Abstract

This study examines the intellectual and cultural transformation in the development of Islam following the Mongol invasion in the 13th century. The Mongol invasion, which destroyed many centers of Islamic civilization such as Baghdad, triggered a significant phase of reconstruction and adaptation in the Islamic world. The Mongol rulers who later embraced Islam played a crucial role in supporting the rebuilding of the destroyed cities and establishing new centers of learning. This study employs the Library Research method. It demonstrates how Islam was able to adapt and thrive despite facing great challenges. These findings highlight the ability of Islamic civilization to recover from destruction, generate innovation, and expand its intellectual and cultural heritage. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of adaptation and revitalization in the history of Islamic civilization.

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes are because students sometimes have their own emotions in terms of understanding the place and teacher in the classroom during the learning process. Students' emotional intelligence can be said to vary from one student to another. A person's emotional intelligence, namely being able to realize and manage one's own emotions. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects in class XII. 11 SMA Negeri 5 Palembang. The research method used is descriptive method because this research aims to describe the effect of emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects in class XII. 11 SMA Negeri 5 Palembang. The population in this study were all students of class XII. 11 totaling 30 people consisting of 16 female students and 14 male students. While the sample in this study was taken from the entire population of 30 people. Measuring instruments in research are usually called research instruments, which are tools used in collecting data. Data analysis in this study is descriptive. It is known that there is an influence of students' emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes of students in class XII.11 at SMA Negeri 5 Palembang by 70%. This shows that students' emotional intelligence affects learning outcomes as well. Every learner must have learning activities in the knowledge of Indonesian Language, the knowledge possessed depends on the student's emotional self. Each learner has different emotional intelligence in utilizing their emotions. If students are able to use their emotional intelligence well, then in learning they will be more responsible and disciplined, so that it will indirectly affect their learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pancasila education is an important approach in developing an understanding of national values and shaping national character in the current era of multiculturalism. This presents an overview of the significance of technology integration in teaching Pancasila values in the era of multiculturalism. Technology integration facilitates access to relevant and high-quality learning materials, whether in the form of text, audio recordings, videos, or interactions that open up opportunities for individuals from various cultural backgrounds to learn independently and collaborate. The integration of technology in Pancasila learning provides an opportunity to enrich the learning experience with a more interesting and interactive approach. The use of multimedia, simulations and educational games in learning allows students to be actively involved and gain a deeper understanding of the values of Pancasila. The variety of cultures, ethnicities, religions, tribes and languages in Indonesia have formed a multicultural country that is recognized by other countries. There are good and bad effects of this diversity. One of the negative impacts is the emergence of differences of opinion, conflict, injustice, difficulties in social integration, and ethnocentrism. Thus, when integrating technology in Pancasila education, ethical challenges and considerations also need to be taken into account. Privacy protection, data security and filtering inappropriate content need to be prioritized as aspects that must be considered in optimizing the use of technology in Pancasila education. So the integration of technology in Pancasila education in the era of multiculturalism carries great potential in increasing the accessibility, relevance and effectiveness of learning Pancasila values.

Abstract

Railway transportation is considered an efficient mode of transportation in Java Island because it can transport passengers and goods quickly and in large quantities. Regarded as a highly popular mode of transportation, PT KAI (Persero) is committed to providing the best service with the tagline "Adaptive, Solution-oriented, Collaborative for Indonesia", offering quality services and comfort, and improving customer service and ticketing systems. This research focuses on services and ticket sales relevant to PT KAI's needs and interests. The analytical method includes observing operational processes and learning about company policies. Data collection involves interviews with relevant personnel, internal and external data analysis, and direct observation of processes at PT KAI. Subsequently, analysis and interpretation are conducted on the collected data, aiming to gain a deep understanding of emerging findings. The methods employed may include statistical analysis, modeling, and theoretical approaches to support conclusions.

