Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, price and product innovation on purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Kediri which is located at Jl. Urip Sumoharjo No. 88, Kaliombo, District. City, Kediri City. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with incidental sampling techniques with a population of all Mie Gacoan Kediri consumers Jl. Urip Sumoharjo who is unknown and a sample of 100 respondents obtained using the Lemeshow method. The analysis techniques used in this research are instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests in the form of multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination, t tests, and F tests. The results of the research show that the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions partially. , the price variable has no significant positive effect on service quality partially, the product innovation variable has no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions partially, and the service quality, price and product innovation variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously.

Abstract

Phonology is a powerful method for deciphering the intricate connection between language and sound structure. Through its investigation, scientists gain bits of knowledge into how sounds are delivered, saw, and coordinated inside dialects, eventually adding to a more profound comprehension of the major idea of human correspondence. In phonology, we experience representative sounds that are mental reflections. They act as portrayals or images that represent the genuine sounds we hear in language. Although they are not exact physical replicas of those sounds, these symbolic sounds are mental constructs that assist us in studying and analyzing how language sounds work. In this study, research methods were utilized. As indicated by Kirk and Mill operator subjective comprehension was at first in light of subjective perceptions as opposed to quantitative perceptions. Phonology is worried about this sort of semantic information. Phonology studies how speech sounds form systems and patterns in human language. Phonetics provides the means for describing a language's phonology, which is the system and pattern of speech sounds.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the factors that influence foreign investment in 31 regencies/cities of Central Java Province in 2017-2022. The method used in the research is the GMM Two-Step analysis method. Based on the results of research conducted, it shows that the City Minimum Wage variable has a significant negative relationship with Foreign Investment. In the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) variable, there is a significant positive relationship with FDI. The HDI variable has no influence on PMA. The population variable does not have a significant relationship with FDI. There is a positive relationship between TPAK and FDI. Government policy to maintain and increase GRDP through the development of priority industries, improving infrastructure, as well as guaranteeing legal security and stability. And it is hoped that it can create a conducive environment for foreign investment, which will ultimately encourage sustainable economic growth in Central Java through the available workforce.

Abstract

This research aimed to elucidate the implementation of digitalization of e- KTP (Electronic IDs) services at the Population and Civil Registration Agency (Disdukcapil) of Bone Bolango Regency with four indicators: system, service, information, and feedback. The research object was the Disdukcapil of Bone Bolango Regency. This research employed the qualitative descriptive method, collecting the data through observation, interviews, and documentation with qualitative data analysis.The research findings denoted that (1) The e-KTP service system, implemented via the SI DIA application, follows a structured process involving input, processing, and output data from applicants. These applicants must possess a KTP and complete registration in the national population database through the online system. The availability of information from the e-KTP service through the SI DIA has also been carried out well by the Bone Bolango Regency Disdukcapil, namely by providing information to the public through an outreach program. (2) Information about processes and procedures was provided clearly and easily understood by the public, and it was observable from the many people who have made e-KTPs through the SI DIA. (3) The service form of the e-KTP service through the SI DIA was demonstrated by employees, particularly the Bone Bolango Regency Disdukcapil office, which has provided good service. In this case, employees were responsive in serving, friendly, polite in their speech, and responsive to criticism and suggestions from the public. (4) The form of feedback from implementing e-KTP services through the SI DIA has been followed up by employees based on suitability, effectiveness, timeliness and procedures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui secara lebih lanjut “Pengaruh Brand Experience Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Dalam Aplikasi Gojek” sesuai dengan pokok permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu hubungan antara Brand Experience dengan kualitas layanan serta loyalitas konsumen dalam penggunaan aplikasi Gojek. Yang melatarbelakangi diadakannya penelitian ini adalah dikarenakan perubahan jaman yang semakin maju yang ditandai dengan perubahan digital yang semakin canggih, sehingga dimanfaatkan beberapa kelompok orang untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja yang sudah ada tetapi lebih modern. Sehingga menunjang penyampaian penyalur jasa melalui aplikasi Gojek melalui Brand Experience yang dialami oleh para pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: apakah Brand Experience dapat mempengaruhi tindakan konsumen dalam keloyalitasnya, apakah jika terjadi kesalahan teknis dalam penggunaan aplikasi Gojek mempengaruhi loyalitas pengguna aplikasi Gojek, dan bagaimana peran Brand Experience dalam menunjang aplikasi Gojek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang dimana bertujuan untuk mencari seberapa besar pengaruh antara variabel yang akan diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para individu yang memiliki usia produktif yang sering menggunakan aplikasi Gojek yang ada di Kota Surabaya, dan sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 140 sampel, dan Teknik yang digunakan adalah nonpropability sampling. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Brand Experience berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen aplikasi Gojek di Kota Surabaya, kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen aplikasi Gojek di Kota Surabaya, Brand Experience dan kualitas layanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen aplikasi Gojek di Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in students' understanding of the material in understanding the structure of scientific work texts through a discussion method based on peer review discussions for class XI students at SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. The type of research carried out is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart research model. The subjects of this research were students in class XI.2 of SMA Negeri 3 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year. The indicator of the success of the action in this research is the cognitive test results of students who succeeded in achieving a KKM score of ≥ 78 or there were more than 80% of students who were complete in understanding the lesson. This research consists of two cycles with one meeting each cycle. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflecting stages. Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that in the first cycle, the results of the cognitive test of students' understanding showed that of the 45 students, there were 28 (68.2%)  students who scored above the KKM, and 17 (37.8%) students had not yet achieved KKM value. This means that, after implementing the peer review discussion method, students' understanding of the material in understanding the structure of scientific work texts has increased but has not yet reached the successful indicator of research completion. Therefore, researchers continued research in cycle II. In cycle II there was a significant increase in the results of students' cognitive understanding tests with 43 (95.5%) students getting a complete score above the KKM and 3 (6.6%) students who had not yet reached the KKM score.

