Abstract

This study aims to understand how brand image and brand trust influence purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace in the Surabaya city area. This study uses an associative quantitative research method, in which the authors conducted a survey by distributing questionnaires to Shopee users in Surabaya. Then, the validity and reliability of the data were assessed and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The number of samples in this study were 120 users, who were selected using accidental techniques. The results showed that brand image has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, with the t-test results showing a significance level of 0.040, which is smaller than the 0.05 significance level set. In addition, brand trust also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with the t test results showing a significance level of 0.000. Overall, all the variables studied have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the F test results showing a significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

The relationship between religion and politics in Indonesia is significant and complex, given that Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, yet also has a broad religious diversity. This journal explores the dynamics of the interaction between religion and politics, focusing on contemporary issues such as the role of religion-based political parties, the influence of religion in public policy, and the challenges of pluralism in the democratic era. Through literature analysis and case studies, this journal aims to identify the impacts, challenges, and implications of the interaction between religion and politics in Indonesia. This research finds that religion has a significant influence on Indonesian politics, both through political parties and public policy, but also faces challenges in maintaining pluralism and tolerance. The conclusions and recommendations generated are expected to provide new insights for researchers, policymakers, and the general public in efforts to build an inclusive and tolerant democracy.

Abstract

This research discusses the nature of women from an Islamic perspective. To build equal gender relations, we need to do these things to eliminate the perception of great injustice between men and women in all aspects of life without ignoring the nature of women. Gender is not sex, but is the placement of things in human life that must be in their place and gaps must be completely eliminated so that women can achieve standing on an equal footing with men so that there is no priority over others based on gender discrimination.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of work discipline in the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Gorontalo Regency is seen based on the indicators of work discipline proposed by Mangkunegara and Octoren (in Ratnasari et al, 2022: 109), namely: 1) Punctuality in arriving at work, 2) Accurate return home time, 3) Compliance with applicable regulations, 4) Use of work uniforms, 5) Responsibility in carrying out tasks. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation with a total of 7 informants. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in this research show that the application of work discipline at the Gorontalo Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency has been implemented as well as possible, however, there are still some employees who are not fully disciplined.

Abstract

Implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in households is one of the main keys to the success of health development programs in Indonesia.  Community awareness and willingness to implement PHBS is expected to be able to maintain and improve their health, prevent the risk of disease and protect themselves from the threat of disease. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design with a sample of 44 heads of families. Research data was processed quantitatively using univariate and bivariate analysis methods. The research results showed that the number of respondents based on non-PHBS implementation was 33 (78.5%), while the number of respondents who implemented PHBS was 9 (11.5%). There were respondents with low education (P value 0.003), knowledge (P value 0.000), clean water facilities (P value 0.017), healthy latrines (P value 0.013), income (P value 0.001).

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the Indonesia.go.id website as an Indonesian information portal from the Ministry of Communication and Information. This research uses qualitative methods, data collection techniques using observation and literature study. This research was analyzed using one of the elements of PAPA, that is Accuracy, and the indicators used as a reference in conducting the analysis were the theory of 20 (twenty) dimensions of information quality from Knight Burn (2005), such as Accuracy, Consistency, Security, Timeliness, Completeness, Concise, Reliability, Accessibility, Availability, Objectivity, Relevancy, Useability, Understandbility, Amount of data Believability, Navigation, Reputation, Useful, Efficiency, and Value Added.

Abstract

In the implementation of public services in Indonesia, there are still many irregularities, both at the central and regional levels. The aim of this research is to find out how the State Civil Apparatus performs in public services at the Botumoito Subdistrict Office, Boalemo Regency and what factors can influence it. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the research results, it shows that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in public services at the Botumoito Subdistrict Office in terms of quantity, timeliness and ability to work together has shown good results, but in terms of quality it still needs to be improved. Furthermore, looking at the factors that influence the performance of State Civil Apparatus in public services at the Botumoito Sub-District Office, Boalemo Regency, in terms of leadership and teams, they can be factors that encourage the quality of performance of officials in this agency, but individual, system and contextual factors are inhibiting factors.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is a systematic process for identifying various factors to develop a company's strategy. Rocket Chicken is a franchise that offers reasonably priced food and drink items derived from chicken at a lower cost than other businesses. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of Rocket Chicken MSME goods' advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats on customer purchase decisions. Data for this study comes from previous research used as references and employs descriptive qualitative methodologies. According to the study's findings, Rocket Chicken has a great chance of expanding and succeeding in the fast food industry if it adopts a smart approach that takes advantage of its advantages over disadvantages.

Abstract

Food security is a good indicator to determine the socio-economic conditions of a country. A person's ability to buy a product and service is determined by his income. Every human being needs to fulfill their needs for clothing, food and shelter. Despite its status as an agricultural country, Indonesia is still plagued by food security problems. Data released by FAO shows that Indonesia has at least 22.9 million people affected by hunger. Then, Indonesia's ranking is still far from the food security index ranking, namely 63 out of 113 countries.  This research aims to conduct a scientific analysis of the factors that influence food security in Indonesia. The research method used is Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) for the 2019-2022 period. The research results show that all per capita expenditure variables and rice production have a positive and significant effect on food security, and poverty variables and population growth variables have a negative and significant effect on food security.

Abstract

This article discusses the transformation of education towards ecological balance in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda. The aim of this article is to examine the transformation of conservation-based education towards ecological balance in the SDGS agenda. This research is qualitative-descriptive research using the library research method with research objects in the form of articles, books and research journals from the internet related to sustainable education, conservation character, inquiry-based learning, etc. The technique used to collect data is by analyzing previous articles according to the topic of discussion. The conclusions from this research show the importance of immediately implementing conservation education in learning and educators as the start or trigger of change.
