by Miles and Huberman, through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification activities. The results of the research show that learning about santri morals at the Al-Kautsar Dormitory focuses on teaching the Book of Taisirul Kholaq and is held regularly in one class for all santriwan and female students. The role of caregivers, ustadz and coaches is very important in shaping the morals of students, especially in Islamic boarding school environments where they act as substitute parents. Praying before studying is a practice implemented by ustadz and supervisors to shape the morals of students, with a significant impact. Encouraging factors such as role models, parents and the environment have a positive influence on the formation of students' morals, while inhibiting factors such as background and negative influences can hinder the process of forming good morals.

Abstract

This article aims to find out about the behavior of mobile bank borrowers and consider what problems the presence of these banks causes for the local community. This mobile bank is very popular among the lower middle class because it provides easy loan services and a fast process. This convenience makes mobile banks popular and accepted by the public as "emergency fund providers". Therefore, this article contains an explanation of how people behave in kp. Cikeyeup, especially for cash borrowers at mobile banks and what are the reasons behind mothers taking out loans at mobile banks. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected using interview techniques and direct observation at the research location. The results of the research carried out showed that many people were affected by this mobile bank. Many problems arise, ranging from the family's economy or finances becoming increasingly suffocated, damage to family relationships, to damage to social relations between neighbors. This happens because many people take loans from more than one bank and use the names of other people who have never taken loans from that bank. So many people end up trapped by the practice of digging holes to pay off debts.

Abstract

This study aims to deepen knowledge about out-of-court mediation as an alternative form of resolving marital disputes and how to do it. Resolving it through non-litigation settlement based on applicable law. The method applied is normative, with relevant research sources. The dispute is caused by a lack of understanding of the husband and wife regarding the values of marriage based on marriage law. Disputes that are not resolved will end in divorce can be caused by various factors such as: economy, age, and non-fulfillment of rights and obligations. to prevent divorce, the disputing parties can make efforts to resolve the dispute peacefully. The method is to appoint a mediator who is neutral from both the husband and wife. Based on this concept, a mutual agreement in resolving family problems can be resolved peacefully and accepted by both parties. The mediator in mediation is the second stage in resolving disputes, where the first stage carried out by the parties is trying to resolve it themselves and if it fails, then in this process the mediator will help. This second process includes a non-litigation settlement that takes a short time, is cost-effective, accepted by the parties and maintains the confidentiality of the disputing parties. Husband and wife should understand each other to provide accurate and undisguised information to the mediator to make it easier to resolve the problem.

Abstract

A street vendor is someone who sells on the side of the road and is always found in big cities, especially tourist cities like Yogyakarta. The large number of street vendors on the edge of Jalan Malioboro is a concern for the local government. Relocation has also become a policy carried out by the government to organize the city of Yogyakarta. There are many pros and cons to the relocation policy for Malioboro street vendors, and the average street vendor even holds a demonstration against the relocation. However, in the end this relocation policy continued to work. The street vendors in Malioboro were also relocated to Teras 1 and Teras 2. From this case study research will be carried out regarding the analysis of factors that influence the income of street vendors in Malioboro after relocation. The aim of this research is to find out whether location, working hours, length of business, and type of goods influence the income of street vendors in Malioboro Yogyakarta after relocating to Teras 1 and Teras 2. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method, the data used is primary data, cross section time type, the location of this research is Teras 1 and Teras 2 Malioboro Yogyakarta. The analytical tool in this research uses multiple linear methods. The research results show that there is a difference in traders' income before relocation and after relocation. Judging from the results of the analysis of the difference between the two averages, the daily income of Malioboro Yogyakarta street vendors after relocation is apparently smaller than before relocation. Apart from that, there is a significant influence between the variables of location, working hours, length of business, and type of goods on income