Abstract

Hypertension is a silent killer where the symptoms can vary for each individual and are almost the same as the symptoms of other diseases, hypertension is a condition without symptoms, where abnormally high pressure in the arteries causes an increased risk of stroke, aneurysm, heart failure, heart attack, Smoking habits are one of the factors causing hypertension. Nicotine content can increase heart rate and blood pressure. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between smoking behavior and the incidence of hypertension, Kertapati sub-district, Palembang city. The research method uses a research design, namely a cross sectional study. The sample in this study was 88 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results obtained based on the chi-square test obtained a p-value = 0.001 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between smoking behavior and the incidence of hypertension in Karya Jaya sub-district.

Abstract

This article analyzes the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in efforts to enhance quality education in Indonesia. In this context, the research explores the current condition of education in Indonesia, identifies the challenges faced in the education sector, and evaluates efforts made to improve the quality of education. Through an analytical approach, this article discusses the challenges encountered by the Indonesian education system, such as unequal access to education, varying quality of education, and constraints in student development. Additionally, the article reviews various efforts made to enhance quality education, including policies and programs aimed at addressing these challenges. The findings of this analysis can provide valuable insights for policymakers, education practitioners, and other stakeholders to formulate effective strategies in supporting the attainment of education-related Sustainable Development Goals in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of economic growth, corruption perception index, trade openness, market size, and financial development on foreign direct investment (FDI) in six ASEAN countries. Using the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) method and secondary data from the World Bank and Transparency International, this research combines cross section and time series data to provide a comprehensive view. The results of this research show that the corruption perception index and trade openness variables have a significant positive influence on foreign direct investment to ASEAN countries. The financial development variable has a negative and significant effect on foreign direct investment to ASEAN countries. These findings emphasize the importance of these factors in determining the direction and volume of foreign investment. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of foreign investment in the ASEAN region and highlights the importance of efforts to increase the corruption perception index and trade openness to spur economic growth through foreign investment flows. The implications of these findings can be a policy basis for governments and stakeholders in ASEAN in increasing the attractiveness of foreign investment.

Abstract

This study compares the test results before and after the accounting clinic was carried out. This study will prove whether the accounting clinic that has been attended by students can improve student competence in facing the certification exam. The population in this study were all first semester students of the D4 Public Finance Accounting Study Program Bengkalis State Polytechnic. The number of first semester students is 62 people. The entire population will be the object of this study. Based on the results of the clinical evaluation of accounting for group A, the average score showed a significant increase from the previous 85 to 92 or an increase of 7%. However, despite the increase in average scores, the pass rate has shown encouraging results. Of the 31 students in group A who attended the accounting clinic, only 4 failed. Whereas before attending the accounting clinic there were 8 students who failed. For the evaluation of the implementation of accounting clinics in group B, the average score increased from 83 to 91 or an increase of 8.7%. Meanwhile, the graduation rate achieved shows encouraging results. Of the 31 students who took the test, 24 people passed or were competent. While the number of students who failed as many as 7 people, decreased from the previous 12 students.
