Abstract

Archives management is very important and is a necessity to continue to progress in its services, proper and accurate control of archives, apart from being an asset for an agency, is also useful as material for organizational decision making, because with archives or files that are prepared and accurate, choice making can be achieved. , carried out quickly and accurately. The method in this article uses library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. The conclusions are; By using good records management, organizations can increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing correspondence. Archives management also helps organizations save costs, improve service quality, and increase document security.

Abstract

This study faims to analyse the kinds of moral values and function of the Bima proverbs. It was descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were Bima Minority in Taliwang District of West Sumbawa Regency. The data was collected through observation, literary study/documentation and in-depth interview, then analyzed through reduction, presentation, interpretation, conclucion. This study found three kinds of moral values in Bima proverbs. Those were attitude, manner and obligation. Through the value of attitude, Bima society are taught to do valuable things for themselves and others. In the value of manner, the society is advised to act in good ways. The value of obligation describes the responsibility of Bima society as individual and social human being. Further finding of this study describes that Bima Provers function for giving advaice, forming behavior, and as rhetorical device. Giving advice means that through proverbs, the society are directed to do valuable things for their life, others, and for the environment in which they are interacted. Patterns of behaviour describes the message that people need to build the social controls. Functioning as rhetorical device, proverbs teach people to be able to adapt in a new natural interaction.

Abstract

Maritime tensions in the South China Sea have become one of the most significant geopolitical issues in Southeast Asia. Indonesia, as a country with a strategic position in this region, plays a crucial role in these dynamics. This journal discusses the interaction between the military and politics in Indonesia in the context of the tensions in the South China Sea and how Indonesia responds to the increasing maritime security challenges in the area. Tensions in the South China Sea have intensified in recent years. As a maritime nation with strategic interests in the region, Indonesia plays a key role in maintaining stability and security in these conflict-ridden waters. This journal explores Indonesia's maritime political dynamics in the South China Sea, focusing on the domestic military and political aspects that influence Indonesia's policies and approaches to addressing these tensions. The South China Sea region has become a global focal point due to the intense territorial claims competition among neighboring countries. Indonesia, as the world's largest archipelagic state and a key player in Southeast Asia, has a strategic role in managing these maritime tensions. This article analyzes Indonesia's military and political dynamics concerning the maritime tensions in the South China Sea. The research employs document analysis and interviews with national security experts and relevant government officials. The findings indicate an enhancement of Indonesia's military capabilities, a foreign policy focused on maritime diplomacy, and Indonesia's active role in promoting peace and stability in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the North Aceh Regency Regional People's Representative Council in order to carry out its Budget Function towards the APBD, what obstacles the North Aceh Regency Regional People's Representative Council faces in carrying out its Budget Function towards the APBD and the efforts made by the Regency Regional People's Representative Council North Aceh if there are obstacles in carrying out its duties as a Budget Function for the APBD. The Regional People's Representative Council is the regional government administrator whose task is to voice the aspirations of the community and act on behalf of the people in the legislative field. The preparation of the APBD is based on a plan that has been determined in advance regarding the programs and activities that will be implemented by the regional government. The APBD preparation process begins with the preparation of the General Budget Policy draft and the Temporary Budget Priorities and Ceiling documents. The process of establishing a new Regional Budget Regulation will be carried out if it has been declared not to conflict with the public interest and higher regulations by the Minister of Home Affairs or the Governor. It is hoped that this study will be able to provide benefits both scientifically, namely in the realm of legal studies, both practically and academically. The research method used in this research is a type of qualitative research using a normative empirical approach. This approach is basically a combination of a normative legal approach with the addition of various empirical elements. There are three legal materials used by the author, namely primary legal materials, secondary and tertiary materials. The results of this analysis and research conclude that the Regional People's Representative Council of North Aceh Regency is the party responsible for APBD accountability and does not comply with the provisions regarding the preparation of the APBD in the legislation. Because when preparing the APBD, one of the bodies in the DPRD is the Budget Body whose task is to discuss together the North Aceh Regency APBD until early December or the final deadline for determining the North Aceh Regency APBD based on the provisions of the law.