Abstract

Social capital is critical in development, be it human and social, economic, and political. It is known that social capital can increase individual awareness of various opportunities that can be developed for the benefit of society, such as the ability to solve complex problems, encourage rapid changes in society, and foster public awareness. In the economic development of social capital, the development and progress of various economic sectors are greatly influenced and even now equipped with sophisticated technology such as cellphones. The value of the concept of social capital is inseparable from social networks, kinship relationships, and social norms. With the existence of social capital, it will produce a positive influence if done optimally, especially for street vendors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the constructivism learning model impacts on students' English learning outcomes in Class 7 of MTs Bale Da'wah Nabawi in Pohgading, East Lombok. Most of the learning models are based on the old teaching approach, namely lectures and assignments. As a result, students become passive and accept what is given by the teacher. In addition, students are not enthusiastic during the learning process and prefer to be silent, so that communication only goes one way. Therefore, the researcher tried to use the Constructivism Learning Model to solve this problem. This experimental study is a research. Students in class 7A were used as an experimental group with 27 students and students in class 7B were used as a control group with 27 students. After the data were collected and processed, the researcher found an average value of 82.40 for the experimental group and 66.85 for the control group. in hypothesis testing, the researcher used the t-test formula. The researcher found a t-test value of 6.015 and a t-table at a significance level of 5% of 1.684, so the hypothesis was accepted. This means that there is an influence of the Constructivism Learning Model on English Learning Outcomes in Students in Grade 7 at MTs Bale Da'wah Nabawi.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of information technology usage in office activities within schools. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected from in-depth interviews with administrative staff and teachers at several schools in Jakarta. The results indicate that the use of information technology can enhance efficiency and accuracy in administrative processes, reduce manual workload, and expedite decision-making. However, challenges exist in terms of training and technology adaptation for some staff members. This study recommends continuous training and improvement of technological infrastructure to maximize the benefits of information technology in school environments.

Abstract

This article is motivated by the fact that the use of social media among teenagers nowadays is something that cannot be avoided anymore. Social media seems to be a new world for internet users to show themselves to other people. Moreover, currently there are many communication tools (gadgets) available at affordable prices that make it easier for users to access social media. This causes social media accounts to be owned by everyone. There is no need to deny that nowadays people seem more busy with their gadgets than with the situation around them. Almost every day teenagers access social media just to look for information via social media. The aim of this research is to provide education to Muslim teenagers to become a good generation through the practice of religion so that they are able to take advantage of all the conveniences offered in the digital era without having to abandon their identity as Islamic teenagers. The research method used is library research, namely by collecting data from writings (literacy) that are related to the topic discussed, namely the Urgency of Religious Practice for Muslim Youth in the Digital Era. The results of the research carried out are that current technology has brought major changes to the order of life. This progress can be utilized by all groups, both children and adults. Everything that used to be done manually is now done online, thus having a lot of positive impacts on life today. However, apart from the many positive impacts, the development of this technology also has negative impacts. To anticipate deviations and negative impacts, it is important to practice Islam for teenagers in the digital era..

Abstract

Quality education plays a crucial role in achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs). This article presents an analysis of the development of quality education as an integral part of efforts to achieve SDGs. Through a descriptive-analytical approach, we explore various aspects related to the development of quality education and its impact on the achievement of SDGs. In this study, we analyze factors influencing the quality of education, including accessibility, curriculum relevance, teaching quality, and community empowerment in the education process. Additionally, we evaluate the extent to which quality education contributes to the achievement of SDGs, particularly in addressing social inequality, gender disparities, and economic empowerment. The results of the analysis indicate that quality education is a key pillar in sustainable development, as it plays a role in improving quality of life, reducing poverty, and creating inclusive and sustainable societies. Significant challenges still exist in achieving quality education for all, especially in rural and remote areas. Enhancing quality education as part of efforts to achieve SDGs involves increasing investment in educational infrastructure, developing curricula relevant to labor market needs, improving teacher training, and strengthening collaboration between governments, the private sector, and civil society in supporting inclusive and sustainable education.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the most pressing social problems in various countries. Not only does it impact the quality of life in general, poverty also has significant implications for the intelligence development of children, who are exposed to this condition from an early age. Various studies show that children from poor families tend to have lower intelligence scores compared to children from families with better economic status. This program aims to identify and implement interventions that can help improve the intelligence development of children from poor families. The main focus is on increasing access to quality education, adequate nutrition, and an environment that supports cognitive development.
