Abstract

In essence, education is carried out from an early age to college. Educating is not the main task of parents. However, not all educational tasks can be carried out by parents in the family, it takes encouragement and assistance from a teacher for formal education. However, sometimes, there are some teachers who carry out the learning process whose implementation uses the lecture method so that it seems boring to the material presented. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in SKI learning and to identify the obstacles faced in the learning process. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the aim of improving the quality of learning. This study consists of two cycles. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an increase in student learning achievement and student enthusiasm in participating in learning.

Abstract

Teachers act as managers of the teaching and learning process, acting as facilitators who try to create effective teaching and learning conditions, so as to enable the teaching and learning process, develop good learning materials, and improve students' ability to listen to lessons and master the educational goals they must achieve. This requires changes in organizing classes, the use of teaching methods, teaching and learning strategies, as well as the attitudes and characteristics of teachers in managing the teaching and learning process. Islamic Religious Learning no longer prioritizes absorption through achieving information, but rather prioritizes the development of abilities and information processing. For this reason, student activities need to be increased through exercises or assignments by working in small groups and explaining ideas to others. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning achievement. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). Based on the results of the study, students experienced an increase, this can be seen from the good understanding and completeness of student learning in a classical manner that has been achieved.

Abstract

Teaching is an activity to convey information in the form of knowledge given by teachers to students. Learning is a process of changing student behavior for knowledge, skills, values ​​and student learning achievements. However, there are several factors that affect student learning achievement, namely the teacher's teaching method, inadequate facilities. On the other hand, it is also influenced by the teacher's learning methods that are less varied, resulting in decreased student learning achievement and quickly bored. The purpose of this study is to describe student learning activity in teaching and learning, especially in Mathematics lessons using various methods and to describe student learning achievement in Mathematics lessons. This study uses several research procedures, namely action planning, action implementation, observation and evaluation and reflection. The results of this cycle of research showed satisfactory results for students and student learning achievement in Mathematics lessons increased, this can be seen from the student's score that reached the KKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the active learning strategy of class concern type to improve student learning activities in the subject of fiqh class VIII at MTs Ittihadil Ummah Karang Anyar Pagesangan Timur Mataram in the 2016/2017 Academic Year. The type of research used is classroom action research (CAR) with the research subjects of class VIII students totaling 14 students consisting of 9 males and 5 females. This study was conducted in two cycles consisting of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Student learning activities and teacher activities were taken using observation sheets. While student learning outcome data through tests given at the end of each cycle. The data obtained from the test results were then analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely to find the percentage of individual student learning completeness and classical completeness. The results of data analysis showed that from cycle to cycle there was an increase. The results of the study showed that in cycle I, the results of observations of student learning activities were 39% categorized as less active and teacher activities 60% categorized as quite good. In cycle II, student learning activities increased to 71% categorized as active and teacher activities 79% categorized as good. The analysis of the evaluation results in cycle I achieved an average score of 69.54 and a classical completion percentage of 54.54% of 14 students, only 11 people took the test, 6 people completed and 5 people did not complete. From the average score and the classical completion percentage, it is still low and has not reached the specified target. In cycle II, the evaluation results obtained increased with an average score of 76.53 and a classical completion percentage of 85%. Of the 14 students, only 13 students took the test, 11 people completed and 2 people did not complete. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the use of the class concern type active learning strategy can improve student learning activities in the subject of Islamic jurisprudence for class VIII at MTs Ittihadil Ummah Karang Anyar Pagesangan Timur Mataram in the 2016/2017 Academic Year.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has an important role in shaping the character of students who believe and fear Allah SWT. One of the essential aspects in education is the example and understanding of the love of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The example of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is clearly seen in his honest, trustworthy and loving personal life. However, sometimes in this learning process it is not well absorbed by students due to several factors, this material is often centered on lecture methods and monotonous so that students' interest in the material quickly gets bored. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of grade 1 students of SD Negeri 4 Blangpidie in the subject of PAI through cooperative learning. The type of research uses classroom action research (PTK). Based on the results of the study, there are two stages, namely the stages of cycle I and cycle II. In the stage of cycle I, several students who were found had not reached the KKM, then the second cycle stage was carried out, the students succeeded in achieving completeness and success.

Abstract

Asma Ul-Husna is a good name of God for Muslims. By memorizing Asma Ul-Husna, a person can be expected to increase his/her faith and piety to God. Many students find it difficult to understand Asma Ul-Husna, this is certainly a problem that needs to be solved, to find out what problems are faced in Islamic Religious Education lessons, especially in the material of Asma Ul-Husna, it is necessary to conduct classroom action research. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes and the success of the Discovery Learning method in improving student learning achievement in the material of Asma Ul-Husna. This study uses action research, namely action research to solve learning problems in the classroom and is included in descriptive research. The results of the study showed that the Discovery Learning method can improve student learning outcomes, especially in the material of Asma Ul-Husna.

Abstract

Early childhood is a golden age, where the first year of growth and development begins and is ongoing, including physical and physiological development. One of the achievements of rapid growth and development in early childhood is their physical motor skills, so this plays a very important role for parents and educators to facilitate various activities. Early Childhood Education Institutions (PAUD) are a place to develop children's creativity and skills with a competency-based curriculum that includes aspects of development including the development of abilities, behavior and independence. However, there are several children who are seen at RA Nur Rahma who have difficulties when doing their motor activities, so further research is needed, this research was carried out in two cycles and two meetings in class. The game is carried out in 2 stages, namely pre-game and core game, based on the results obtained in cycle II, the second meeting, children's fine motor skills have increased with a percentage score of 100%.

Abstract

The use of media is very important for the learning process, because with the media it will be easier for students to understand the learning and help teachers to convey the material more easily. Audio visual media is one of the media that is accompanied by images and sound. The use of this media greatly helps teachers in developing learning techniques so as to achieve maximum learning goals. The purpose of this study is to implement and improve the quality of reading kitb in class IIX MA An.Nur students. This study applies Classroom Action Research (CAR) by carrying out four main steps. Based on the results of the study, the application of audio visual media can improve students' understanding and learning achievement with an average value of 71 in cycle I and increasing in cycle III by 78.

Abstract

Learning is a process, a way to make people or living things learn. while learning is trying to gain intelligence or knowledge. In today's education world, students participate fully in the world of education. However, sometimes, there are certain demands experienced by students to pursue high test and exam scores so that social gaps arise between students. So there needs to be a paradigm that examines the learning process of students to be better and more confident, one of which is the Learning together method. The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence of cooperative learning, the Learning together model, especially in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak. This study uses action research, because this study was conducted to solve learning problems in the classroom through two cycles. Based on the results obtained by the researcher, there was an increase in students where the completeness of student learning in cycle I was 75% and the completeness of student learning in cycle II was 89%. So, the application of the learning together model to students has a positive impact on students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low quality of student behavior in class X of SMKN 5 Telkom Banda Aceh. One of the steps that needs to be taken by teachers in the field of PAI study is to conduct student coaching in a sustainable manner by emphasizing discipline and obedience through literacy and Islamic stories. The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts of PAI teachers in improving student behavior coaching, including the steps and factors that affect teachers in the process. This classroom action research aims to see the extent to which student behavior coaching at SMKN 5 Telkom Banda Aceh is improved by applying learning strategies through lecture and demonstration methods. The use of this method is applied in the form of Class Action Research (PTK) with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, and are carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research uses a type of classroom action research which aims to research and improve the quality and professionalism of teachers in managing the learning process so that learning goals can be achieved.
