Teachers who have good professional and career skills can make a more significant contribution to the teaching and learning process and improve student learning outcomes. Therefore, teacher professional and career development must be the main focus in efforts to improve the quality of education. In the history of teacher professional and career development, it can be seen that efforts to improve the quality of education through developing teacher professionalism have been going on for a long time. This development is carried out through various programs and efforts, and the aim is to improve teacher competence and performance in the context of implementing the education and learning process in the classroom and outside the classroom. The teaching profession is a process that aims to develop teachers' professional abilities by adapting to educational demands. There are several basics in teacher professional development, including philosophical and pedagogical bases. Apart from that, teacher professional development must also be adjusted to the principles that have been established. Teacher professional and career development can be implemented through various programs. Both programs hosted by school institutions or teacher professional and career development programs launched by the government. With this teacher professional and career development program, it is hoped that teachers can actively participate in improving their respective competencies and skills.]]>

<![CDATA[In the digital era, financial technology (fintech) has become one of the main pillars in the transformation of the global economy, particularly in the marketing sector. This research aims to review existing literature on the utilization of fintech to enhance marketing effectiveness. By conducting a literature review, this study identifies various ways in which fintech influences marketing strategies, including digital payments, consumer data analysis, and marketing platform integration. The findings indicate that fintech not only facilitates financial transactions but also provides valuable insights that can be used to develop more effective and efficient marketing strategies. Additionally, fintech enables better personalization in marketing, enhances customer experience, and expands market reach through internet-based technologies. This research also discusses the challenges faced in implementing fintech in the marketing sector and provides recommendations for further research. In conclusion, fintech offers various benefits in improving marketing effectiveness, but challenges such as data security and technology adoption must be addressed to maximize fintech's potential. Understanding and adapting to the latest trends in fintech will be key for companies to remain competitive in an ever-evolving market.]]>

<![CDATA[Savings and loan cooperatives are cooperatives whose activities are for the savings and loan business, the embodiment of savings cooperatives in managing the funds of their members, namely by maintaining the healthy performance of the cooperative because healthy performance is very important for a business institution. KP-RI Al-Amin SMAN 5 Tanjungpinang has never carried out an analysis using financial ratio analysis tools, so the level of efficiency of the funds being operational is not yet known. This research aims to determine the financial performance of KP-RI Al-Amin SMAN 5 Tanjungpinang in 2021-2023 using liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. This research was conducted at the Republic of Indonesia Al-Amin SMAN 5 Tanjungpinang Employee Cooperative in May 2024. The object used in this research was an analysis of financial performance for the previous three years, namely 2021-2023 at KP-RI Al-Amin SMAN 5 Tanjungpinang. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The research results obtained on the liquidity ratio using the current ratio calculation got quite healthy results, while the solvency ratio analysis using the Total Asset to Debt ratio calculation got healthy results. The results of the profitability ratio analysis using Return On Equity calculations get unhealthy results. From the results above, it can be concluded that the financial performance analysis based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 is still not optimal. This is because there are still ratios that are within unhealthy criteria such as ROE.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mempererat hubungan manusia dengan internet, sehingga mendorong pelaku bisnis untuk beralih dari model bisnis konvensional ke e-commerce yang lebih modern. TikTok Shop merupakan salah satu pemain marketplace terbesar di Indonesia yang memanfaatkan tren ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah promosi dan kesadaran merek berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli produk Jiniso di TikTok Shop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe explanatory dengan metode sampling non-probability dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei online menggunakan Google Form, yang disebarkan kepada pengguna produk Jiniso di TikTok Shop, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa STIE IBMT Surabaya. Sebanyak 60 responden dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert untuk menilai variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Analisis data dilakukan melalui serangkaian uji statistik, termasuk uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk memastikan keandalan instrumen, serta analisis koefisien determinasi, regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kesadaran merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli online di TikTok Shop. Pengaruh ini ditemukan baik secara parsial, di mana setiap variabel memiliki kontribusi sendiri-sendiri, maupun secara simultan, di mana kedua variabel bersama-sama mempengaruhi minat beli. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya strategi promosi dan peningkatan kesadaran merek dalam menarik minat konsumen untuk membeli produk secara online, khususnya di platform TikTok Shop.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to analyze and answer what form of legal protection the State provides for a Notary who is recognized as officium nobile. The research method used is legal research with a normative juridical approach. The results of this research show that the form of legal protection from the State consists of protection from the Law on the Position of Notaries, protection from the organization namely the Indonesian Notary Association (INI), having and being obliged to deny the right of rebuttal in the judicial process and keeping the contents of the deed and all information contained in it confidential. in it, and related to the Implementation of the Principle of Recognizing Service Users, where in these forms of protection there are still gaps or voids related which must be seriously taken into attention and consideration by the State to accomplish the legal protection for a Notary who is recognized as officium nobile.]]>

