Abstract

The teacher's code of ethics is a set of moral norms and principles that must be upheld by a teacher in carrying out his duties as an educator. The concept of learning that focuses on developing students' character and morals makes the teacher's code of ethics even more important to implement. This study aims to understand the concept of a teacher's code of ethics and how this code of ethics can be integrated into character learning. The research method used is literature study by collecting information from various sources such as journals, books, and related documents. The results of the study show that the teacher's code of ethics includes moral principles such as honesty, integrity, responsibility, and respect. This code of ethics can be applied in character learning by integrating it into learning programs, building good relationships with students, and demonstrating behavior that is consistent with espoused moral values. Therefore, teachers must understand the applicable code of ethics and develop the ability to apply it in character learning.

Abstract

Ideas about environmental jurisprudence from Islamic boarding school intellectuals tended to experience stagnation after the KH era. Sahal Mahfudz and KH. Ali Yafie. However, the development of these ideas in the form of programs continues in many Islamic boarding schools. This article examines these developments at the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School. The Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School was chosen because in recent years it has succeeded in making rapid developments in the field of waste management and has been recognized by the Ministry of the Environment as a model Islamic boarding school. To reveal the environmental preservation program at the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School and its position as a continuation of environmental jurisprudence studies, this field research chose a qualitative type with an anthropological approach. In-depth interviews and participant observation were carried out to maximize data mining. As a result, it is known that environmental conservation efforts at the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, which began with a waste management program, are a series of long-term programs towards comprehensive environmental preservation including land, water and air. All parts of this long-term program were carried out with awareness of the need to actualize the ideas of environmental jurisprudence that had been initiated by Islamic boarding school intellectuals and their example.

Abstract

Indonesia is a legal state with a country that adheres to the continental European legal system. Where this is all sources of law based on the 1945 Constitution as the highest law of the Indonesian nation. The concept of the Indonesian rule of law is intended to form an Indonesian state government that protects the entire Indonesian nation and all of Indonesia's blood. This means that the concept of a rule of law is contained in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution. Law and politics are two different forms, but have a close relationship. Because law originates from the results of political power. and politics itself is an institution of authorized politicians who produce regulations. Law and politics have a very close relationship. The formation of a legal regulation of a political force. The relationship between law and politics cannot be separated from the conditions of society in a country, so this is like a chain that is always connected, even like a symbiotic mutualism, namely mutual dependence, that is, law will depend on political conditions, and politics depends on conditions. society. In a democratic country, political power is the state's ability to make other parties act in accordance with state decisions, and the ability of other parties to influence the process of making and implementing state decisions, including the ability to oppose the state.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kaulitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Jastipsamaaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 responden yang merupakan pengguna jasa titip jastipsamaaku. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah loyalitas pelanggan. Kualitas playanan diukur melalui indikator keandalan, responsifitas, perhatian dan ketepatan. Kepuasan pelanggan diukur melalui indikator waktu pengiriman, kemudahan proses, kualitas layanan dan kualitas barang. Loyalitas pelanggan diukur melalui indikator pembelian ulang, tingkat retensi, kepuasan merek dan keinginan untuk merekomendasikan jasa titip kepada orang lain. Hasil analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada jastipsamaaku. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan loyalitas mereka.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The influence of employee performance on community satisfaction at the One Stop Integrated Services and Investment Service of Gorontalo Regency" and is under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Asna Aneta, M.Si, as supervisor I and Mr. Dr. Ismet Sulila S.E, M.Si, as supervisor II. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of employee performance on community satisfaction at the Gorontalo Regency One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service in terms of employee performance in providing services to the community. This research uses quantitative methods using simple regression analysis, the sample used was 96 respondents. From the calculation of hypothesis testing (t test) it can be seen that the t-calculated value of the results which describes "The Influence of Employee Performance on Community Satisfaction in the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service of Gorontalo Regency" is 18.091, then this value is consulted with the t-table, with N = 96 with a significance level of 5% or 0.05, it is known that the t-table value is 1.66123. So, the hypothesis which states that "there is an influence of employee performance on community satisfaction in the Gorontalo Regency One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service" can be said to be accepted.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the imla' method in learning Arabic writing skills at Madrasah Diniyyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Al-Haqq. The imla' method is an effective approach to teaching writing in Arabic, involving the teacher reading the lesson material and students being asked to write it in notebooks. The research results show that the application of the imla' method is very helpful in improving Arabic writing skills. Students feel that this method makes it easier for them to learn to write Arabic because it can train them directly. This method encourages students to be more active, independent and competent in writing, and increases their interest in learning. Thus, the imla' method is very useful in training students' concentration and developing students' listening skills..