Abstract

The global environmental crisis is becoming increasingly urgent. From climate change and pollution to the degradation of natural resources, its impacts are increasingly being felt around the world. Given this reality, educational changes are critical to fostering awareness and concern for environmental sustainability in future generations. This article discusses the shift towards sustainable conservation in primary education in SD Lempongsari to cultivate awareness and concern for the environment in future generations. In the context of Indonesian education, where environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious, cultivating environmental awareness is very important. By cultivating a more caring environmental awareness for future generations, the educational environment of the future will shift even more towards sustainable conservation. Data shows that children’s cognitive enthusiasm for the school environment is very high.

Abstract

Islamic thinking about character development has existed since the beginning of Islam when the Prophet Muhammad was sent to earth to guide humanity. According to al-Ghazali, education is not just the pursuit of knowledge and skills, but rather the process of achieving spiritual and moral perfection. For al-Ghazali, education must integrate spiritual, intellectual and moral aspects to achieve human perfection. This paper is research conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The main source in this paper is library data in the form of texts related to the research theme. In this research, data analysis starts from data collection, data coding, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that according to Al-Ghazali, education aims to help humans discover their identity and God, the creator of nature. This Is a Long Term Goal. According to Al-Ghazali, the longer a student studies, the closer he gets to Allah. Meanwhile, the short term goal is to achieve a profession according to your abilities by deepening your knowledge of Fardhu Ain and Fardhu Kifayah. Al-Ghazali's thoughts about moral education are still valid today. In building a moral education system, Al-Ghazali built a moral education system aimed at one goal, namely pursuing Allah SWT. Al-Ghazali's educational thinking is religious-ethical, that is, it leads to a style of thinking that has religious value. Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the role of Notaries in fulfilling the legal certainty aspect of bank credit provision. The research method is empirical law which is based on the idea that law is inseparable from the life of society in the form of values and attitudes/behaviors carried out (non-autonomous law), so that the study of law does not only concern the normative aspect, but law can be studied from its empirical aspect, namely how the law is in reality in the life of society. The results of this study reveal that the role of notaries in fulfilling the legal certainty aspect of bank credit provision is only that the reading and signing are not carried out at the Notary's domicile according to his position. A credit agreement made with a notary will provide 3 (three) evidentiary powers, namely having external evidentiary power, formal evidentiary power and material evidentiary power. Therefore, the government needs to immediately create a Banking Credit Agreement Law in order to create the same perception in the credit provision process and various regulations of its threat actors. Thus, it is hoped that legal certainty will be created in the credit provision process through banks.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Islamic money market in the context of Islamic economics in Southeast Asia. Understanding the definition of Islamic money market, its functions, mechanisms, objectives, as well as the instruments used in the Islamic money market. In addition, this research also highlights the importance of the money market in meeting the working capital and liquidity needs of companies in accordance with Islamic principles. This research uses the literature study method, collecting information and data through literature studies and conducting content analysis from various sources relevant to the money market in the context of Islamic economics in Southeast Asia. The data collected was analyzed using a qualitative approach, which involved coding, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. In this context, Islamic money markets are considered an important alternative in a financial system that adheres to Shariah principles.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the dependent variable (IHSG) responds to fluctuations or shocks from the independent variables (Domestic Interest Rates, Foreign Interest Rates, World Oil, and the Dow Jones Index). The data used in this research is secondary data where this data was obtained from BI, The Fed, Nasdaq and Investing. The data used in this research is quarterly, namely IHSG data, Domestic Interest Rates, Foreign Interest Rates, World Oil and the Dow Jones Index for the period 2001-2022. The data analysis tool uses Vector Autoregression (VAR). The results of this research show that the JCI responded positively to shocks to the domestic interest rate variable and the Dow Jones index, while the foreign interest rate variable and world oil responded negatively.

Abstract

The dynamics of public policy in the era of globalization, focusing on how globalization affects policies across various sectors such as economy, social issues, culture, and security. The study identifies the challenges and opportunities posed by globalization and examines how countries, particularly Indonesia, are adapting through policies such as the Omnibus Law and the Merdeka Curriculum. Theories of globalization, including modernization, dependency, and world-systems, are used to understand policy changes. Key findings include recommendations for strengthening economic regulation, enhancing educational quality, preserving culture, and reinforcing international security cooperation. Further research is suggested to evaluate the impact of globalization on inequality, policy effectiveness, the role of the private sector and civil society, and environmental policies for more effective and sustainable policy strategies. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the dynamics of public policy in the era of globalization.