This research aims to provide an overall overview of the available literature on the role of job analysis and job satisfaction on employee performance through various sources and produce a summary and results based on the findings. The review was conducted by reading and analyzing 30 peer-reviewed journal articles. This study will summarize journal articles in tables; the first table explains the title, author, and year of publication; The second table describes the model, subjectively discussed, findings, and proposals. The results of this study have been documented; Employee performance is directly influenced by the relationship between workload, competency, and job analysis, which shows how important it is to align job demands with employee abilities. <![CDATA[Sharia Bank as an alternative to save funds, for transfers and even for future investments, and one institution that carries out three main functions, namely accepting deposits, lending money, and providing money transfer services. This study aims to answer the formulation of the problem of How is Public Knowledge about Islamic banks in Panca Mukti Village? Which phenomenon is that many people do not know about Islamic banks, let alone use their products. This study The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely research that only collects, compiles, clarifies and interprets data so that it can provide a clear picture of the problem being studied. The results of this study are that the people of Panca Mukti Village already know about the existence of Islamic banks, but people who know about Islamic banks do not fully know about Islamic banking products. This means that the community already knows about Islamic banks but has not used Islamic banks on the grounds that the Panca Mukti Village Community as public information about Islamic banks at the primary level, especially knowing. The lack of socialization about Islamic banking is one of the causes of ignorance of the Panca Mukti Village community. The existence of conventional banks that have long been used by the people of Panca Mukti Village also triggers the cause of some people not being interested in making transactions at Islamic banks and the products available in Islamic banks.]]>

<![CDATA[This article was created with the aim of collecting information regarding the implementation of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) program in elementary schools. Of the seventeen SDGs goals, there is one goal that covers good health and welfare, which is listed in the third goal. In schools, the third goal of the SDGs can be implemented through physical health habituation programs such as gymnastics. Through this library research-based literature review method, some valid information was obtained regarding schools that have implemented gymnastics as a medium that can have a positive impact on students' health. Apart from health, there are other positive impacts such as changes in attitudes and better learning behavior which indirectly create a quality learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[Money related administration of medium-sized businesses is regularly confronted with the failure of medium-sized businesses to isolated their individual accounts from their commerce funds, which can cause challenges in calculating the level of benefits and misfortunes for medium-sized businesses. In reality, money related administration is one of the markers that must be taken under consideration to decide the victory or disappointment of a commerce. In expansion, destitute monetary administration implies that medium-sized businesses are incapable to require preventive activity to anticipate potential mishandle in their commerce (Amaliyah Hetika, 2023). This research was carried out because the Seblak Gian business is increasingly crowded with visitors, this culinary delights that have entered almost all regions in Indonesia have unique and varied flavors. The reason of composing this work is to assess the viability of Seblak Gian’s budget in overseeing its financial resources and give proposals for enhancements that ought to be made within the future. The research method used is a qualitative research method, by coming directly to the field, conducting interviews, collecting data, namely observation and documentation. The results of this research state that Seblak Gian still needs to continue to reform its business so that consumers are interested in enjoying Seblak Gian and continue to carry out regular financial evaluations.]]>

<![CDATA[Accountability is a critical policy within government management systems, essential for fostering public trust in the activities and programs developed and executed by the government for the public good. This study examines the impact of village officials' competencies, the leadership of village heads, community participation, and the clarity of budget targets on the accountability of village fund management in Sewon District, Bantul Regency. This study employed a survey method utilizing questionnaires. The sample comprised 37 respondents, chosen through purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The findings indicate that the competence of village officials positively influences the accountability of village fund management. In contrast, the leadership of village heads, community participation, and clarity of budget targets do not positively impact the accountability of village fund management in Sewon District, Bantul Regency .]]>