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is the agenda that must be supported by all elements, including in education field. The research aimed to explore the implementation the pillars of social development of SDGs through the programs in elementary school. The research was located in Elementary State School of Wonodri, South Semarang District, Semarang City. In this research used qualitative method that used case study as approach method. Futhermore, the data was collected by using documentation and direct observation technique. The result indicated that the implementation of social pillar of SDGs in elementary school were realizing Healthy and Prosperous Life by holding Friday Cleaning every once a month and Collaborating with Public Health Center to educate the students to maintain good health. Then, there was implemetation of Gender Equality, in which women students’ engagement in school activity, such as making them as leader of the ceremony. Meanwhile, in the implementation of Quality Education Goals, the school has been equipped the tools and infrastructure that support the learning process, such as the using of LCD in the learning, procuring fans in every classroom, and having professional teachers who understand student characteristics and teach with many inovative and creative activity.

Abstract

Islamic economics comes as a new hope in various parties, especially Muslims, Islamic economic growth has been widely used in many parts of the world by using sharia-based economic systems in their policies, by understanding the comparison of Islamic economic policies in Islamic countries, we can evaluate the successes and challenges faced in developing the Islamic financial sector. This is important for formulating more effective strategies to increase financial inclusion, promote sustainable economic growth, and improve people's welfare in Islamic countries. In comparing the Islamic economic policies in several ASEAN, European, and OIC countries, each country has a different approach according to its internal and external conditions. Malaysia and Indonesia are leading the development of Islamic economics with strong regulations and mature financial infrastructure. Meanwhile, European countries such as the UK and Turkey are showing rapid development in this sector although it is still in the early stages of development. On the other hand, OIC countries such as Saudi Arabia and Pakistan show the dominance of Islamic banks and rapid economic growth. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, a method of collecting data by browsing files, internet websites, documents and information related to the object of research. This research describes how the comparison of Islamic economic policies in Islamic countries.

Abstract

This research aims to examine further the Islamic legal discourse regarding child protection. Because in Islamic teachings, children have a special position. The child functions as a decoration that beautifies a family and soothes the eyes and heart. This research uses a qualitative approach. According to Creswell, theory in qualitative research uses lens theory or perspective theory to help researchers in various kinds of questions and how to collect data and analyze data. The results of the research show that Islamic teachings view children as having a special position covering a broad meaning, including as a gift from Allah to parents, society, nation and state, heirs of Islamic teachings (revelation of Allah SWT) who will one day prosper the world as rahmatan lil 'âlamîn and its environment.

Abstract

Natural resource conservation is a form of conservation effort. Natural resources are very important for human survival, especially water sanitation. In efforts to meet water resource needs and maintain sustainability, there are several inhibiting factors, including population growth, polluted environments and unstable ecosystems around water sources. A strategy for preserving natural resources by protecting dams, rivers and forests. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive method with literature study. The results of the research state that efforts are needed to ensure that natural resources, especially sanitation and clean water, remain sustainable both now and in the future. One of these efforts is the participation of the Jragung community so that they are able to maintain clean water sanitation and conservation of natural resources, especially water sources, through participatory activities.
